I myself have worked in customer service for over 20 years and its very refreshing to find someone who genuinely wants to help her customers! JANICE IS AWESOME! She went above and beyond for me this week. She did everything she possibly could to help me find the boots i was looking for. I live in Hammond Indiana but i will return to her store every time because i know shes gonna help me. Im going to leave the store happy no matter what! Please let her know shes doing a great job. She deserves to know it!

Janice is such a sweet lady. My 3 young kids came in for shoes and she listened patiently to all their ramblings and helped me find shoes for all of them. I hope we get to see her every trip we make.

Prices are always very cheap and they have coupons to save on top of the already low prices. Payless is definitely my go-to spot for getting shoes. They have definitely gotten better over the years with their selection of shoes.

The store is a little disorganized but the staff was wonderful!

So sorry to hear Payless stores are closing. Ive always been able to find my size 11w in a reasonsble price. The stores will be missed.

Girls shoes tore up.after one month. Store refused to replaced. Said shoes were nasty because mud/dirt in bottom groove of shoes. Very rude and disresectful
