I had read recent the recent reviews prior to my visit and had concerns about the negative ones, primarily focused on two female employees. I decided to enter at my own risk and found an answer to my prayer by being assisted by one of the male employees (no concern about gender, I just was hoping to avoid the ones mentioned in previous reviews). I failed to get his name but had to leave a review about his integrity and professionalism. Without going into a lot of detail, he recommended that I see if the cell signal on another phone would be strong enough in the rural area where I inquired about (he had pulled up the site and it showed spotty service in this area; I had another phone that was connected to TMobiles towers and could potentially check this prior to signing up with them). Instead of just being focused on getting a sale, his recommendation turned out for the best in this situation. Although I wound up signing up with another carrier who has good cell signals in that area, I am grateful for this interaction and want to encourage potential customers that there are helpful and professional employees there, it is just a matter of getting the right ones who know how to talk to people with respect and understand the value of good customer service.

Paul is a God send for sure! He helped three people at a time trying to keep up and was nothing short of caring and helpful the entire time to everyone! His help Candi was unfortunately the complete opposite... she was rude and dismissed me sayin she “wasn’t dealing with it” and made Paul take on another customer even though he was still busy. She then proceeds to sit and talk trash about the customers there... thank goodness y’all have Paul there is all I can say

I went in to upgrade my device and the sales associate Candi assisted me and was unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude. She didn’t explain anything about the new device to me. She made me feel as if I was bothering her when I asked questions to figure out what my best options were. She was also having a conversation across the store with her other co workers while I was just sitting there which is very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I don’t think I will ever return to this store as long as she is working there because it was one of my worst experiences ever.

Have been a sprint customer since 2018 prior to the sprint/tmobile merge. The customer service has gotten worse. Tmobile sent out new sim cards for the merging of their network, in which our service began to REALLY SUCK. Missed phone calls and messages, when Im sitting right by one of their towers. Recently we found phones that were compatible to the tmobile network and purchased them. As my husband had no problem transferring service because he upgraded his phone months after the merging of tmobile, but for some reason after receiving my new device that states it is compatible with sprint/tmobile, I get nothing but rude attitudes and no help..went to the store as told to by customer service the next business day and well...Candi and the other store worker (carmen)may be the clown face referred by another review, were rude and unprofessional. Not just to us but other customers. I even watched as some left after they were so rudely talked to by Candi.Also tells me I had to purchase a new card..No no.Think its time to find a new company.

I was told by T-mobile customer care (online) that the local store could help me with my problem. I drove 30 miles to my nearest store and was told they could not do what the online Customer Service had said they could.If that was not bad enough, I was greeted by a really rude employee. Before I had ever said a word about what I wanted, her first words to me were said with a tone to her voice that made me feel as if I were not welcome there. After it was clear that I would not get the help I had requested from the rude girl, I asked to speak to the manager. After a couple minutes a lady wearing circus clown makeup came out and acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking her to come to the sales floor.Overall, this way a really bad experience. I wouldnt recommend this store at all.

The customer service is terrible. Theres a muscle head in there that thinks he knows everything and wouldnt even attempt to help me out. I spent over 2 hours with customer service the day before and they told me to go into the store and have the store personnel contact them. Muscle head wouldnt even pick up the phone and told me that customer service told me that in error. I drove to the Biloxi store and they were great and fixed my problem.

Vanessa is the best! Hubs and I bought new phones this morning and she got us back up and rolling in about an hour. Rating wise, Vanessa gets a 10 from me and a 10 from my husband! Shes a 20 because of her knowledge, skill, professionalism, friendliness. Shes awesome. Go Vanessa!

Deantae Is who helped me when I went in yesterday. I decided to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and he was amazing helping me, switching everything over, explaining how everything works, and gave exceptional customer service. When we walked in the store, there were 2 people ahead of us. We waited maybe 10 min before he was able to help us. While he helped us, the store got pretty busy but he handled the customer flow at ease. He was very patient, respectful, and genuine. Anyone thinking of switching and needs help, Deantae is the one to see. Even if for whatever reason T-Mobile doesn’t work out for us, I could never not give him a 5 star review.

Ill write a better review later... in short, INCOMPETENT employees, who ended up signing my mom up for a new plan rather than adding her to my account.I literally talked to someone there multiple times telling them I wanted her added to my account.After 5 different visits to the store and my sister and I both calling multiple times, she just got a bill for her own account.Would have her go to another location if possible. Every tmobile store I have ever been to have been great experiences. I have no idea how this place has good reviews.They also told my elderly mother during her initial visits that her phone was incompatible and she needed to buy a new phone. IT WORKS TOTALLY FINE on t-mobile. Really hope this place gets audited.

Went to return a device. Customer service representative was very courteous and polite, but their system requires you to bring an ID in order to return a device. I didnt have my drivers license on me at the time, but I did have a federally issued U.S. passport, which he did not know their system refused to accept as a valid form of ID. This is something that should be made clearer in their in-store device return policies, and frankly is disappointing and unacceptable. Insignificant, yet what could be easily rectified by the company, issues like this wind up making going into a store more of a hassle than its worth.Update: Currently waiting on an email response from a T-Mobile representative. Will update my review once an agreement to rectify the situation has been reached.

Im hoping for my phone issues are over if not then Ill be up there too just force myself into buying a new one with some kind of contract attached to it. I came to your store this morning and met the best guy ever. Deantae Smith helped me with my IPhone. Talk about first class, that’s him. He spent the morning transferring all my data from one phone to the other. He was very patient with me, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about his customers. I noticed that he greeted each customer as they entered the store, he asked what they needed and he let them know that he would be right there to help them. I am truly impressed with him. T-Mobile should be proud that they have such a professional, kind and caring employee. Thank you for all your help Deonte, I’ll be back to see you and will recommend you to everyone I know.

I understand Sprint is gone and everyone is switching over to T-Mobile but an email or something should’ve been sent out so the customers are aware. I noticed my service was gone and wouldn’t work in a lot of areas, so I called to ask why and that is how it was brought to my attention. The following day, I stopped into this Gulfport location to get my new SIM card. Not aware of the process of doing this, I wasn’t told I’d need any information dealing with my Apple ID to make my phone work again. I didn’t have my password on hand, so I couldn’t access anything on my phone/ it wouldn’t work. Being an employee at the store, all customers should know they need that information before their phone is completely shut down. I was asked if I had an iPad with the same Apple ID ( luckily, I do ). I was told I could TRY to reset my password through my iPad to get my phone to work... First of all, what if I didn’t have an iPad? My phone wouldn’t work and all that could be said was “sorry.” I feel this is very unprofessional and more information should’ve been said before this process happened.

Horrible experience !!!. Went to get my business account set up after being preapproved already with business customer services and several representatives where lost on the process to help me then there store manger Dustin Rickeburg refuse to assist me with my account and was rude and He and another female manger left store together laughing and making rude remarks while I was left unassisted in the store for almost 20 mins . Spoke with customer service to make a compliant while I was in the store ! It’s ashamed you treat well qualified customer like this !!

Had to wait a long time. Lafy mansger was speaking to everyone that came through the door but not me shacking hands. But everyone she help she had to call on staff to do it for her. Hmmmmmm. Guess customer service is just for some people not everyone. Cant say she didnt see me cause i sst right in front of her and we made eye contact. The guy that help was great.
