Had a wonderful experience, thanks to Cody, who was working. Great personality, very knowledgeable.Have us all the time we needed (my daughter was with me) to try all beds and pillows. Guided me thru the difference in all the beds, sheets and pillow covers. A most enjoyable shopping experience. Cannot wait to get my bed. Thank you Cody and sleep number.

Had wonderful service by Cody in the store but delivery service was terrible first the two men complained about installing bed because it was on the second floor next would not take mattress because it was not wrapped they lied about it because I. Called customer and they told me it was not true Called the store Cody told me it was a mistake

We had great customer service in the store, however it felt quite a scripted sales pitch at times. We had already done plenty of research into the Sleep Number P5 anyway, so we just wanted to have the hands on test. It’s kinda scary spending $4k on a bed, but it was professionally delivered less than a week later. I’ve had some great sleep with this brand. The auto adjusting bed is fantastic. My sleep number is 40, perfect sweet spot for me.Only reservation with the store, was the one sales person on duty. So when we were trying to make an informed discussion about spending $4k on a bed, we had to share moments of time with some other customers. It really takes about 30 min to try out the beds and go through the literature and then order. So sharing the sales guy turns this into a much longer process which might have turned me away.

Second time I had poor customer service at this branch. I only went there today because I had no time to go to another store. Last time I bought two sets of sheets in a different one because not only they hardly ever have enough inventory but the sales people are lame.Today I entered the store and only one sales guy was trying to sell a person a bed. He told me he would be with me shortly. I sat and wait, I understood he was only one. What I did not understand is that he started to tell that person stories, of hi,self, of other customers he had a few weeks before. I finally told him that I had waited enough and that he should not be telling stories when he has customers waiting. Second time and last one. Will always buy from any other store. This one is the place to AVOID.

I went in by myself to try out some mattresses and was greeted right away by John. He was very polite and professional and explained the differences between their mattresses. I explained to him that I would not be making a purchase that day because I wanted my husband to come in to try them also. He was very understanding and gave me information to take home. I returned a few days later with my husband and John helped us again. We told him we would think about our options and come back. He called me a few days later to let us know that there was a 3 day sale and it was just what we were looking for! John was great and we would definatly refer people to him.

Many beds with different amount of padding. I started with a high number and went down until I felt as if I was going into a pillow. This relaxed my back and then I increased the hardness once my back was relaxed. I can hardly wait for it to be delivered.
