I didnt necessarily have the greatest experience purchasing my vehicle, but I did pay extra for the vehicle protection plan. When a linkage snapped not long after, the company I had the protection plan with tried to bone me. When my check engine light came on, later, I almost had a heart attack. Not only did Brian make sure I was taken care of and road worthy, he facilitated the vehicle protection plan paying for it... Then, went the extra mile and got me some of my money back on the previous repair. Some ppl might look at it like wheres the rest of my money, but Im looking at it like this is a reasonably substantial sum I did not have available when I brought my car in with the check engine light on. He probably could have gotten me more back, in fact, if the garage that did the repair had been more willing to provide the appropriate invoices and parts numbers. The fact he tried hard enough to get money back in my pocket AT ALL means a lot. Average dealership, 10/10 recommend Brian.

I learned my lesson...I would not buy water from these people if I was on fire.In less than 10 days no less than 3 dash lights came on indicating issues from tires to oil change.When I called asking for help, some person told me I dont have mechanic friends in every state. It doesnt surprise me in the least.Rather, I would be shocked if he had any friends at all.

My parents bought a truck here on Wednesday 8/18/21. It broke down 8/19/21. My dad called Bickmore and was told by Bill that there was nothing they can do for him and the next day is too late to return a broken down vehicle. Apparently Oregon doesnt have a good lemon law, so Bickmore is within their legal rights to do absolutely nothing to help out, but its certainly not a good business practice.

Michael was very helpful and got us in and out in like an hour and a half.

Called about a car that was fresh on the lot without a picture. Leslie made sure it was ready for me to view - cleaned - before I arrived. Reasonable, friendly staff.Update: the car I bought had a lot of problems within 30 days of purchase. I realize this may or may not be bickmores fault. But for a place that is ‘selective’ about the cars they buy, this 2004 civic had a lot go awry quickly.The engine oil was very very low, and black. They could have at least checked this before listing.

Larry was a great sales rep who helped me buy a Nissan Xterra. Financing was easy. I ended up changing my mind on some of my DMV plate options after I purchased and they were super flexible with changing it.

The owner Kent, has gone above & beyond for us twice now. We have bought several cars from him and sent friends to buy cars also. We have had minor issues (expected with a used car) and he’s always made sure the repairs are covered by our extended warranty, if they deny us he makes a call and gets it handled. He’s even covered repairs, by the dealership, that they wouldn’t and made sure we got our rental paid for as well. His sales people have been down to earth, realistic and straightforward. They really go out of their way even after the sale. Bickmore is not you typical “used car dealership”. We will definitely be back when our daughter gets her license in 2021.

Sure the dealership salesmen are cool, but for some reason he thought he had to mention hes from New MEXICO every other sentence but yeah sold me a car with broken alignment and half its AC working but of course car fax show it has no damage history but they have no problem selling you a car with internal issues. so if youre thinking of getting a car here make sure youre ready to pay for some repairs on that bucket. Not a happy customer.

As a first time buyer, after leaving them I never want to step on a car lot again. They were so so awful. Drive two and half hours to see this “mint” condition Tahoe that had knocking, check engine light and the third row seats were missing! Wouldn’t work with me on the price. Mentioned that they pay over $1000 out of their own paychecks to get me approved and I need to appreciate that. Awful for business. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, they are so shady.

I haven’t even bought a truck here yet (hopefully I will be in the near future). I called and Kent answered, I inquired about a certain truck that they had and just said I had a couple questions about it and if he could help me out. Before I even asked any questions Kent went straight to the known issues of the truck before I even asked. Transparency like that makes it very clear that this dealership is trustworthy and they aren’t trying to get you to buy a car that’s going to break down as soon as you drive it off the lot. This should be the standard for all dealerships.

After looking through their inventory online and doing my own research about cars I was interested in I went into the dealership with a specific car in mind. Freddy was our salesman. He was very great to deal with. He answered all my questions. He went and got the car I was interested. (it was at their other lot) After pushing every button and lever I took it for a test drive. Loving the car even more we went in to do paperwork. Very friendly atmosphere. I had my two kids and mother with me and the staff made them feel right at home offering drinks and snacks, including a TV they could control. Within 2 hours I was in and out of there with a new (to me) car!

Ive purchased two cars from Bickmore Auto. The first one ended up breaking down less than a year after I bought it. It ran fine and passed inspection when I bought it so it wasnt really Bickmores fault. These things just happen. But they went out of their way to get me a new, running car before winter.

Just bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. It’s beautiful. Seems to run great, no issues. If you looking for a car hit up my man Micheal!

Two And a half Years ago I bought the newest car I had ever owned. A 2010 Hyundai Tuson. We have done our oil changes and such to keep it in good working order. Then one Tuesday morning In october it starts sounding like a.lawn mower. We take it for an oil change and cleaning. The oil was low about a quart. There were no engine lights, no funny noises until now, there was no warning at all. After having it towed to the Hyundia dealership and then another shop I now know I will have to pay between 8,000 and 10,000 dollars to fix this car in which I still owe 5,200 on. The car is valued at 4,000. No one will give me a repair loan, so it was suggested I take a negative Equity and simply get a new car. I was denied, so here I sit with a 2000 pound paperweight that I am suppose to continue to pay nearly 300.00 a month on. Along with storage as its tabs are coming due and cannot sit at my residence being a disabled vehicle. This establishment claims to be community oriented and Caring family Business. This has not been my experience. They are literally leaving a disabled person without transportation. We have referred people there to purchase cars, we have never been late on a single payment, we have been members of this Community for more than a decade. I just cant understand how you could be so heartless. Sure they are great when they want your Business and money. But look out once they have it they dont care. You might as well go buy a car from one of the discount car lots or some person on the side of the road at least then you know where you stand

My salesman Kent was terrific !!!! Kent went above and beyond to help me in every way to buy my GMC Sierra pickup including holding the truck for almost 2 weeks so I could get my funds together. Kent was patient and very honest about the truck . Easy to work with and knew the details about my truck. I also got a Full tank of gas, free beef and a free 90 day warranty !!!!! plus he stayed til almost 8 to finish the deal missing part of the annual Christmas party with no complaints.I would recommend Kent at Bickmore Auto to anyone looking for a vehicle . Good selection, high prices, but the cars had reasonable mileage and were in fairly good shape. As with any used car Ive purchased, I had it fully inspected by a trusted mechnic. He found several things that needed attention, but nothing major. Im satisfied with the car.

I had the best experience I have ever had in my car buying experience at any dealership. Never felt pressured and was given all information I requested regarding the vehicle. I didnt have great credit but they were able to find me a match. Its an excellent vehicle for a fair price that will help me rebuild my credit now. Allan was absolutely fantastic. I was so stressed out when my ford escape decided to go belly up and I didnt have much money to replace it but these guys heard my tale of woe and helped me out so much by taking 200 of the sticker price which made it just in my affordable range and the car is great for the price I highly recommend these guys if youre in the market for a used car I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars! 😀
