I love Starbucks, however this one seems to be out of things often from caramel, crunch, straws, and more…what is next out of coffee? 🤷🏼‍♀️😕 Maybe this is a sign, I don’t need coffee.

This is absolutely my favorite Starbucks to go to anywhere. Everyone that works there is always so kind and quick too! I never have to wait long and I’ve never once had a bad experience and I’ve been there a ton of times. Always such a good experience! ❤️

I asked for a pumpkin spice latte and got watered down something in my cup. For $6.30 a cup I expected premium. Staff was nice but coffee sucks it’s my 3rd time ordering the same thing.

Ordered 2 complete diff drinks, and used the left over drink from mine to finish the other which was completely diff than mine.

Its almost like you cannot go to a starbucks without them forgetting something with your order, this time it was my four splindas that were forgotten. Great coffee! I really enjoy coffee at starbucks.

Two stars because the person who waited on me was nice . But I would have given 1 star due to how nasty it was behind the counter in the prep area. It was absolutely filthy and smelled bad as well. The smell was of a mixture of sticky substances that have not been properly cleaned in a significant amount of time .The entire counter was wet with things that had spilled and paper that had just been left . I have never seen this in a Starbucks. I assume since most people use the drive thru at this location cleanliness and proper sanitation are not a priority.I asked for a refund . It is always concerning when any business does not prioritize cleaning.

Good customer service. Friendly environment. Drinks are usually made perfectly. 😊I always use the app and pickup my order inside. They usually have it ready within a few minutes and sitting in the pickup tray when I get there. On this particular day, I had to wait a while longer. (I did not complain.) The manager gave me a $4 gift card to use for the next visit and apologized for the delay. It was a technical problem, not human error. I appreciate the kindness.I feel like they could do a little better at cleaning up. The tables need to be wiped down regularly. Otherwise, it’s a very good Starbucks. 👌🏽😎⭐️

This is my favorite location. I always do a mobile order. There super nice and care about there customers. Very clean inside and out.

Went here to get some school work done, they were blasting rock music. Asked them to turn it down politely and the workers gave each other a look, looked back at me, rolled their eyes and walked away. Extremely rude.

I mean, its Starbucks... great coffee and a decent atmosphere. Employees were super awesome and fill of lots of energy. If they didnt like their job, you couldnt tell because they were all smiling.

They opened at 5am today. They were very helpful being that in not a usual at Starbucks with helping me make my selection. My drink was excellent! Their positive energy definitely help make my morning better.

Today I just wanted some hot coffee. Thought it was going to be great. They even mixed it for me. Well, I took a sip after I pulled off of course. The coffee was barely warm. I was just disappointed. Ill never return or waste my presious time again. I hope you can use the donation to fix your coffee maker.

Terrible experience here today. Both drinks were wrong. One was made with ice when asked for no ice. One was made with lemonade when asked for water. Two manager people were very hateful in how they talk to two other customers in the store about mask. One customer pulled her mask down to say her name bc the first two times she said her name they could not hear her. She was at a least 6 feet away and they literally raised their voices for her to not pull her mask down. The other guy they were rude to had his mask on and it barely fell below his nose when he was talking and they yelled at him to. I will never go back to this location.

Awesome coffee shop in Griffin, GA. There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The employees are very knowledgeable about the coffee products sold in this coffee shop. The restaurant is in good condition and is very clean. Awesomeness in a coffee shop.

AMAZING!!! These employees put CFA to shame! Their level of customer services and enthusiasm is genuine. The manager of this establishment has done an incredible job with her team. Every person here seems excited about their job. I would come back every day even if they messed up my order bc their customer service is that good(not once in the past 2 years have they messed up an order fyi). I cant say enough good things about this starbucks! Their friendliness is infectious. I could keep going but Im going to end this here! Keep up the GREAT work!!!

Very friendly employees, with fast service. For some reason though, the lattes never taste the same way each time, and not as good as other Starbucks we have visited. Certainly not as strong a coffee flavor as a person would expect from a Starbucks location. Have heard the same from other patrons, so I know it is not just my imagination. Not sure what the problem is, but hope they can fix it because otherwise, this is a great Starbucks!!!! I appreciate that the orders are always right and service is fast!

Pleshette, the manager, is so personable! She has energy and a solid work ethic. Her employees seem to like and respect her. Pleshette makes a consistently delicious vanilla latte and makes sure everyone else under her charge does as well! This Starbucks is by far our favorite! Thank you!

This is the worst experience Ive ever had yesterday i went through the drive through ordered my drink and when I got to the window they said I had to have a mask but it made no sense due to I was not in the store but in my car but they could hand me a mask but not the drink.....makes no sense......very rude staff.

*I wanted to update my review, this starbucks has changed a lot. They are always very nice and are amazing with dairy substitutions. *I am allergic to dairy and so I ask for dairy free milk, however they always put whip cream on it. At other Starbucks they ask if you want whip cream because common sense tells them maybe a person with dairy free milk doesnt want whip cream.

On Dec 29 around 6:00 pm, I ordered a coffee at this Starbucks. The one barista who was making drinks leisurely talked to her co-workers, took out her phone, checked her messages, texted someone, and stood around while several customers waited for their orders. The place seemed to have a decent vibe, but I wont be back.

Its hit or miss if they make your drink order correctly. Its like they forget to follow the drink recipe?! Ordered a frappuccino today and not one drop of coffee was in it but yet the recipe does call for it...

Always polite and have never messed my order up. Only thing that prevents me from giving a 5star is it needs more cozy seating. Other than that great place.

Very poor quality of product its ashame ya know ?? No phone number to the place and the drinks are not made correctly whatsoever its been the third time now I just dont get it its not an employees fault if the drinks arent made correct when they was not taught correctly how to make them. Ive literally experienced nothing but regrets from this location may corporate realize this before it gets to late and there are no returning customers again not to bash on the employees because there always wonderful this is a message to whom so ever Is running this place make sure you have a phone number for your business and make sure your employees understand and know what there making and if you dont know ask your general manager great customer service skills but if they dont understand the job there performing how is great customer service any good its not ! Make the corrections that need to be made so this can be a successful location !!

They always have the worst drinks. Ive tried going 3 or 4 times and we ordered two different drinks. We go regularly to Ingles or Kroger Starbucks, but when we go through here the coffee is gross. They dont make their drinks the same or something. This location is the only time I dont like Starbucks coffee. The employees are usually nice though.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. My complicated orders are always accurate, the drive thru moves quickly even when theres a line, and the staff is always friendly.

Service here is always great. My wife and I sometimes drive an hour round trip just to get a coffee from here. Once my drink was made incorrectly and the employees promptly corrected it as well as offered to let me take the incorrect drink as well. My only gripe about starbucks is the price but thats out of the employees hands entirely so is a non-issue. It isnt like my three daughters need college money anyway, hell I never got any and I turned out just fine: jobless stay at home dad battling depression. Could be worse. At least I get great coffee!

Love me some starbucks, but come on gtown get it together. When we the consumer order our coffee, why is it hard to get it right? We pay good money for your product and we expect the order to be full. Not 3/4 cup. Are you trained in how to understand what no room, no foam means? And stir the espresso and flavor syrup together with the steamed milk. Especially when it is ordered exactly this way!!! I have had to park and go in 3 times to get my order made properly. And have had to tell them how to do so. Funny how there is NEVER a manager available when you ask for them.

I just cant get my drinks to taste the same... I go to two other starbucks and my drinks taste the same. I think it depends on who and how they are made!

Slow as molasses. They took care of all of drive thru before anyone who was inside who HAVE already ordered. When I kept going back up there she kept putting one finger up and saying 1 moment. Lady needs more training.
