Beautiful store!! So many nice items that you cant purchase at other places..

Ive always wanted to go to this place and when I finally went, I was not disappointed. They were welcoming and helped my husband and I with all of our questions. I didnt realize they had a boutique which was a nice surprise. Found some amazing treasures. They are a little on the pricey side but worth it since it seems that their products are made well. I cant wait to go back.

I love the store and everyone who works here. They are awesome the store is awesome. I need a bumper sticker that says follow me to rustic lantern. Or all my money goes to rustic lantern. Had a blast at girls night out!!!!

I absolutely love this store! I am now employed at Rustic Lantern, but before I shopped online and in the store all of the time! Danny and Ashley are so kind and absolutely dedicated to their business! It’s a blessing to work for such amazing people!

I normally don’t leave a negative review but I came to this store with my Fiancé, we are in the process of going tiny and wanted to look at some furnishings and where completely ignored…. I tried to get some of the ladies attention but they ignored us for one customer.. we walked around for a good 40 minutes before leaving frustrated that we’d been ignored the entire time. However, I did manage to go to Hobby Lobby and find some of the same pieces so overall the outing was not a waste.

Best place to shop! Always friendly, always helpful, and always has whatever is Im looking for!

I have thought long and hard about this review. When my grandmother and I went into the store we were greeted. My grandmother was looking for a metal tree of life wall art. She was treated rudely by the employees and belittled. They acted like they did not know what she was talking about. I even showed them pictures of what she was looking for. I had to cut off the employees several times from saying something disrespectful to my grandmother. She is an 85 year old woman and has a brain tumor. Instead of acting like you have no idea what she is talking about or showing her different items that she does not want just simply say we do not have that item. That would have been just fine! I am extremely protective of my grandmother and I will not stand for her to be treated rudely.

We went in looking for a few furniture pieces. Ashlynn was great and insightful on furnishings and accents to fit the room and our design ideas. She was easy to work with and made the process so easy. There is so much to choose from!

Words can’t even describe what a business this is!! Absolutely heartless! You can’t grow and be blessed if you don’t bless other people!!! Really sad when you shop at this store all the time and ask for a small anything donations to support a family that was in a bad car accident and has a bad brain injury and needs to get in to get help when someone tells you no! I will never shop here again!!! Customer service is terrible!!

I love this home decor and more store in Downtown Griffin. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The owners are very involved in the day to day operations and always make you feel welcome when you walk in. The store is beautiful and I love that they are always adding new items so each time I visit I find something new. The prices are good. If you are looking for some new decor pieces for your home I definitely recommend this place. They also have boutique style clothing and accessories.

$70 worth of items just gone! I had a few orders for in store pick up. Well after just 2 weeks they return the item to the shelf but doesn’t return a refund. They never contacted me or warned me that they would “cancel” my order because it wasn’t picked up in 2 weeks. Once asking if they could resolve this issue they were very rude about it! Loved this store but I won’t be returning. Enjoy my $70+ you stole from me!

The most addictive store. I love it.

Ive always tried to support local business vs big boxes, having said that. The reason Im giving Rustic Lantern three stars is because they lack friendly customer service. I have purchased several items here but therell not be another. Customer service is the most important part of my shopping, I work hard for my money and want to support a business that shows appreciation.

The store is very cute and the items they sell are beautiful, however I have placed an online order through their shop twice and each time I have had issues. The shipping time takes a long while (I am in the same state as the store, a few hours away), it takes nearly a month before you get your package. However I will say each package is packed CAREFULLY and very well to ensure that nothing breaks. My issue is the first time I ordered from the store I ordered three terra cotta pots in a raised wood stand. What I got were three gray plastic pots of various sizes in a flat wooden board. When I contacted the shop they offered to take the item back but I was told I’d need to ship it. They told me that they had run out of the terra cotta pots and stand and that the seller had switched it for that product. I was never contacted about this matter nor did the online shop reflect that this was the case. I don’t see how they could have missed it while packing the order as it does not match the picture or description. I chose to keep the item as I didn’t feel the cost of shipping it back was worth it as I was not the one that made the error. The second time I placed an online order, they left out a candle. I’ve contacted the shop and am waiting to hear back, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. A shame because the items are so nice (when packed correctly).Update:My email was answered almost immediately. It seems the shipment of candles came in damaged and they had to reorder. I boosted this up a star for the fast response. I still think communication could be improved to let someone know when things change/go wrong with an order.Update 2:I decided to give them a third try. Maybe the first two times were flukes and I DID order a lot of things then. This time I ordered two candles. Sure enough it came in but, once again, another item was missing. I only received one of the two candles. I dont see how this keeps happening, especially considering it was such a small order. Ive contacted the shop, again, and am waiting for a response. Boosted up one more star because they got back to me to let me know theyll send out the other candle.

Lovely store with tons of farmhouse charm, clothing, jewelry, shoes and purses too!

The return policy was horrible. The vase came broken and when i looked up exchange/return policy, they mentioned theyre not responsible for any damaged items. Really?? I guess thats why you need to buy from branded stores who take responsibility when shipping items. Also, the items i ordered were not same size even though i just ordered two of the same stuff.
