Chris has always been very kind and helpful. Today he helped me with the lock to my unit. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Reserving my unit was so simple did it online went the next day they had my lock in the unit. Locked it up and good to go . Very secure you must have your code to get in and out of the gate plus to enter the building very clean and plenty of carts to load your stuff on yo take to your unit

The website made it so easy to rent my unit. I got it all set up online, paid the rent and it was done. Excellent!!!

Be careful! The rate when I signed my contract was $97.50 for a 10X15 unit. I had two rate increases in one year. The last rate increase was $63 month, for a total monthly fee of $193.50. I understand inflationary increases but to increase monthly rent by almost 100% in one year is price gouging and deceptive business. I canceled my contract and moved to someone who appreciates my business.

Was not impressed/happy. We had the unit for 8 (almost 9 months). The first month we got the unit we paid the first payment then immediately got a notice email that the rates were going up beginning the next month. For $214 a month you would think the facility would have carts for people to wheel their belongings to and from the unit but no I seen a cart 1 day and it never returned. I was told the unit I was renting was climate controlled but I don’t believe that was the case fully as our wood furniture had mold/mildew built up that we had to extensively scrub and our 65in TV we had stored was ruined due to the moisture build up so we are very upset with that. We were also never told (when I called 2 weeks in advance to notify of a move out date) that we technically shouldn’t have been billed a full month since we only used 15 days of the unit for the month of August and when I called back to notify the unit was cleaned and lock removed I was then advised there’s no pro-rated/refund at the time of move out so the money I was expecting to get back for 15 days isn’t happening I guess. Oh well, you live and learn.

Great place. Dixie was super helpful. Reserved something online but wanted a bigger unit. She said one had vacated and not gone online yet so I was able to get it.Large elevators and carts were helpful. Fair warning, it is NOT 24 hour assess so keep that in mind.

The units are fine, the people are fine...the constant increase in fees is a rip off. In one year my unit has gone from 160 to 212. Just received an email recently that said they made minor changes to the lease agreement, nowhere does it show the price increase or if it does its buried in the fine print. Since it was raised 31 bucks this time alone how saying it clearly without saying hey we made minor changes, no action needed. Time to start looking for a new storage facility.

Everything was super easy to set up. I was moving from Louisiana to Indy with just a moments notice and my brother set everything up for me while I was on the road, so we were able to unload around 2am when I finally got to town. Made it all a seamless process and it was so much easier than I expected. I’ve had auto pay since and there hasn’t been any issues. Tammy has been really helpful also.

Getting a unit set up was easy. Staff was friendly and able to answer all of my questions. I was able to set my payment up for automatic withdrawal. When my debit card expired, it was easy to call in and have it all changed. Tammy was amazing and walked me through it all without problem!

Love this storage! It was a last minute find and it was late and all offices were closed. But I was able to sign my lease and move into my storage with in ten mins by filling out the online application! My night was saved!

Very helpful and friendly staff, followed up with my request immediately, easy and fast online application, simple process. Would have given 5 stars but price was switched from the online price for my unit of 39.99, to 89.00 when I went to actually sign contract. would have went elsewhere at that point but it was only 2 miles from house I was moving items from and I was already at the facility. To their credit I was given the second month at no cost so that did take some of the sting out. I would definitely recommend the facility, just get the cost of unit directly from their office and pay ASAP.

Michelle was awesome in assisting me reserve a storage unit remotely. She was very friendly and totally knew her stuff. At one point their new system was inconsistent with on-line prices. She was able to figure that out and correct the issue. I really appreciate being able to secure a storage unit remotely during the COVID pandemic because I am personally at very high risk.

These units are absolutely terrible. I lost everything in my unit due to mold. Everything of mine was completely covered in less than 2 weeks of being at the unit. It seemed like a good place when I originally walked in but it has been an absolute horror story for me. I DO NOT recommend this place at ALL.

I used this facility for over a year and I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Most storage places just want your money, but they were very helpful and understanding. I also highly recommend an indoor storage unit if there is one available. It makes it a lot easier when you have a bunch of stuff to go through.

We had a situation arise where Dixie was on lunch and we need prompt assistance my wife had injured her foot due to an sowing machine falling onto her foot! She quickly came to help and made a potentially bad situation much better.

The storage space was exactly as I expected: an empty room. It was perfect for putting things into!Dixie was just fantastic. She helped me understand every detail of the storage spaces and walked me through the signup process. She even let me choose my own font for my signature!I was informed that she could not help me move things, which made me sad, but she provided words of encouragement, which made me feel better. She really believed in me when I didnt believe in myself.Whenever I need to put things in an empty room, Ill come here to do it.

Recently my wife and I moved to Indianapolis and have been utilizing the extra space storage units in Greenwood, and to say that we are happy with our experience is a massive understatement. Kim and Dixie have been working right alongside us through any and every endeavor we needed their help with. They are always very sweet and extremely helpful as well as personable. As anyone moving in and out of storage units can attest to, this can be a very stressful experience but for once The only stressful situation I have run into while being a tenant here is having my wife tell me I didn’t stack the totes correctly lol!
