I wish I could give this business zero stars. They do not even deserve one. We tried to support a local business and bought our lawnmower from here. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. They have the absolute worst customer service. We purchased a mid grade mower that worked fine for a short time but once it started to have issues the employees and mechanics act as if they are CLUELESS and you become a bother. They also ripped the seat on our lawnmower when we dropped it off for maintenance the very last time and would not make it right. They avoided our phone calls and gave us the run around until we dropped it several months later. We have since sold this mower and purchased a new one from a different local shop where we have received outstanding service. Please read all the reviews and do your research before trying to support any business, even local unfortunately. We are not the only customers to have numerous issues from this establishment.

What an incredible place to do business with. Im so thrilled with my new hustler zero turn. Such a great feeling knowing that i can count on these guys for any of my needs, unlike big box stores. Very impressed !

Customer service is horrible!!!!! The gentleman that assisted me at the Griffin location on Friday, April 17th was extremely rude, nonchalant attitude. I took my lawn mower in for repairs in early March & when I inquired about my mower, I was told that no repairs had been made. I was also told that someone had called me & thats not true because I didnt receive any messages and with that being said when you dont reach someone & if a message was left....why didnt you call back??? I paid $40.00 & no repairs were done & nobody had started to work on the mower. I picked up my mower on Saturday, April 18th & was able to take it to another shop for repairs. I refuse to spend my money where Im not treated with respect!!!! Ill never patronize them again nor will I refer anyone. If I could give a zero, I would. Customer service & respect is the key to a successful business. I know this to be true because Im a successful business owner.

Great customer service and super fast with getting my mower in and out of service for issues of a mower with relay issues and they handled my warranty without a issue even though i didnt buy the mower there. Will keep buying my echo equipment and when i need a new mower will buy from them thanks again.

Took our ZT HUstler in to fix an oil leak at the Griffin location. Checked with them after a week and found out their mechanic was out sick. This went on for three weeks until we were told the mechanic was going to be out for a long time (not their fault but it would have been nice to know this earlier). We then took the mower to the Newnan location, an 85 mile round trip. After three weeks and 3 days the repairs were completed. I told them I would be there early the next morning to pick it up. We drove to Newnan, did I mention its an 85 mile round trip, and guess what? They decided to transport the mower to Griffin to make it easier for us, but neither the Newnan store nor the Griffin store called to let us know. Can you say a wasted trip of 2 hours? I do not know what the industry standard is but their shop labor rate of $80/hour felt a little bit high. I can only hope the repair is effective.

Parts for the mower. They always have the parts I need!!

New manager straight up lied to me and couldnt look me in the eyes while doing it. Hes not a salesman. Ive been a customer for 10 years and spent many thousands of dollars with them, making commercial mower purchases from both locations and returning for maintenance, parts, etc. I will never, ever spend another red cent here. They do not deserve my $. Joe Thomas. I bought a toro time cutter in Newnan and afterward bought 2 Toro Turbo Force 48 inch zero turns@ $ 8,200. Each. Not to mention misc. Smaller products like a toro pushmower, trimmers, and lots of maintenance. This is not a fake review, contrary to the owners reply. He is Fake News. The truth hurts. Focus on your business.
