They first found the outside leak to the water line coming to the house 🏠. Then the next day came out to repair it had to dig down about 5 1/2 feet in front of the house to get the repair done. They did a great job and cleaned up the hole before they left. Would recommend 👌 them very highly.

Good service, but technician drove from Franklin to Columbus and charged $80 for travel alone. I thought they were local to Columbus, so was not expecting that.... Will need to reconsider in the future.

Last week, we were having issues with our A/C turning off, intermittently, and Bob was scheduled to come out and help us.He was on time and fantastic to work with. Since Im not the expert, I wanted to learn what may be going on. Bob answered my questions and also explained the what and why of what he was doing. He searched and dug, but wasnt able to locate the problem as the system was working well at the time. Hed hoped to find an electrical issue, but with all the testing he wasnt able to find the problem.He didnt try to sell me parts I didnt need and said I should call the next time it stops and hopefully they can get back in time to check it while it was down.Bob was great to work with and honest with me. I appreciated his integrity. I wont hesitate to call again. Thank you!

I was very happy with the service I received from Johnson’s Heating and Cooling. I called on a Monday night and received service the next day. The repairman’s name who came to look at the air conditioner was Billy. He looked at the unit and said the capacitor had gone out. Within 30 minutes he had the air conditioner working and cooling. He was great! I will definitely use Johnson’s Heating and Cooling again.

I had trouble getting a service tech who could fix our heating earlier this year. Johnsons came out and did the job when they said they would. We started a service contract and were very happy with them. Techs are courteous and punctual. John even watered an outside plant for me. Great service!

I had my water heater fail and needed it replaced. It is a three year old unit and I was told it was under warranty however the labor was not covered by warranty since it was beyond two years. I was quoted $308 for the labor to swap out the bad water heater with the new. When the work was complete (in under 2 hours including time needed for the plumber to pick up the replacement heater) I was told there was an error in their labor rate and it was actually $658 to my surprise. The plumber could not give me any clear reason for the difference in labor rate so I contacted the office after paying the bill in full. Unfortunately, even the accounting department could not give me any clear reason why the labor cost was so high other than they indicated it took three hours which was not true. I’m still without answers and a very disappointed customer after many years working with Johnson. I will be looking elsewhere in the future for sure.

I called other companies that advertised rapid response, but they did not have anyone available for days. These guys came out and had my air up and running within hours. They also didn’t try to upsell me. Just a little reminder my unit is old :)

My AC suddenly stopped working on a hot Friday afternoon. I called, and they had a technician out within an hour. My AC unit was up and running again in no time. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using this company again.

After speaking with several plumbers, Johnson outshined them all. I wanted to take advantage of the good ol $100 sewer line auger treatment. One place told me $415 (Roto-Rooter. Yup, just for an auger. Not sure how they have 5 stars on Google at those prices.) and another showed up at my house stating I had said my drains and toilets were over flowing. Not true. I asked both companies to leave. But when Johnson showed up, he asked what I needed. I told him. He said Sure, no big deal. I can get right on that. No hassle, no gimmicks. Done in less than 30 minutes. Price as advertised. I will definitely use Johnson again. Thank you!

As soon as I answered the door Mike said my leak issue was probably coming from the AC. Sure enough that was the issue. Clogged drain pipe, etc. The filter was soaked and took some work to get the completely wet filter out. Mike was polite, professional and right on time. Good service is what its all about. Have a leak in my house and had them come out to find exactly where the leak was. Mike was nice and friendly but upon trying to find the leak he broke a piece off of my water heater and made it seem very nonchalant. Said the piece wasn’t really needed but only way to fix was to have a new water heater installed. I’m not too happy about this.. if the piece wasn’t needed it wouldn’t have been on the system. Wasn’t offered anything to make up for that.Edit-I received a call from the VP Paul and they are coming to fix the problem. I appreciate being contacted and the issue being resolved swiftly.

When he called in the morning, he asked if it was olay to arrive earlier than originally planned. I was very appreciative of that and happily said yes of course! He arrived on time and was very thorough. I spoke to him about a water heater replacement in the future. He gave me an estimate for that and an R.O. system. We had a huge leak out of the top of our water softener. They came out tighten some things up reset softener and they didnt charge a penny. Grade A service!!!! If I ever need plumbing help, they will definitely be my first call!!!

My hot water pipe burst underground my house is on a slab they came in found the leak and repaired the pipe overall they did a great job just one minor accident but accidents happen and hes sending a guy out to fix it as well. While it’s not fixed, they have provided recommendations and an estimate for further work which we hope will be a permanent solution. I have used Johnson many times. They are always friendly, informative, and do great work. This time Jessie from plumbing came to replace my water heater. He was very respectful and friendly. A plus for me is anyone that comes out from Johnson is great with my dogs!

I called to have the water pressure valve adjusted on my mother-in-laws home as the city water pressure was set to low. Also had them look at the dishwasher to see why it was holding water and to turn the thermostat up on the water heater. When I called I was advised there was a service call cost of $89.00 plus any parts. This service call ended up costing over $300.00, and, no parts were needed. I feel this was a rip-off of money, the total cost should of only been $89.00 as no parts were needed, and nothing was repaired. I would not used this plumbing company in the future, they take advantage and charge ridiculous amounts for simple services.

My water heater died on a Friday afternoon. Johnson responded quickly with a new unit, ready to fix my issue. However due to the way my house was poorly built, extra work needed to be done before the old unit could be removed and a new one installed. Johnson was helpful in explaining options and, after some preparation on my end, came back the next day to complete the job.

Installed system back in Sept 2020. Did a nice job and wore masks and kept social distancing.Thermostat last wireless access in March. They were here within an hour and a half and fixed it with no issues.

We bought our house 2 weeks ago and the hot water heater went out. Called Johnson and they were able to come out that same day. Every other plumber we called couldn’t come until the following week. Zack was our technician and he was great. He was very patient with me as I was dealing with my home warranty. Zack was very understanding that we needed to do whatever possible to get the hot water fixed today as we have a newborn baby. He stayed late, even after he was already supposed to be hoke for the night. I was incredibly happy with my service.

Wouldn’t work with me on the price. There’s like 3 locations less than 5 miles from me. I guess they use rocket fuel for their work vans. I’m now a customer of Petermans.

This company charged me 149 for an after hours call then it was obvious thet the guy on the call didnt want to repair it then, he gave me a 3000 dollar estimate for what he said was 4 hours work and then said even if i paid that he would have to come back to fix it monday he didnt have time on Friday.The job was simply replacing the dryer on the ac line that was easy to get to and recharge the system. With 7lb of freon. So he said pay hom the 149 and he was gone. Literally at my house 15min. What a Ripoff went with another company 450 dollars later its fixed. I wish i never called these people they just took my cas and left.
