Paid to get my wifes phone repaired for 105 dollars. We never heard anything back. They dont answer phone and seem to be always closed. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. ITS BEEN SINCE JUNE 15 AND WE STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM.

I want to get a Samsung J7 screen replacement and the man scammed me, gave me a different screen that dont even connect to the phone and charged me a $100 for it.

My daughter cracked her I phone 5c screen and Ive been searching places in my area of Jacksonville North Carolina to fix it.The cost was out of this world.While visiting relative in Griffin, Ga I was told to take the phone to Wireless Technology on Hill street. When I arrive the staff was friendly and the price was great. It only took him 15 mins to fix it. I was very happy and so was my daughter. I wish there store was in my area,I would really recommend their service to a lot of people. Thanks wireless technology. Sending Carolina love down south.

AVOID THIS SHOP. This man, and everyone that works for him, is a criminal. I took my HTC 10 in for a screen repair over a year ago. It took him months to fix it, with me inquiring multiple times, with him NEVER calling to let me know it had been repaired. I finally went in to pick it up and he said he couldnt find it.I then came back 6 times, while also calling multiple times, with him continuing to give excuses. He was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful throughout the process. I finally got my phone back and it WAS NOT EVEN FIXED RIGHT. I sent a friend in to explain the situation because I do not care to deal with someone of his low quality again. He was also rude to her and accused her of lying, while saying that he will not refund my original payment. Therefore, there are multiple other repair shops in the area. My suggestion would be to choose one of those. THIS MAN IS A CRIMINAL.

They did a great job with my S8 plus.....the price was reasonable and the service was fast and friendly, and the store itself was nice.It has a very nice atmosphere and I will definitely be going back!!

Just wanted to say that if ur ever having trouble with ur phone . This man can fix it for u. We are over the road a lot and my husbands phone got broke called Wireless Technology in Griffin Georgia and he said he could fix it. We went over there and he did a great job. I would definitely refer him to anyone THANK U SO MUCH

Not even deserving of 1 Star! I went here to have the screen on my iPhone fixed, he replaced the screen but broke a piece off of the top of the phone I noticed there was also a glare at the top and middle of the screen a couple days later I started getting a black screen. I called Big Boy a day later he said he would call me back to set up a time for me to come back in and he never did I called back and left several msgs no one calls back. Yea he was friendly but as far as fixing the issue and not creating additional problems it was a huge mistake for me to go there and spend $130.

Unfortunately the owner of this establishment threatened and verbally assaulted a friend of mine when she attempted to ask for a refund on an iPhone that was not fixed properly. He repeatedly cursed at her and got in her face, as well as came from behind the counter and slammed his hands on the glass many times. He told her and I quote: get the fu*k out of my store or Ill throw you the fu*k out. Wildly unprofessional and inappropriate. Also I question the certification to fix iPhones and Android phones. I also dont believe that he is using Apple branded products and Samsung branded products. Please avoid this establishment at all costs.

After waiting several months on the repair, the phone screen was not properly replaced and the bottom buttons on the touch screen did not work. After returning, explaining the situation, and asking for a refund, the owner and staff were rude and refused.
