Mike and Jonah were professional and efficient. Appreciated Mikes recommendation of monthly maintenance fee that automatically covers, replacement halo light, filters, air purifier pads. I dont have to remember.

Ive used Masters twice now, and liked them so much I signed up for their twice yearly maintenance check. Both times, theyve been helpful and informative. Theyve explained the issues and guided my through the repair options before completing the work quickly and competently. I would recommend using them.
Levi, did a great job fixing our water heater! He was very responsive and worked with manufacturer to get the parts next day. We were only without hot water for a few days. Best of all, it was all under warranty! No cost!
Similar experience as a few others. After the VanValer / Masters merge or whatever happened there, service has been garbage. Called for a freezing air conditioner which was over a week before they could be out. Then they called 2 days before the visit and cancelled it, moving it out almost a week. They show up on the rescheduled day for a service visit with a $79 fee and didnt address the low refrigerant. Then provided several options of cost ranging from $800 to $400 (with a service agreement) to refill a system that they fixed before and therefore should not be leaking. They seem to like to come out every year or two to fix things. Since they now understood we dont have a working unit (as stated in the first phone call to them) we get priority scheduling, whatever that means. Ill guess Ill just have to miss out on priority scheduling.

Levi arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem with our furnace. During system start up, he noticed a vibration. In checking it out, he found some loose sound insulation that had fallen into the fan impeller. There was a small amount he couldnt reach, so he recommended that he come back and remove and thoroughly clean the fan unit.He was very knowledgeable and in response to my questions, explained several options for my HVAC system.Would highly recommend Levi.

Great service call at my house. Mike was our technician. He called ahead of the appointment, was very informative on some maintenance items for me to do as a home owner between my annual service cleanings. Mike is very knowledgeable and friendy also. By far the best htg, cooling & plumbing company of 4 companies Ive ever used for services. The owner Dave is hands-on & installs himself. He installed my furnace/HP himself in the cold of Jan. Their prices are typically lower than others. They saved my daughter $1.2k on a tankless water heater over other estimates. Highly recommend this company. Technician Blake was helpful answering my questions in detail while performing routine service. Gave me new info on UV light to clean my air & will definitely look into this.

My first experience with them was great. I had them out to do a furnace tune-up. They arrived on time, were very professional, and cleaned up well afterwards. I will likely not be calling them again due to the most recent experience where I called due to my blower motor making noise so I was pricing out options for replacing just the motor or the whole unit. In order to get a quote they came out which came with a $79 service charge. Be very careful when getting second option from them on pricing as it may not be included in their free estimates as noted on their website.

There drivers are reckless and to make matters worse is when you call to complain the lady didnt even right down the info to even have a talk with him. That could have been my kids life ! But us as humans we lack that.... truck # 013 and license plate # TK148NPN...
