Kind of a hit or miss with this location. I come less to this location because they seem to always be slammed with customers. I know everyone is understaffed and that’s fine.I have been given hot when I asked for iced or something similar. I figure they’re just busier than what they can handle since the pandemic. No matter what I get it’s always tasty though.It has gotten easier to come here since the renovation. I do wish the music wasn’t as loud since it reopened. I liked ordering in the cafe sometimes or meeting there to talk with a friend. But the music makes it too loud to hear the barista on the register or for them to hear me.I understand Starbucks is going through some stuff right now. I’ll be patient and I hope everyone else is too. Thank you so much for all the tasty drinks and all you do!
These guys are so professional and so fast. Heard the poor lady taking all kind of nonsense at the window today, offered the lady a free drink, but then got told how to do her job over and over again. Her co-worker was there helping her and the others kept up with the rest of their drink orders. Seem like a great team.
We didnt go in but the drive thru moved quickly. All the employees seemed really happy and greeted us with smiles and warm greetings! I will definitely return and if you go try the dragon fruit refresher!!
Consistent poor service the last few times Ive visited. The employees clearly dont seem like they want to work, and weve had multiple issues with wrong orders and old coffee. It seems as though the employees Ive once seen there that showed motivation havent been around anymore. I dont recommend coming to this one as an option. There are 2 more Starbucks on Manhattan that Ive heard has better service.

Went today through drive through to get a coffee, bagel and cream cheese. Third time I’ve gotten to work and yep order was wrong. Do I have to check every order before I leave to make sure your employees do their job? Come on Starbucks you have to do better!
One of the best Starbucks Cafes I have ever been to. The restrooms were clean like new. The staff were friendly and professional despite a very busy drive through. The working area was clean, quite and electric plugs were available. Everything that you expect from a Starbucks was according to protocol.

Ordered a cold tea and a long hair was in the tea!!! Didn’t notice till I was on the interstate and too far to turnaround. Thankful I only took two sips too many!!!

For the most part, this location is awesome. However, Monday (June 7th) I went to this location and bought 1 medium Java Chip Frappuccino w/ whipped cream and caramel drizzle-- thats the ONLY thing I bought. I received NO RECEIPT and today I see that Starbucks charged me $25. I went back today to try to sort it out, but they couldnt help me since I had no receipt, although the employee didnt give me a receipt. Please be sure to get your receipt and check your bank account ! Hesitant to go back to this location.
Horrible service, baristas go back and forth, when I indicate my order is incorrect. Awful afternoon crew. Never go in the evening, replace the evening crew ride and cannot make drinks as ordered,

Terrible I ask to use my stars that expire today, instead took the money off my Starbucks card. The parking lot is a mess. I parked when I tried to get out driver thur cars are blocking you to get out.
This Starbucks consistently misses the marks... Unfriendly....Hasty....Order Mistakes....Not Accommodating. Did not offer a bag for five pastry items and two drinks knowing only one person came in to place the order. Not considerate. Placed two pastry items in one pasty bag, was not requested. When I asked a couple of questions, apparently they programmed like robots to say, Im sorry, have a good day with no sincerity. Their focus is on the drive through and mobile order. They want to be fast, but are not. They arent friendly. They very tight with the ingredients. Cheap and tight for no reason.

I bought a grande carmel crunch with extra crunch when I tell you that the frappe tasted like a slushi are a snowball I seen no crunch just a little bit of crunch and barely had caramel in it it was so nasty I threw it away they put to much ice in it

I went during a busy hour and I wasnt pleased with how my order turned out. I wouldve been happier if it seemed like they worried more about quality; than how quickly they wanted the orders out. Good effort though!!!!

They charged me for all my add-ons and changes to my drinks but didn’t make them according to my changes. Quick on getting your order made but failed in actually making the drinks with the correct ingredients that was wanted. I ordered a caramel frappuccino with NO WHIP and they added it anyways. when i told them i didn’t want whip they scooped the whip off with the lid into the trash RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!

Staff is always friendly, handed me my order and recognized me as soon as I walked through the door.
They almost never get my order fully correct. Also one time when I told them they gave me the wrong order, which honestly is OK, people make mistakes, I waited for 5 mins while they acted like it was my fault and honestly I felt mildly uncomfortable as if I did do something wrong by letting them know someone made a mistake.

This drive-thru is always slow. Today, the service was especially lacking. I ordered at the drive-thru with little/no response from the barista. I thought she hadn’t heard me until she told me the price. I had made an order on the app as well (5 minutes before getting to the window) and asked if I could get it while I was at the window. If she had told me it wasn’t ready yet I was going to park and go in. Instead she told me that next time I should “at least order 5-10 minutes before because it holds up the line”... I did order 5 minutes before and I was simply asking if I could get it at the window. I would’ve been happy to park and go in for it. There was no need for her rudeness. I thanked her and told her to have a good day once I got my order - she ignored me.
To the girl working the window this morning, didn’t even speak to me when it was my turn to pay, she just reached her hand out for my payment & didn’t tell me my total. She needs to be in the back making the drinks because clearly she doesn’t need to be working anywhere she has to interact with customers. I believe her name began with an “R” couldn’t really make out what it said though.

The workers during the morning are usually very nice and always have my drink fast, even when it’s busy. But today the workers are very rude. When I asked how long it would take to get my drink the guy looked at me and then walked away. I am not an impatient person, but my friend ordered the same time I did and I had to wait about ten minutes after she received hers even though they served other who got here after me. I’ve never been dissatisfied with Starbucks until today.
They have fixed this Starbucks up with a makeover, better parking and better drive through. The air-conditioning seemed to work better than last time I was there but could be because it was cool outside.
Nothing personal for this particular store but I do not the symbol of Starbucks.
I truly love this place the staff are great and the Manager is always around and greets the guest. The overall cleanliness the lobby with impeccable. And the Restrooms all always clean with a freshness to them. The only issue i had was the trash that was in the back looked like they needed to do a parking lot check. But other than than they seem to be on point with above customer service. Wonderful place for a quick break from the hustle and bustle or reality.

I normally go to this Starbucks and have no issues but today I came across a young lady I don’t know if she was upset or it was just me because she fixed all the sandwiches for the drive thru and knew I was waiting then she was told I was still waiting she then put my sandwich in the oven upon me getting to my car I started to get my food out the bread was hanging off and burned but the egg and bacon was ice cold I went back in she saw me talking with another worker the worker told her to make me another sandwich she looked at me and walked off and didn’t come back to that end of the counter until I was walking out of the door
If you’re looking for a place where the manager is friendly and cooperative. This is NOT the place. If you’re looking for a manager who is not rude and her employees agree with her actions towards customers. This is NOT the place. I just moved in this neighborhood and I appreciated the convenience of the drive thru. So it actually excited me that it had one. But today making my same DAILY order I was disappointed. The manager was being very rude over the microphone because she didn’t understand what I my order. So rude that my friend who was on speaker was shocked that she was talking to me. Getting to the window I asked the coworker was there a problem and he commented that she was having a bad day full of rude customers. Not my fault. I asked for a manager and to my surprise, it was her. Didn’t get her name. She came to the window with an attitude. I asked for a number so I can call for a complaint. 1800starbucks. Will do.
The new atmosphere is open but not as private as it once was dim lights.Upon entering the parking lot it can be a bit of a wait if the drive thru is backed up (which it usually is during the morning)A great place to have a meeting.
Service always good but be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes here. They are the slowest in the area, slower than McDonalds and thats saying something...
This Starbucks is SO hit or miss. I would either be greeted kindly and my order would be correct, or I would feel like I’m completely inconveniencing the staff by coming to their business followed up by an incorrect order. The Manhattan location never messes up this often and always makes me feel welcomed. I think you guys may want to work on your drive thru team. Like I said, they’re either really nice or really rude. No in between.

I really like this location and the way they remodeled the drive thru and parking area. I enjoy my 2 favorites chai tea latte and banana nut bread.
I usually order from the mobile app on the way to work and pick it up. Its always ready when Im there to get it. The baristas are always nice and seem to be in a good mood, which makes me happy to employees treated well by their employer. Starbucks is expensive, but they pay and treat their employees well so I think its worth it.
I usually prefer smaller coffee shops over Starbucks, but this visit may have me coming back! The shop was warm and clean and the baristas were phenomenal. The woman waited patiently while we were deciding our drink orders. She must love her job because her smile was radiant and she looked like she was having fun. Our nice, hot coffee was served promptly. It was delicious!

Bad service. The manager at this location does not know any type of customer service.
No communication between employees. They were very unknowledgable about what was in drinks when asked. And when I ordered a cold brew drink it took them 20 mins to tell me they were out and another 10 to make a replacement drink. I would not recommend this starbucks.
The place needs to be flattened and rebuilt. The building was not intended for what it is being used for. The people that work here are not trained properly and always get your order wrong.
The early morning crew doesnt seem to have their act together. It took 3 tries to get our coffee right at the drive up. The second shift is much better.

Its Starbucks, most everyone loves their menu. I go with them because I am a basic coffee with milk drinker. From time to time I get expresso and try something else.
Always clean and friendly. They always sound so happy. My mom loves their banana nut bread warmed up.
This location is usually good, I normally only stop here when we go to Gretna. This visit though they got my order wrong. I didn’t realize until after we pulled off and we couldn’t go back due to having an appointment

Its a Starbucks franchise. Consistently good coffee, consistantly good service.This location is slated for an major remodeling and update in March. Its going to get even better.The only real complaint is the parking lot. This location is a repurposed small bank branch, and it shows.
They are normally busy. The service is very quick and the drinks are good. I normally get an ultra caramel frap and once in a while I end up with more whip cream than drink. But all in all a good stop. The baristas are very professional polite and cheerful.
Less than satisfactory. The Gentleman who finally made my simple order correctly, was nice and gave me a card for a free drink. The drive-thru person.was a disaster and not friendly. When I was forced to go inside because my coffee was made incorrectly twice, the person at the counter was quite ugly, she had no time to offer an apology or give me the satisfaction of explaining my frustrations of my experience.
Im a regular and I always get the peppermint mocha! They keep the line moving and always service you with a smile!

Sometimes the service is great. More often, though (especially recently), my order is incorrect. Today, when telling them at the drive-thru that my drink was fixed incorrectly I was told I can give you some sweetener packets to fix it for myself, presumably while Im driving away?
After a 4.5 hr drive I wanted a tall drip coffee and it was not hot at all. Definitely not brewing fresh.

Made us leave when it was our turn in the drive thru. We arrived well before 3pm and had to wait due to their slow service. The line wasnt even that long to begin with. Once we finally got to the window they said the car in front of us was the last one they will serve and we had to leave. Also we attempted to call beforehand to check their hours and they never answered.
Nice place but asked me three times to confirm my order. I suppose getting the right drink is what you want but if their intercom system isnt working they should fix it.

The short version, slow service, rude staff who dont care what they hand out the drive through---my cup literally had caramel dripping down the side of the cup. They were more than annoyed when I asked the, to wipe my cup off.

Coffee was good, ordered a Venti Skinny Caramel Macchiato, no Caramel Drizzle because a barista at the Mandeville Starbucks had recommended this as a lower calorie alternative, and my husband had a long drive, and needed coffee. He only drinks iced coffees. However because we mispronounced the vowel, at this Starbucks, two baristas has no idea what we were talking about even though we had it written down on a Starbucks card. I had to physically point to the menu before they would admit they had any coffee that began with a “M”. This starbucks is a decent size and comfortable enough as a work/reading/study place, but the parking lot and drive through situation is enough to keep me from coming here. You have to either turn across a divided median to get in, or struggle to merge back out. You can only exit turning right onto the parkway, so if you need to go the opposite direction, you have to turn right, then cross two lanes, get into the turning area of the median, then hope to get a chance to turn left in a turning lane right at the light. Its very unpleasant during morning rush. Im not one to complain about that kind of thing usually, but this place is awful in that regard. And if you want to just pull into the parking lot and go in, you either have to compete with the drivethrough line which may block you in since you cant go around it and theres no other exit, or pull into out only driveways of the parking lot.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST STARBUCKS IN THE NEW ORLEANS AND SURROUNDING AREA!!!!! I am very disappointed with both the level of service and the product!!! I visit this location at least 4 times a week and every OTHER time my coffee is what someone else ordered! Gosh...I am so frustrated. I pay $5.10 for a cup of coffee, it could at least be right!! I asked the guy at the drive-thru window to please make sure to take the foam off my coffee and top it off. He (Mike or Matt) ASSURED me he would check it. I even tipped he $1.00 to ensure accuracy. Welp...I get 2 blocks away and something said...check your cup...THERE YOU HAVE IT...FULL OF FOAM AND NOT TOPPED OFF!!! I will be curious to see if the Manager of that location reaches out to me, either way I will meet with the manager Blanche on Monday! BRIGHT and EARLY! Just so disappointed!!!!!
