Staff came to assistant as soon as I walked in the door. Clean, organized..Lots of variety to choose from.wonderful experience.. A return for me is definate!!!

Normally I dont have any major issues, often know what I want dont require assistance and havent had a negative experience here in a while. Yesterday I had to work late and asked a friend to pick up a game for me so I can relax when I got off work. They did so but unfortunately The friend isnt a gamer so didnt know to check the disk and the employee apparently didnt care cuz he or she didnt check the disc either. Besides being so scratched up it was nearly unusable to begin with, it was also covered in gunk. Almost like someone trying to clean the disk with the wrong cleaner. Long story short the game was borderline unplayable (Im still trying, mostly on stubbornness), after much time cleaning it it started to download but is still giving me trouble. I could take this game back up and return it, I will if I cant get it to download but I shouldnt have to. A disc of this quality should have never made it into the case and into the customers hand in the first place. I was trying to save $15 by getting a used version, next time I would just go to Walmart and buy a new copy. Saving $15 wasnt worth the hassle and wasting my one night a week to really relax and get into a new game. Even if I get this to work I most likely will just go elsewhere from now on. Just to be clear this isnt an overreaction as much as its just I barely had any reason to go to GameStop in the first place because of the market shift, Im just cheap enough to want to save some money even if it requires more effort but because of this experience it no longer feels worth it. As of now the review will be three stars and if I cant get it to work it will drop to two.

Probably the best Gamestop in the local area. Store is always clean, well organized and Peter is one of the nicer managers that I have dealt with...Staff is excellent as well.

When I called, the associate was nice and polite. They pick up the phone was a surprise. Because other stores are not picking up the phone and rude. Will always shop at the Griffin location. Thank you for great customer service.

Went to get my son a PlayStation controller. They have the display boxes on wall so we pick one out and was told by the clerk he would be with us shortly. He called another customer back to the counter to check her out but proceeds to discuss the game she is purchasing for at least ten minutes. She wasnt asking him questions, he was asking her where she was in the game and telling her where he was, etc while I stand there. When he finally finished, he proceeds to tell me the box is only the display and they are sold out! I told him it would have been nice to know that before I stood here all this time. His reply, Im sorry I was TOO BUSY helping her. He wasnt helping her; just carrying on a conversation. And why are displays in shelf without a sign stating they are currently sold out. I will NEVER go back to this store.

Good store but have but a couple game that didn’t work because of scratches on it but no worries the guy was really nice about it

Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Always friendly and very helpful regardless of your level of experience. Im older and have been playing video games since pong, but I can come in and play dumb and still get treated with respect and everything explained in detail.

I went in to sell some games. The CSR was very friendly and quick. She had me in and out in 5 minutes. Due to the great service I came back a few days later and bought a game at full price. Thats not something I usually do.

C.J at that store couldnt of done a better job then he did helping me with my trade in. He a was also a hub of helpful information so Im sure if you have any questions youll get a great and knowledgeable answer. For years I avoided game stop stores but I bought a power up rewards card for a year and plan on coming back.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Ive been shopping at the Griffin location for years and always had a great experience, that all changed this evening. After returning an Xbox1 S 1TB console for the 2nd time due to the console not being a 1TB the women behind the counter was rude and short with my wife. I understand that mistakes happen but twice in 2 days?! I will not be doing business with them again. Unacceptable.

Very poor customer service. No greeting when entering, not helpful at all and to top it off they wont accept CASH. Will take my son to another store.

It was pretty good. Ne personally just wanted Avengers endgame funko pops, and legends. Great store for funko pops legends, game, and amazing people!

Say what you want about Game Stops business model, but Ive always been a fan of trading and buying used games. Try taking your used games back to Wal-Mart or Best Buy for a credit - not gonna happen.The Griffin store has some good staff, and has for years. Even as the faces have changed, they are ready to help. Ive been coming for years and have no reason to stop now.

Cashier was Very helpful to get my cousin a gift.

The service is slower than most GameStops I have been to and one of the workers likes to get onto some of the kids looking at the games.

The staff here is rude and it seems like they legitimately hate thier job...I was going to buy items twice from this gamestop and the coustmer service made me put the item down and walk out

My 13 year old nephew went into this location looking for a headset told them what system he had. He purchased what they recommended. He got home and it wasnt right.He returns with receipt in hand a few days later seeking a refund and they are trying to tell him he cannot return it and only want to offer him used trade in price on it since it had been opened.The only thing that kept this from being new was the packaging plastic that had to be opened. Otherwise it was in pristine condition.He comes out to the car knowing something isnt right and tells us what was said.We go back inside the store and without my nephew to see if we can figure out the issue because the receipt states game accessories may be returned within 30 days.We tell him we need to return this for a full refund it is new and he does so with no fuss. I said how come you wouldnt return this for my nephew and he claims I wasnt the one that spoke with him.I truly feel that due to his age they were trying to take advantage of him and his money. It may have bee a simple misunderstanding but this experience really put me off from doing any more shopping with gamestop.

This store is too small for the amount of people who visit and most of the time they are either sold out or do not carry items I want to purchase.

They missed the ups delivery for no valid reason, I have been waiting for 3 days for a package that I already paid for because it was shipped late and the delivery was missed.Lazy employees. Or needs a change in management. Badly.
