Very dissatisfied! The customer service there was horrible. When I went in to exchange a battery the man I spoke with could hardly speak English and was very rude. When I thanked him for helping me he was very rude and didnt even acknowledge me and kept walking I think him twice. Im very upset with this store the customer service is horrible.
This by far was the worst experience I have ever had in automotive store. The customer service was horrible! The man I spoke with at the counter was very rude and as I tried to tell him thank you for helping me carry a battery out to the car he wouldnt even acknowledge me. I would not recommend this AutoZone to anyone and I do reviews all the time. I have never had anyone blatantly ignore me when I was trying to be nice!

What a joke. Manager outside smoking, talking, hanging out. It looks like a block party. No sense of urgency in the store. Line gets long. No greeting. The parking lot is a total mess. Overgrown bushes, trash everywhere. Disgrace. This place is slum.

When I went in to AutoZone to get a part because of an error code I am used to getting the wrong part and having to come back to the store so ultimately my problem here was the customer service. In order to avoid getting the wrong part I ask the gentleman to confirm of the two parts he brought up that the part I was purchasing was the correct one. Unenthusiastically he confirmed that this is the part I needed. I drove 30 minutes home and found that the part was not the correct. It was two inches too short and did not even reach my spark plugs. Aggravated now I drove back to the store to exchange the part. I was aggravated but I tried to remain respectful, what made me angry was the clerk (Jeremy). He said that one part was United States and one part was United States Canada and he had no idea that they were different or what the differences were. This gentleman was a manager so whether the deficiency was on the part of the system or on him is irrelevant to me as both scenarios result in me having a poor experience of which he did nothing to alleviate. He exchanged the part but the entire time it felt like he was aggravated with me when I was the one that wasted an hour and $10 of gas on a mistake that I specifically tried to avoid. Long story short I had to visit the store multiple times like I have to almost every time because either their system is not properly informed or they arent. I also received poor customer service (which for me felt like the avoidable part) with a gentleman who seemed upset at me for his mistake despite me trying to prevent him from making it. If I do have to revisit an auto parts store anytime soon it will likely be somewhere else.

Have to start getting my parts elsewhere due to parts are no good. Purchased tire rodes & ends yesterday & got alignment today, shop asked were the old parts put back on.
I was surprised the store is allowing customers w/o masks into store...I had words with one if your customers that wash jeopardizing other customers as well as your employees, by coughing...The manager eventually told her she had to wait outside & as he was cashing me out, another customer w/o a mask entered store......I work in healthcare & was very disappointed in your store & will not return until after vaccines given.

The manager that was on duty was pretty cool. He can definitely hook you up with what you need. He also knows what he is talking about. Posted at 3:30pm Saturday.
They are knowledgeable, and always do their best to find the right parts the first time. As a mechanic, I am very selective of where I spend my money. Nothing angers me more than having to do something twice. You only get one chance to do the job right the first time. So thats why I prefer to shop there.

If you do not mind standing there as if you were invisible this is the place to go. Now if you really want parts try somewhere else. I recommend it.
My wife went in to see about getting the battery replaced on an older Mercedes Benz. The so-called battery expert, and the manager, looked at the car and stated: that looks too difficult, we wont touch it. They would rather let her be broke down somewhere than to attempt to put the battery in. If this is the kind of employees AutoZone hires, they need to fire everybody and close the store. I wasnt driving a semi truck across this country so she live her dream of being a housewife, Id do it myself.
No matter when I go there is always only one person working at counter for parts etc with 1-2 outside smoking or on cell phone or sitting but in a car while line is backed up makes no sense

The young lady here has poor customer service and acts as if she did not want to answer my questions when I just called and last time I went in she was no help at all and I spoke to the assistant manager and he was able to help with the same thing I ask of her, to charge my battery. Luckily he was there and he provided great customer Service.

The employees are very friendly and helpful they know their vehicles. If they dont know the answer to something they make sure they find the answer that you are looking for and if they dont have the part you need they will order it and if they dont carry it they will find out for you so you can get it elsewhere.

Literally the worst autozone I have ever been to. Ive stood in line waiting here longer than any other place. Never enough employees to handle the amount of customers, phones go unanswered and staff is usually rude. The only time i choose oReilly over autozone. Avoid the poor service here.

1 star because only 1 employee actually works, the rest of them stand around with their thumb up their you know what. Lashunda has great Customer Service and is diligent in finding a solution while the rest of the “employees” talk like trash and stand around doing nothing. Little to no help from any of the “men” on shift tonight. All they wanted to do was stand around and talk. My order sat on a shelf 5 feet away from the counter, while the guys told me it wasn’t there and to call Fedex when THEY WERE THE ONES WHO ORDERED THE ITEM - I had no tracking number to give fedex! Even if I called, what was I supposed to tell them?! I provided a receipt with information that only apparently one person in the store could use to find this mysteriously lost order that arrived YESTERDAY. Lets not forget that I received the same treatment when I called last night 8:30 pm and a guy told me it wasn’t there, I found out when SHE found it that it had been there since 4:00 pm the day before! Thank you Lashunda for taking time off of your lunch break to help me, by the way, until you stepped in I felt like I was surrounded by imbeciles. This place is a JOKE.

Usually too busy for good customer service, but they do have a nice rewards system. Spend $20 five times get $20 in store credit.
Waited on the phone for over 20 minutes and they never got back with me. Employees have attitudes unlike anything i have ever seen. Auto zone has lost my business permanently.
If I could give a 0 star i would. This place is a joke. They dont know their ass from a whole in the ground. Not even management knows how to warrant out a part thru their commercial accounts. And Im pretty sure the commercial manager is NOT the only one who can look up an account, but leave it up to the employees Thats what they will tell you. I mean its pretty bad that a customer knows more about their system than they do. Ive worked in a part store before and I know that they can look up accounts regardless of a commercial manager is there or not, its just them being pure lazy! Looks like Auto zone needs to replace some ppl soon or they will lose a lot more business.
