Andrews Auto Salvage is the second best salvage auto parts store in GA. I needed a rim for my rental car 🚗 and they had the exact one I needed. They held it for me for 24 hours and even gave the best customer service by placing it in the truck of my car after purchase. I love working with them . They have the best customer service. Nice pleasant voice on phone was very helpful. Made sure part was in stock and had in her hands before I made a 30+ mile drive. Quick, easy awesome experience. She also worked with me on price. Purchased a Engine from Andrews Auto salvage, unfortunately we thought it was bad but I spoke to the Manager Kieth about a replacement and he worked with my mechanic to resolve the problem. Found out it wasnt the part but just a issue with a plug on the engine. Great company to work with and excellent customer service.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!, we had purchased a engine a couple weeks ago and we requested the wire harness go with it. We spoke to Chealsee numerous times regarding the harness, she was rude and unpleasant to say the least. She never tried to keep us updated, and when we did speak she talked down to us like we were bothering her.Going to be hard to keep customers when your staff is so rude and unprofessional. My husband and I will never do business there again

They looked up my list of parts for my dads old truck he left me before he died. We didnt find many but the gentleman spent the time looking up every part even though the chances were slim. So even when a sale wasnt looking good for him he still tried. Thats not nothing. Thanks gang.

Purchased a transmission from here paid $800.00 cash Please double check things you buy here ! Cables were cut off Transmission line and a plastic cover all broken up so now we have to replace cable its $200 so disapointed

Bought an engine from there fully dressed with complete harness they had forgot the harness and took another 2 days for it to get to me which i was already out of town turns out the harness they gave me was completely botched from the ecu side which is costing me another 250$ out of my pocket will change review if we can get this sorted out

Put an order in for an Engine to be already ready for when I got there. Bob told me on the phone as we spoke that they were taking it out and pressure washing it. When I got there a day later nothing was ready. I had to wait 2 hrs for them to pull the part. Then a guy from the actual yard came and told me that the forklift was running hot. And that it will be a couple of days. No type of business . Very rude. No satisfactory at all.

I called about some headlights for my car a month ago, the said they were busy and would call me back. They never did. I went in last week and talked to them directly and they didnt have them in stock, so they ordered them to be delivered by Friday of last week. I heard the man order them on the phone while I was standing there. I returned on Friday, no headlights. They said they would be in Monday. I returned Monday an the guy I talked to had not come in that day, the lights were not there and they claimed something about him not sending the bill in. These people do not care about their customers. If you actually receive something when you go there, you are lucky, but they care less whether or not you do.

Seeing that building burn was just heart breaking. You could get some good deals there. I bought a battery there and got a really good deal on it. Hope to see it rebuilt at a better location with a fence around it. I feel for the owner that was out of town and all the employees that worked there

Ordered a part back the first part of September- my son stopped by a few times to get it, they told him it wasn’t in yet (3 weeks after the order) he stopped by again they were closed and was told they would open that night by someone working outside. Husband went get their money back because now they can’t get the part that was even ordered. They are refunding then money to our account, but man what a hassle it has been!I grew up in a Family salvage yard and our family would have never been so uncaring and rude— oh well... Businesses certainly aren’t what they once were!

This establishment charges a core charge on a used part and then states that if the core is not returned within 14 days they will void your warranty. Wow! I miss the good old days when companys cared about repeat business. I buy about 20 used motors a year. This place wont get my money any more. If your shopping keep looking there is better places.

I purchased,what I was told was a rebuild (good as new) rear for my 99 Dodge pickup. I started having problems with it immediately after it was installed. I returned to Andrews because of these problems, the rear was grinding and locking up. I was told to change the fluids, I did what was instructed, which didnt fix the problem. I had the rear checked at a different shop. The rear had a bend axel,ring bearings where bad, and the rear wasnt shimmed correctly. The repair costs me $500. So, I paid $700 for not a new rear,but junk. I returned to Andrews to make them aware that the rear, that they sold me had not been rebuild and informed them of what the auto shop had found . Andrews auto salvage told me there was nothing they could do for me. It was like oh well got ya... Do yourself a favor and dont do business with this place, they are dishonest and dont stand by their products. Im just going to say it they straight up lied.

My grandson purchased a transmission for his car both of his mechanic look a the part and said the transmission was missing pieces like it was rip out a car. My grandson and his mechanic return for a refund since the receipt say 30 day refund policy. Was denied a refund, he call the police and was told he had to take the matter to small claims court. Buyer beware. Dishonest business, claimed that did not look like there part even though the part had the same number on receipt.

I stopped in here to check on some parts. There were five people behind the counter. All of them were busy on the phone. I understand that, but I thought it was a bit rude that no one acknowledged me when I walked in. I waited for several minutes before I left. I might try calling them on the phone next time.

Terrible experience. I have been lied to, cussed out, and lost over $200. I was assured that they have a 30 day no fit warranty. I purchased several items including a fender and 2 doors. The doors do not fit and the locks do not operate properly. I have never had a worse experience. Avoid at all costs! Don and tim, and whoever I have talked to are terrible. Buyer Beware!

Called over the phone and gentleman was very rude and not helpful at all. Decided to go in person to get different treatment but was very wrong. I travel from Indiana to florida back and forth buying used auto parts and WOULD NOT RECCOMEND ANDREWS AUTO TO ANYBODY. I went 5 miles down the street to A and B auto and they was very helpful and I spent around $500 on parts. So bottom line is customer service is what keeps your doors open so i would highly reccomend that Tim does something about his employees that obviously doesnt care about his business. Just my 2 cents and I wont be going there in the future. SADLY I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING THERE THEY ALL SAY THE SAME THING.

Called day in advance to make sure they had the part I needed, confirmed a stock number and they told me they had the part X’s 10 that we’re all pulled and ready to go. After driving there from an hour away and sitting there while they “searched for the part” they come back empty handed. Waste of my time, misinformation, and unorganized.

Was disappointing at best. Was told the parts I needed were in stock and in good condition. Just glad I made the trip rather than having them shipped. What they consider good is sketchy at best the hood and fender I went to get were both more damaged than mine was AFTER I hit the deer that caused me to go there. And the grille was in multiple pieces. Dont even waste your time. Not sure these guys even know what they actually HAVE in stock.

Drove 1.5 hours after being told on the phone they had an engine, sit out front as the look for it for 30 minutes.They don’t have the engine. The employee states “they get stolen all the time and the owner doesn’t care”Luckily A&B Auto Salvage down the street helped us out same day with same engine.It’s too easy to get hands on an item before having a customer waste their time.

Andrews Auto Salvage is one of my customers and they are great to do business with. I get parts I have a hard time getting elsewhere from them.

We ordered a transmission from them, they shipped the wrong one. They ended up telling us (when we called them about it being wrong) the transmission wasnt labeled, but they thought it might be it & shipped it any way. They wouldnt reimburse us for the freight even though they were at fault for sending the wrong part.

Dishonest at best. Quoted me for a rear suspension assembly with the diff. After I paid for it they said they didnt quote the diff though I specifically asked them to. They wouldnt honor their price even after I had driven 50 miles to come get it. Bad business and they dont care.

I called ahead of time to confirm they had the part (1986 Celica GT front bumper assembly) and then drove two hours to pick it up. Service was friendly and employees allowed me to check the parts before paying to make sure I wanted them. Parts were in great shape. The only hiccup I had was that the price I found online and confirmed over the phone was raised when I arrived, but I simply told them that I had already been told a different amount and showed them the online price and they matched it without any hassle. Ill definately be making a return.

After so-called verifying that they had my wheel, I drove 35 miles one way and wasted time on their yard and did NOT get my part.

The worst place Ive ever been to in my life, horrible customer service. Liars, they said my parts would be ready and I arrived parts already paid for and they had nothing. Told me the parts werent available. Please save yourself some time and never go here. I dont know how the even keep the lights on.
