Nice co-op with the huge selection of bulk goods with unique products! The raven-haired woman at the counter was so kind. We had a fun conversation about the sample of Garden of Life salmon flavored protein powder.A short haired woman near the bulk section seemed sane initially, but just about shouted the response when I asked how to price the bulked goods. She had the crazed aura of those suffering from severe TDS, and was likely throwing a mini tantrum because I wasnt wearing a mask.Likely badly socially engineered from too much NPR and Don Lemon, thus lacking independent brain power, while also suffering dangerous low oxygen levels to an already compromised brain from too much mask wearing.Bless her stupid heart.

Very nice selection of vegetables, fruits, boxed and canned goods, even some meat and fish. Senior discount is nice too. Rarely crowded so a very efficient shopping experience as well.

Very bad customer service. Been a weekly regular for 10 plus years, and staff has become increasingly rude and very unhelpful.Issues began since the Covid-19 restrictions hit. Great to encourage safety but after almost a year, they have no respect for customer’s individual needs. They are supposed to be about health. Where is the humanity. So unnecessary.

This place is run by rude, inexperienced staff. Service is terribly slow and unorganized. The place is dirty inside as well. Big Y down the street has a pretty decent organic section now and they know how to run a store. Do yourself a favor and shop there or somewhere else instead.Edit: Changed to 3 stars after calming down, the product selection is good. They still need to work on staff training though. I know the curbside Pickup is temporary but it isn’t run very well.

Still a good place for organic products, still has a pretty good vibe. Not as good as the old days, and now there are security cameras throughout the store, which always make me feel awkward. Employees are not nearly as knowledgeable about the products as they once were. Foodworks was once a community as much as a store. Now its pretty much just a store - but a good store.

Best selection in the area, food is amazing, and the staff very freindly. The tuna wrap is out of this world good. Gave 4 stars only due to employee knowledge being hit or miss. Some are very knowledgeable others not so much. Overall great store.

The store had amazing customer service. This store has an amazing bulk food section and allows you to bring in your own containers. My only complaint is that the store is a little pricey but other then that 10/10

Foodworks still carries the same products it always has. But in one important area, the store has seriously declined. In the early days, each employee had great knowledge of the products sold there, and the products’ applications: you could ask anyone from a cashier to a manager any question about a product, and get an informed, intelligent answer. Sadly, this is no longer the case. The median age of the cashiers is now about 19 or 20. They have no knowledge of the store’s products, and can’t tell you if they carry a product or not without summoning a manager for the answer. They don’t have the beautiful, knowledgeable, and eager personalities that this store’s employees once had.Foodworks employees used to be exceptional, and clearly chosen for their suitability in a progressive health food shop. No more. I’ve not yet approached a register there and found myself interrupting a snarky teenager with her face buried in her cell phone, but I fear that day is coming soon. It makes me sad.Other than that, it looks like the store has had to install security cameras throughout. It’s too bad that some crummy shoplifters have made it necessary for everyone in the store be watched as they shop: being watched like that makes my skin crawl. Bad vibes. This also makes me sad.Other than these tragic flaws, I can still find what I need at Foodworks (although I have to find it on my own with no meaningful help from an employee). So, I still shop here. But each time I visit, I remember the store’s glory days in its former location at the west end of town, and wish things were that good again.

Great selection of health and beauty products. I came in for essential oils and the Manager and /or owner went out of her way to be is assistance and ultimately recommend something I would not have known about otherwise. I will be back.

A great selection of produce, dry goods, frozen as well as health and beauty supplies. For the size of the store, ots got a lot and is not just filled up with odd inexspensive ethnic food goods like other natural, foodstores in the area. Live the prepared foods and gift section too.
