There was a young lady in there just ask for her i call her T she is wonderful!!! And will take the time to really help you with what you need!!! VERY HAPPY TO SEE THAT IN OUR YOUTH SHE IS A MODEL EMPLOYEE THANK YOU SO MUCH

I normally wouldn’t bother going to the extent of leaving a bad review but from what I’ve experienced at this particular store, which unfortunately is the closest one to my area, it caused me a great inconvenience and the laziness had me ending a 3 year service and switching to another network today. A few weeks ago my phone battery stopped working properly, and I called and asked if they had a replacement battery or if there was a way they could help me send it in. The girl told me there was nothing they could do, which I felt was a lie but didn’t argue and decided to save up for an upgrade. A few days later the phone battery got worse and I got desperate, so I called about the $1 down upgrade on the phone, and although I know they have no control over the real cost of that upgrade including tax and a 25$ service fee, I had no idea they would apply and specifically asked the girl over the phone, before I went out of my way, if and what else I would have to pay after she checked my eligibility. I asked if they had the phone I wanted, she said yes and that it was a dollar down. I drove 30 minutes out of my way and not only did she wait until after I was done filling out the paperwork to tell me, but she also didn’t have the phone and had a preowned she couldn’t do it with, and that the phone I’d ultimately have to get— which is a generation down from the phone I came for— was $70 with this magical service fee I surely wasn’t paying. I knew soon as I walked in there that the girl didn’t have much experience with customer service and her and a coworker who was on speaker phone throughout the interaction began laughing when I said never mind. I hate to be petty but that definitely rubbed me the wrong way, being as she wasted my time and gas with her incompetency. Anyways, today, my phone stopped working all together and I was panicking but luckily had the money to pay for the phone I wanted in full. Store didn’t close until 6 and I had to use a friends phone and called the store repeatedly from 1-2:30, and waited thinking they were on lunch. I just wanted to confirm that they had the phone. Had another friend drive by and saw the store was open and nobody except a worker was in there. It would ring for 2 minutes and go to voicemail, and then whoever was there started answering and hanging up immediately after. And I needed a phone immediately. So in a last minute decision and fearing that more time would be wasted I switched to an entirely different network and bought the same phone I could’ve gotten there, had the employees bother doing their job. And I must add the people that took care of me at the new network were a lot more professional and helpful, so Ill be sticking with them. I’ll be contacting corporate as well tomorrow just to let them know how badly mannered and irresponsible the employees are there. I’m usually very patient, but with the amount of inconvenience and stress and wasted time that could’ve been so much simpler had these paid employees just did their job, I’m definitely bringing this to their attention.

Been with Boost over 20 years.... Using this facility for least 10 of em....Up to date with newest devices and usually pretty accomidating for quick bill pay or upgrades.
