Buyer Beware. We bought a mattress and box springs in March 2021. Here it is the end of September and we have to buy a new mattress. Tammy is a little scammer and will tell you anything to get your money. Heck, she will even cry for you. Beware.

My husband and i purchased a bed set for ourselves and mattresses for our children today and we were met with EXCELLENT customer service! Our salesman was so kind and patient. He made sure we knew and understood our purchase terms and helped us choose the right mattress for our budget! I highly recommend them! Still getting used to the mattress though! I bought a materss hear last year along with some other things 2 materss sets and 2 beds and the king size mattress I bought was defective and I tried to contact to return are exchange and I didnt have my receipt had missed place and he said that they system dont save anything pass 90 days he did not try to help me get another materss!! I was told that the mattress I purchased would be good for my back. I thought it would be, but I now know that its not. I had a back surgery and this mattress is to soft. My view was out of frustration and pain. I went back got a firm mattress. They always help! Im wondering now if you have extra firm? My MS has gotten hard but I will see you soon.

The product it self is great product but the customer service stinks! I bought whole bedroom suite and special ordered a media cabinet. To the tune of about $1500.When it was delivered I told the driver the 1 pc. was wrong. He told me he has delivered the wrong one and he would go back to the store and exchange it. He left the wrong one here at my home. 1 week later the exchange had not been made so I called the store. I was upset and frustrated to say the least so when I gave my complaint I was not met with kindness and problem solving but insulting and horrible customer service which only fueled my anger more.This ruined my experience with them all together. I had intended to buy a mattress next with them but I will gladly pay more somewhere else now that will treat me better if I have a issue.

Bought a mattress from mattresses and more. Spent $800 dollars. No finance. Paid for. The bed now is sinking in, so I call the warranty company the store provided me. The warranty office said that bed is not manufactured by them.The owner told me the warranty he gave me was never given to me.I gave them opportunity with the warranty company on the phone. They then accused me verses the warranty company.I am starting a class action against them. Who else has been scammed.

I will NEVER go back to this store. I will NEVER recommend them again either. I have never had a manager ask what you need and as soon as you give them a calm answer, they start cursing and putting their finger in your face. All of this while they were helping other customers so those people ended up walking out too. Never again. NEVER AGAIN. I would give NO stars if I could.

I purchased a Stockholm Euro Top mattress from this store in February 2015. The matress comes with a 10 year warranty. It has only been 17 months and one side of matress buckles to the box spring when you sit or lay on the mattress. I called the store and spoke with Joe who attempted to help me with replacing the mattress but I was informed that if there are any stains or discoloration present at all it voids the warranty. I used a mattress cover but we recently moved and there is a small stain at the end of the bed. Joe stated they wont replace the matress as the delivery driver will not take a mattress with stains. We spent over $700 for this mattress. I would post a picture of the matttess if I had the option.
