I had a payment processing issue. I went in and asked for help. And when I was handed a phone and offered to call customer service, Val walks in! Val asked for the phone, hung it up, and fixed my problem himself. Val is always there usually and has helped out many times. Thanks again, Val.

Do not go to this store. An employee there lied to me and overcharged me for an upgrade to my phone. A formal complaint was filed with Metro. The employee is Val.
