In my opinion food takes way to long, had to wait 35 mins for a sandwich. A little small but nice and the price for me are a bit high. The service is ok.

Rather good mocha...sweets are very good. If youre on a diet..stay away.

This is my comfort place, my way to indulge in something sweeter. For being someone who doesnt actually like Nutella that much, this place has so much more offer. Theyre always friendly and despite sometimes orders being a bit late, they always serve with a smile. Their desert selection is amazing, if youre not so enthusiastic about Nutella I recommend their key lime pie. Super great!

The taste of the bakery sweets are delicious. The latte and Hazel Latte Nutella had an outstanding taste. The employees provided detailed answer to our questions, and were very friendly. I recommend this place 💯 %.

A small coffee and pastry bar that serves creative treats almost all based around hazel flavors and Nutella. Ive loved almost all of the creations Ive sampled. The service is friendly, the food is tasty but the place is very small and the prices are a bit high in my opinion. Still a very nice place to stop by every once in a while if in the Guaynabo area.

Dog-friendly!! Yay!! And a pretty nice variety of custards and sweets and other goodies. I believe they also have dog treats, but none were available when I went. To be fair, I did go on a day where many many dogs were frequenting the mall, so I understand. The pie I did buy was fresh and delicious. Id easily go again, dog in tow!

We’ve been seeing this place on Facebook for a while and we finally decided to visit. We went to the mall, looking for the place for like 20m straight, tried to look for the location online but there was no specifications as to where was located. Asked employees and following their instructions they send us to a food truck outside on the parking lot. Over there they told us they can’t take our order over there Bc it was drive tru so the gave us directions to where the store was inside. We went back inside And finally founded. Once there there was no obvious signs are were to stand since the 6ft apart and everything. Then this employee came at us angrily yelling at us that we are supposed to stand in a circle (that you barely see). So we started waiting and then a lady that works at the mall came by the door, called and employee and order before us just because they knew each other, While we were there waiting. Then after 20m another lady came at the door and asked us what we wanted to order and we said we wanted to look what they had, so she snapped at me telling me that then we had to wait till the two ladys inside the store finished with their order. They had a paper just outside that said that the limit per customer was 6, they only had 2 inside, and yet they still didn’t let us in. We ended up leaving after all that chaos and without even going inside.

Been making the trip to Hazel Bar from Condado for some time, amazing local coffee and sweet pastry spot!***** Staff and owners make this place what it is, unbelievably well run establishment.Pretty much everything they make consists Nutella (you could imagine), making everything delicious!Thanks!

The coffee here is the best. Place is perfect after a long shopping spree or simply looking to relax in a cozy environment. The employees here are extremely friendly and will answer everything you ask.Pastries here are possibly the best pastries Ive ever had. They are constantly baking and making them. The variety is good and some times they do special pastries for a limited time. From banana bread to hazel rolls, Nutella Cheesecake and Carrot Cakes, or typical quesitos or chocolate chip cookies, you cant go wrong.You dont even have to like Nutella to enjoy this place.

The place is small and is inside the San Patricio mall ... Good food and good price for the amount of food they serve, the staff is very friendly, the menu is quite varied and the coffee is exquisite .... Excellent place to brunch.

Totally disappointed. My first time ordering a cupcake. 1 week ago I personally placed an order for a cake for 15 people. When I go this afternoon to pick up my cake they make me wait, and the excuse was that they gave my cake to another person, that what was left was a smaller cake, that is, that of the other person and that they compensated me with 4 miserable sweets. And now what do I have to say to my guests, most of them children who will be left without their piece of cake?
