This was the first time I’ve used climate-controlled storage and I LOVED it! Checking in and checking out were very smooth transactions, did it all online. The facility was clean and secure. The doors to the unit opened and closed very easily. I did have go into the office a couple of times and the lady there (sorry, can’t remember her name) was very polite and helpful. I will definitely use CubeSmart again if I ever need storage and will highly recommend you.

I was very satisfied with Cube Storage which I used for over 4 months, until on July 1st, I was clearing out my sons storage unit he rented for me, and in which I was told prior by Robin, a fill in manager, that if I pd the storage fee on the due date of June 26th, any days after that would be the ONLY ones in which I would be charged for and I could get a refund..I have since been in office and spoke directly with Robin, who says that someone else has to handle this, Ive called main office, no help either. Im just trying to get my money back of only 4 days of use when I pd my 30 day bill. Also, as soon as I emptied out my unit, cube storage had already rented it out even though I was pd until 7/26. I have no problems with that, I just want to be charged for the 4 days of use after the 26th of June that I used the unit for as promised, instead of being told that I shouldnt have pd my bill. I should have waited and then pd., now I cant get refund, that makes no sense...DONT PAY YOUR BILL WHEN IT IS DUE!! Cube storage, just do what you told me you would do...thats all Im asking! Thanks..

The process of getting the storage unit was quick and simple. I didnt have the time to go to the location yet but I have completed everything online and am glad to know I have the space to store my belongings. The access hours are awesome also!! now I just need the energy to move everything. :) Thank you Cube Smart for making this step so easy.

I have used storage facilities many times over the years. My experience to date with Cube Smart in Greenwood, S.C. has been the best ever. Such a clean, well managed, and easily accessible place I have never before seen.

The team members were always helpful, our climate-controlled unit was free of rodents, and moving in and out was a very easy process.

Office staff was very friendly, the storage was clean and well kept, temperature was good, storage is in a good location; it was just a great experience.

Well lit, plenty of cameras, good air conditioning. The facility is clean, and the staff is nice!

This is very few nice storage places. The management is very helpful and nice. The price for a small unit is about 60 a month however u get a lock for 15 which you get a rebate for... Its climate controlled, and u can access it 24 hours i believe. You get keys for lock and a code and its secured with security ceras... You can also use their moving truck a $100 deposit and something else required but its way cheaper then renting a uhaul .plus they have carts to load your stuff on to get it to the unit.. All on first floor.. Would reccomend .....
