The ice creams are delicious and they are prepared by the owners. They have creative flavors (as well as classics, such as vanilla) and there is always something new to try. I highly recommend it.

I went here for the first time and got a scoop of Java chip. The workers are so friendly and amazing. I didn’t ask if it had gluten in it because mainland US if you get Java chip it’s chocolate chip. Luckily I only had one tiny bite before checking with them and finding out it has Oreos. They were amazing and asked if I was ok and even gave me a new scoop on the house because I couldn’t eat the Java. They didn’t have to especially because I didn’t ask but they went above and beyond. Such a great place.

Wonderful flavors, friendly people. Everything you want from a top-notch ice cream shop! Carrot Cake ice cream is divine! Be sure to try out the home-made baked items, including the brownies, and the lemon squares.

Great ice cream and amazing prices, can’t say the same from the service anymore. There were two kids, a guy who I think is the son of the owners and his girlfriend, before that were fast and gave excellent service. Went almost every week and loved it when they were there! They talked to you and gave you the time of the day without making you or the other clients wait huge amounts of time. It was just excellent. When they left, service just went downhill. There’s one of the new girls that has a very nasty attitude, the older woman (I think one of the owners) I guess if we go by the books she does give a “good” service, but it doesn’t feel genuine or natural like the other kids, and sometimes she has a little attitude too, which I don’t really appreciate. The service has gotten super slow, I’ve waited outside for almost 40 minutes, which never happened before and there were more people in line. What they give you has become inconsistent, the last times I’ve gone, my daughter has a huge amount but I have half the amount? Even when it’s one scoop both? I don’t know if me or my family will be going back, the service has really worsened when the other two left.

Incredible homemade icecream with a delicious and unique variety of flavors and wonderful hospitable customer service. This is my new favorite spot in Puerto Rico!!
