I was looking for a Bronco Sport, called up Speedway Ford to see if they had any in inventory. Traci answered the phone and told me they just git in three the night before. So we took a ride. Yes it was out of the way for us, but it was worth it. The staff was great. We were able to work something out and drive off in a new Big Bend edition. Traci took the time went over all of the bells and whistles. The management staff was nice and friendly. Never did we feel talked down to as some other dealerships might do. Granted the inventory was slim, but thankfully we got what we wanted. The inventory being slim is due to a chip shortage. I hope you guys visit them. I had such a great experience i am transferring my Bronco order to Speedway Ford, even though there is a ford dealer only five minutes down the street from where i live.

We had an incredible experience! Tracey was absolutely wonderful. We were there for a long time due to issues out of our control BUT we never felt rushed. We actually didn’t even realize we were there so long due to the service, friendly staff and the help we received to get our truck! Tracey went above & beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. PS: Tracey has the COLDEST spot in the whole place and it was perfect for the hot day! My sunroof issues have been resolved with this dealership. The general manager, Mr. Bowman and his service manager, Phil, became involved and resolved the immediate problem. I appreciate their involvement and when parts for repair become available again we can revisit the final repairs. I believe many phone calls and time could have been saved had the service advisor stepped in and communicated better on the initial visit. Lesson learned,,advocate for yourself!

Trust me, I have purchased many cars in my life. This was my 7th new ford purchase from a dealer. My sales representative Tracy was the best. She was not pushy at all and had no issue showing me multiple vehicles. She knows her ford vehicles!! I came with my own financing and never once was pushed to use theirs or to add a bunch of extras. This will be my first stop for my new Bronco!!!

I have been getting my 2009 Ford Escape serviced for 4 or 5 years at Speedway and have never had any problems, good service. Ive had my eye on the Ford Bronco and decided to test drive one last week. I knew i needed to have this vehicle and Tracey Cagle was AWESOME!! I had my 2020 F150 in for service and recall of my backup camera. My service experience was top notch. My service advisor Daniel was professional and courteous. All my service was done to my satisfaction.My salesperson, Tracey even had my truck washed and detailed when I arrived.I had a very pleasant experience and I couldnt be more pleased. Very unsatisfied with service. I called beforehand and scheduled an appoint for my vehicle to be serviced for a day later that week. My car is not able to be driven so I had to get it towed there. I asked if I could drop it off early and was told I could. I got there to leave it with them and the man at the desk tells me it would be weeks to a month before they could look at it! Why would you not inform me of that beforehand? What was the purpose of scheduling an appointment? I wasted my time and money on towing.

Derek is the used car manager and hes a straight shooter. We didnt choose to buy any of the vehicles they had there although they had some nice ones. Instead, he bought my car. They need used vehicles so if you have one to sell, drop by and see if you can agree on a price both of you are happy with.

I called 2 weeks ago about a leak in our Ford Explorer. I need a rental and they dont have them. Then I was told by the service department that it would be over a week beforr they could even look at it.Honestly felt like they didnt want my business.Thats ok, I took it to Legacy Ford as they told me to bring it right in.There is an Enterprise rental right across the street.

The service department is inefficient, very slow and lacks quality of the services. I’ve had to make several unnecessary trips for warranty and services that were not performed or performed properly. The issues range from my tires not being properly inflated, to warranty issues not be repaired properly, to failure to order the correct parts, to appointment times being meaningless to waiting hours to days for services not provided or performed properly. I suspect the issues are a combination with the poor appointment schedules (which are useless), techs, staffing, managers and the service dept. I’ve been to other dealerships that will have a long wait for oil change but 3-4 hours is too long. This is my 4th Ford Vehicle and it is headache with all of the recalls, warranty issues and poor service. I do not think a customer should have to plan an entire day to get minor repairs or warranty repairs or service a car. It’s egregious to waste a customers time without regard repeatedly. The industry as a whole (car dealership service) needs to reconsider the way they are conducting business. Most people do not have the luxury to miss work or be without their vehicle for hours or days because of minor repairs or service to a vehicle.

Its always a great experience when you can send a woman (my wife) to a dealership by herself and she doesnt get taken advantage of. I’ve been coming here to service my truck for a year. I have no complaints. I actually drive further out to come here instead of going to the Ford that’s 10 minutes from my house. The customer service is excellent. My service advisor is Brandon and he always takes care of me. I recently brought my Raptor and was in and out in an hour. Thanks Speedway Ford!!

Once again Speedway Ford gave me great service. Had a few recalls done and a clunky transmission checked out. Sales manager Walter Wolf was kind enough to get me a loaner and Heath at the service desk kept me informed in a timely manor on the status of my truck. When I picked up my truck they had washed it and were able to re flash the transmission with an update which solved the clunky shifting. Thanks Speedway Ford.

She gave us options to discuss and allowed my husband and I as much time as we needed to make the best decision for our family. The truck we wanted was not available on the lot at Speedway Ford so the Sales Manager sent an employee to South Carolina to pick up the truck without even a verbal commitment from us. I had an appointment to get oil change and tires rotated at 2:30 P.M. It took almost two and half hours for service. I left at 4:50. I realize things are different with the pandemic. Having an appointment I thought maybe an hour. No apology for the long wait.

Daniel Adams, in service, went beyond the call of duty to get my truck squared away. He was attentive to my issue and investigated. But, it didnt stop there. Daniel even contacted corporate, on my behalf. Once he submitted all of his findings to them, Ford agreed to repair my vehicle, at ZERO cost to me, and yes, the part was out of warranty. Finally, Daniel communicated with me via phone, thoughout the entire process, and if you know how busy their service department is, then you know why this is impressive. Wish I could give 10 stars.

I called the shop to see if they could get on my truck right away because I didn’t have another way of going and they said yes bring it on in. Now I’ve sat for 2 whole days and my truck isn’t fixed and it’s only because the service dept lacks customer service skills and speed. I still have no way of going and the don’t offer courtesy vehicles.

Update: I saw the reply below and did as it said. I was transferred to the same manager who refused to help before and got no where. Wish I could give zero stars.Speedway Ford refused to properly address an ongoing issue caused by the failure of a recalled part in my Mercury Mariner. First, the excuse was it wasnt failing while I was there so they could only reprogram it. The next two visits were the same excuse but they refused to give me a loaner car so that I could leave my car to be checked out and repaired. They claimed to put me on a loaner waitlist and that they would call me when they had one. Eleven months later, the same part (the steering column) failed WHILE DRIVING and left me stranded. When I called and spoke with Phil, he gave me the same excuse as before and insisted there were no cars I could borrow even if I paid for the repairs. The part was recalled. Ford knows it was an issue. They chose not to fix it and blamed it on Fords policies. Either way, I would never shop here nor will I ever purchase a Ford again.

NEVER, EVER allow Speedway Ford to work on your vehicle. Theyve had our truck for almost 2 weeks and theyre still not finished with it. It has been a nightmare and well never deal with them again. They lack the ability to communicate with their customers.Update: 2/8/2020 I appreciate Rusty Bowman, general manager, for working with us on correcting this problem. Shame on FORD for not covering the cost or issuing a recall for the window pillars flying off of Ford Explorers while driving. Ford is well aware this is a safety issue and is doing absolutely nothing about it. Not only that but the repair is at least $500 per side!!! People do not spend the amount of money they do for for a new/newer vehicle to have to turn around and spend money on repairs for obvious flaws you fail to address! Where is your integrity? I plan to make this well known and will never suggest a Ford to anyone I know!!

I took my 2017 ford focus hear because it shut downs sometimes while im driving and i have to wait an hour for it to start back up. I paid for it to b fixed. Picked the car up and the next day the same thing occurred. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it back in. I did and my car sat there for 2 weeks i called several time to be given different reason why no-one had called me or why my car wasnt diagnosed properly first or again. I finally just went to pick up my car. The guy wanted to charge me 100 for a diagnosis but it hadnt been done. Then after he saw i was making an issue about it he brought my car out from the back and said dont worry about it. This dealership is the worst and to think i thought i would get better service from the dealership. Needless to say i tried to go trade the car in but its only worth 3500 and my payoff is double that. So im stuck with a car i paid to get fixed but still shuts down.

Took my truck to Speedway Ford because it suddenly just stopped while driving one evening. I had to get truck towed to them, when I went back to pick it up I had to get it towed out of there. Giving them another chance I towed my truck up there again. It drove out but only for about 45 minutes and it was down again. Their answer when I called from the side of the road was to tow it yet another time to them. I decided against that since I had already paid them several hundred dollars to fix my FORD TRUCK, which they are FORD, so you would think they would be able to fix it the first two times there. After paying them and the tow Bills I was out of pocket too much for no results. My truck was finally repaired by a unemployed mechanic in 45 minutes and for $5.59. It was just a fuse. This place I would not ever take anything to be repaired to, especially a Ford truck.......So I have been back to Spalding Ford to talk with them because they want their customers to be happy....what a joke. Too busy to locate the man to talk to me. I have left my number and no response. They still on my worst list in all respects now.

I brought my Ford Explorer to Speedway Ford for a recall on rear toe link. There where no issues with the vehicle. When I was checking in the service person checked for any other recalls and stated there was an HVAC item that reflashes the climate control with no charge. I said yes. A couple hours later I was called and could pick up the auto. Once the car was warm it became obvious the HVAC system did not operate properly. I notified the service person. He took it back to the shop. He then stated he would produce an estimate for the required repairs. I brought the car in with no issues. I left with a broken HVAC system they wanted me to pay for.

Attempted to contact Richard Distel multiple times about picking up a company truck. First few attempts were through email with no response. Second we attempted to call and was sent to voicemail. Finally, we showed up and the commercial side had no one in it. It was a ghost town. We found Richard in his office with his legs propped up. He greeted us and promptly got up and told us he would be right back. 10 minutes later he returns from the bathroom. Mind you the truck was supposed to be delivered two days ago and we couldn’t get him on the phone to confirm anything. Needless to say we will NEVER be doing business with this location again.

I recently took my Lincoln to Speedway Ford for servicing. Since I am a widow and know very little, if anything, about what keeps a car going, I know that when I take my car to Speedway Ford, its in good hands! Phil Nestlhut, the service manager, took my car in, had it serviced, checked the tires and rotated them, checked everything that needed to be checked to keep my car running and safe and had it all completed in a short time. (They discovered that it needed a new battery and installed one.) i have always been pleased with the care my car receives at Speedway Ford!

DO NOT buy a used car from this dealership without first having it inspected by a mechanic that is not affiliated with them. My car has needed service 4 times in just 2 months since purchase and, of course, none of the repairs are covered by the expensive extended service warranty that they swindled us into buying. I am looking into legal action or at least reporting them to the BBB so that no one else will be blind-sided like we were. It is unfortunate that this dealership is allowed to carry the Ford name - the salesman here cant be trusted!!
