Had a great experience buying a mattress. The sales guy listened to our needs, explained what types of mattresses they offered and found the perfect bed for us. Buying a bed shouldnt be overly complicated and it was so easy that I regret waiting so long. Bed was delivered two days later with zero issues. I had a really great experience buying my new mattress. Jimmy Huffman was my salesman and he was extremely helpful. He knew his stuff and was patient. I went back a couple days later and got another bed!

Mattress Firm had a great selection of mattresses to choose from. I had done lots of research online trying to determine which mattress I wanted to purchase. When I went into the store they had the top three mattresses on my list. I was not aware they carried all the Purple mattresses I had read about. Since they had such a great selection I was able to try each one. I saved hundreds of dollars by realizing the mattress had planned on buying online was not the one I chose to purchase. Michael did an amazing job answering all my questions and giving me time to make my decision.

Jimmy was attentive and very understanding of our needs for a good bed. After many different places that we looked at, this store was our last stop. My sister and mom both needed beds and he walked us through the different ones that they have and their benefits. My mother is 82 and fell in January and is still mending a broken shoulder. I went in during Labor Day to buy a mattress for my kiddo. I did some research online beforehand to see which mattress I would like to get. Mike was nice. We went in looking around, and he wasn’t pushy or just trying to show us beds we couldn’t afford. He asked us what we were looking for, and showed us different beds in that price range, as well as what was currently on sale. We bought a bed the same day, and took it home with us too. Overall good customer service, and pleasant experience with them.

This was our 5th stop mattress hunting because other places just didn’t do it for us. Javier was our sales person and he was beyond awesome. Super friendly and professional, not pushy at all like all other sales people we came across in the past and really took his time to explain and educate us to help pick the best mattress. I want to add that the customer service was great. There was a minor small hiccup in the sale I reached out to the manager and he was super helpful in fixing the problem. I love the mattress by the way I bought for me and my son I can now say my son and I finally got a good nights sleep.

I had been looking at mattresses for a couple months narrowing down what I had wanted. I came in wanting to look at 2 different mattresses. Jim was great, greeted me and showed me what I had wanted. He then showed me 2 other mattresses with similar options. I did choose one of the mattresses he showed me.

I didnt know buying a mattress could be so easy! I was probably in and out (with a mattress I absolutely wanted) in less than 30 minutes! My sales associate was Richard Ursin and he was amazing! He asked me some questions about my sleep style and price range and we started with those mattresses. He also told me all the offers/sales the store has going and really helped me determine the best way to get the most of out my budget! He was really friendly and not pushy at all. I had a really pleasant experience there. If youre nervous about buying your first mattress(like I was), I would definitely recommend going to see him!

Didn’t enjoy the experience here. The salesman was helpful but pushy. I told him from the beginning that I wasn’t planning to buy a mattress for a month, but just wanted to look around and understand what I wanted. I was very clear about this and mentioned it multiple times. At the end of the visit he acted as though I was ready to buy the one that I found to be the best. He then acted all surprised that I wasn’t buying today; trying to pressure me into it. Not a great experience and 100% will not buy from any Mattress Firm! I get it is your job, but not even a car salesman acts like that. It was uncomfortable for my SO and I.

If I could give a negative star amount, I would. The salesman was VERY pushy. I told him we wanted to price match and that we were looking around and he kept pushing us. My husband finally walked out and when I tried to leave, the salesman threw a little bit of a fit. The price dropped from $1000 to $600 really quick. I would have been back if it wasnt for the attitude problem I received when I was leaving. I ended up buying from American Mattress. I would not suggest this place.

I purchased a bed at the Mattress Firm store in Gurnee, IL. Rick K was my salesperson. I went there twice the first time he helped me he wrote down all the prices and info for the beds I was interested in. He was honest and helpful. I went back purchased the bed. A few days later I called and purchased a headboard. Rick made sure the bed was delivered and put in an order to have the delivery people come back and put the headboard together for me. The delivery people were also wonderful, they wore masks they wore booties because I had carpet were very nice. I went to few places to find the memory foam mattresses, nothing was readily available, plus they didn’t have what I was looking for. I was searching for something close by. I found mattress firm near my place in gurnee, I read great reviews on the service. Specially about Rick. When I went there he showed me what I was looking for, I ordered two king beds. I went to Mattress Firm after being screwed over by Ashley HomeStore. From my first phone call regarding a mattress I was interested in to phone calls to update me on the status of my mattress to visiting the store in-person a few times, I received excellent customer service from Rick Kingsbury every time. Hes very knowledgeable and was very upfront about potential delays in getting the mattress I wanted. When the delays for my mattress order became worse instead of better, he came up with a solution, and I received a mattress within 2 days! His communication skills are what every business should have. I appreciated all his help & honesty!

Sighed up for their presidents day sale. 0% financing for 5 years. Sounds like a good deal. What they dont tell you is they sign you up for a credit card with a 30% interest rate if you dont pay it off in the scheduled time and now im stuck with a credit card that I didnt want because canceling a credit card hurts your over all credit... will not be going back nor will I not recommend to a friend and will be tell all my friends that I did recommend to not go there....

Mattresses on the floor really soft compared to what ya get. The say 3 month break in. I returned 1st and though I like firm it was way to firm so went to medium. The floor felt like plush but got it. After 9 months it is barely under a firm and now just right for me.
