I originally came in for a trade in promotion. The phone was supposed to be free. Instead I got put on a jump on demand lease costing me money. My situation still isnt resolved. Smh.

I have been going to this store for a few years now. I go back because the customer service is great, the staff is knowledgeable, and the tech support is stellar. I am not saying they are perfect, these are just human beings after all, but they do work to build relationships with customers and have an interest in providing quality service and work hard to the end. I recommend this store highly.
Amazing customer service at this Grosse Pointe/Detroit location. I accidentally turned on an app that locked up my phone and the manager spent over an hour solving the issue and I’m not even a Sprint customer...Yet! Thank you James! Very professional and friendly place!

This store and staff were 100+. They were helpful, knowledgeable and provided service with a smile. They were also willing to answer questions and make sure you were clear about the phones and service.

This place gets more than one star because they followed up with me on getting a contract signed, through some technical difficulties. They get a crap rating because they lied to me. The assistant manager, Ashley, signed me up for equipment protection after I made it totally clear that I was not interested. She also told me that I would not be able to change my plan for a year. About three times. I called sprint after running out of data and found that this was not true. I changed my plan with no problems. The store is a third party retailer, Im pretty sure they dont get paid unless you keep the plan they signed you up with for a year.I hate being lied to, especially by people who, on the surface, appear to be helpful.
This is my go to store they are so respectful and polite and will go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied the manager James made sure all my needs were met you guys are the best.
Small store clean the Sprint workers are patient and well informed excellent in repairs. In a timely manner.
Had to return a not as stated eBay purchase, used phone. Took a long time and was a big hassle. Kept trying to replace it with poor condition phones, when excellent condition photos were used. Learned from my mistake. Not going back.

Oh. my. effing. god.if you are like everyone else in the world, there is not one thing on your to do list you hate more than having to go to the store for your phone carrier. There is nothing appealing about waiting in lines and being bombarded with upselling techniques that always seem to fail at mentioning the fine print statements that would send you and your poor wallet running in the opposite direction.-My expert advice; make your life less painful and go to NO OTHER sprint store than this one. I always walk in feeling defeated, insignificant, and unsure of what help I can even be sure to trust. but EVERY TIME i go here my whole world gets turned upside down and i walk out with not only fabulousness, but a sense of security. Whenever i come here they make me happier than Christmas day ever will. They go out of their way to solve your problems and they have never once tried to force misinformation in my face.Having a no bullsh*t phone carrier shop is the most valuable asset in my life. everyone has a car person, or a hair person, or an eyebrow person... but having a phone person that you trust is the most helpful and comforting relationship Ive come across thus far. I feel safe, my phone feels safe, and most importantly...my wallet feels safe.
I have had the worst experience at this store. not only are the managers ignorant old men, they belittle woman and are misogynistic. i will never patronize sprint again, for these workers are disrespectful.
They sell you services and it not worth your time of thr day. Every since I have been with sprint, my cell phone bill is over 200.00 a month. I really dislike this company

Can I give a negative star rating??? This place was truly disappointing. Their customer service ethic is so non-existent that I wish I could rent an elephant, paint dont shop here on its side, and post him in front of the door. I was looking at phones in August, but my upgrade wasnt available til January. The young lady working there told me youre wasting your time looking because we cant do anything for you til December at the earliest. I was in shock & disbelief. My upgraded eligibility date should not have trumped her desire to develop a rapport with me for future business. They get a fat 0 for customer IQ. I bought my Epic 4G from Shannon at Sams Club in Roseville, MI so ha! ;)
