Terrible customer service. As nice as I tried to be and stay professional service was horrific. The pull behind trailer I was originally rented and charged for upon my inspection wasnt road worthy and a safety hazard. I was told Id get another one as an exchange. I got another one at a higher price which is not an exchange as I was charged for that trailer too. The extra charges and insurance I was charged posted immediate to my account putting me in overdraft status. I was not refunded my money and even so I would never see it as their mistake put me in over draft and the trailer payment would be taken anyway. So I have to suffer 3 times because of their mistakes. I would not recommend this store # 783077 address 254 bypass 72 NW. And the sales attendant gave me more attitude during the return because she needed to attend to her toddler that she had screaming and crying in the office next to the register. Terrible service, horrific return, even the general manager was no help and shut this place down or bring in competent employees. I have it 1 star as I could not leave it blank or give a negative star rating.
Good equipment. People nice. Really slow to rent. Seems to take forever including returns. Streamline ot somehow. Usually 1 maybe 2 employees if they have a customer you could wait 30 to 60 minutes to get rented.
They canceled my reservation for no reason. I asked for a 6x12 but they rented me a 5x8. Didnt want to hassle with it after I found out. They need more people working the store. Only one person so I always have to wait along time and the guy working looks stressed out
Terrible service. I reserved a trailer for pickup 9 am which was when the U haul center was supposed to open. The store didn’t open at 9 am. Still wasn’t open at 10:30am but there was a crowd of angry customers waiting outside. Never using these guys again, they can’t even manage the basics of running a business - what losers.
Okay, Jeremy and the very nice lady who answered the phone were the highlight of a very rough day. My car broke down, followed by everything that could go wrong, go wrong. When I called, she was pleasant and helpful. When I got there and had to change a tow dolly to a trailer and Jeremy was helpful and pleasant and made us smile on a rough day. The trailer worked perfectly and saved us a ton of trouble. Very satisfied.
Staff is poorly trained in customer service. They are not thoroughin their quote of prices, and this unbeneficial to consumer. Make sure they tell you adequate information before you rent here.
The employee named Cameron is one of the most unhelpful workers Ive ever experienced in my life. Apparently, he is moving soon and couldnt care less about his job. In my opinion, he should have been fired as soon as he started acting that way. The store manager, Jenn, needs lots more good help. She seems to be the only person who knows whats going on. She was super helpful, as well as the guy overseeing construction at this location (I cant remember his name). But overall, the U-Box experience is so new to the Greenwood location that not even Jenn had a full picture as to how things work with U-Boxes. U-Haul needs to give Jenn about 4-6 workers at any given time for this location. There should also be more than one single U-Box trailer here and more than just the store manager and the construction supervisor who knows how to drive a forklift to be able to assist with U-Box rentals. The idea for U-Boxes is amazing, but the execution at this store where its newly-implemented left a lot to be desired. If the store manager can find good workers and train them to have similar customer service skills as herself, this store will thrive. Otherwise, this will be just another U-Haul location with terrible reviews on Google.
Good people. A bit expensive but always good to have them around when needed.

Poor Customer Service. Reserved truck for 3 hours. After an hour of having the truck, I received a call asking when I would be finished with the truck. We paid for 20 miles, but didn’t use them all and he wanted to charge me for gas being slightly under the 1/2 line. Do not recommend this location.

We had an excellent experience. We got there at 9 a.m. and everything was ready. she walked around the truck with us and pointed out different things. Price was reasonable. She explained how to go online and choose where we wanted to return the truck.
