Went to this store to transfer from sprint to Tmobile, I will tell you Donovan is absolutely amazing. He worked none stop to transfer my lines over and even though, we kept having issues with completing some stuff, he finally got it done. It took 6 hours, but Donovan kept working extremely hard and continued talking to the crazy customer service office. Donovan deserves a promotion. Also Robert G is the manager, he was absolutely amazing, he gave me his number told me he would work on my issues with ordering my watch and he got everything completed. This store was amazing, they deserved 10 stars

I have been a valued customer!! Up until today I will be leaving T-Mobile! I was told one amount now they are being like AT&T adding on charges !! Guys watch your bills bc they are screwing you overI tried to email and it’s a invalid email according to my phone

Stopped in to get some information about switching carriers to T-mobile. We were greeted by Daniel and he did an excellent job of taking his time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. It was a pleasurable experience!

I went into this store on 03/07 and Feli and Rob helped me. I was a little confused about exactly what I wanted and Rob made sure I understood exactly what phone did what and which was better for what I wanted. Feli was the one who set my phone up and talked to me about the price changes I would see on my bill and how to switch over all my info on to my new S20+... i am in love with this phone! Service was exceptional from these two employees! I had my wild 3 year old with me and hes not very patient but Rob & Feli were very understanding and even mad jokes with him and made him laugh. I would highly recommend this T Mobile store! Keep up the good work guys =)

If you need the Best at this service see Danny. He is the most awesome at this job and will really help you out. But if T-Mobile doesnt do it for you see David at Verizon beside Ingles, They have the Best Network and the most fun store. Danny Is Awesome and we Love him.

Arrived at this location at 1:10 pm because I was told the problem(s) that I was having with my phone could only be handled my a manager. Upon my arrival, the manager was on the phone and I was told she wouldnt be long. After waiting 32 minutes, the employees started going back to the back to see what was taking her so long. Now Im being told it would be another 20 minutes because she was on an important phone call. OK?! So my money and time isnt important? From the 1st day I got T-Mobile service and phone, i started having problems after the first 5 hours. I really see how they handle customer service issues. Im not happy and its a shame that Ive had time to post this long review and no one still havent been over to helped me. Here it is 1:54 pm and Im still waiting. Im going back to Verizon!

Just changed service from Verizon at this location staff were nice and helpful in helping my family pick out new phones and accessories. Cell service has been good in the area.

I was told to go into the store to get my military discount applied to my account By customer service .customer service also reached out to someone named Michael & &told him iwas coming .cust care assured me that I can get my discount .I get to the store, &it was not accurate what I was told on the phone .Michael seemedreally nonchalant .hedid not apologize for the miscommunication with T-Mobile .he was very nonchalant like he did not give a damn. I reported it to customer service & to the district manager, aaron omar also .horrible customer service from Michael, & the rep that gave me wrong information on the phone. I will not be back
