I really love the options here. They offer a wide selection here. They have tons of smoothies, teas, popsicles, etc from all these different flavors. It wasnt too pricey and the young teenager employees there were extremely friendly. Great local alternative to other options for Boba. Surprised this place isnt busier for how great it is!

I live 5 min away from this michoacana. Every time I go to get a Chicharon Preparado the employees say to me “sorry we don’t have cueritos” because the cueritos are not a big deal to me I ask them to make my chicharrón without them. Every single time I tell the employees that, they just reply back with a sharp “sorry we dont have the ingredients for it”.Their elote is so old that it doesn’t have any flavor anymore. The consistency very chewy. I rather drive 30+ min to the other michoacanas than buy from this One.

Horrible customer service!! We went on a Sunday afternoon. My boyfriend and I were trying to pick our flavor for Ice cream, the employee who was taking care of us asked what we wanted. I told her what flavor and she said she didnt have that one, so we asked to try another flavor to replace it and she kept asking what we wanted. At one point she said in a harsh tone Do you want Hersheys or not?! I was so embarrassed by the way she talked to us. Even other customers walked up to us and told us they heard her be rude to us. If I could, I would give them ZERO STARS! I will never go back to this location! I would understand if the shop was packed but there was only 2 people behind us and the other employee was already taking care of one of them. I have worked customer service before and I know exactly how to treat customers and that was not it! Very disappointed.

The two young teenage girls that work there are so polite and professional! They have amazing customer service, but the lady that works in the morning is very rude. She needs to go.

I love this place so much! I came with my family and the teenagers were so nice! They gave me free candy and my boba was so good!!!i did notice there was a old lady who the workers told u was the manager who came in and stacked the agua aggressively and left told the teenagers to take the music they have off which I didn’t like besides that, the music and vibes were good! OVERALL GOOD!

Well.When they opening its was the great place to buy delicious ice cream.My kids just love it.And ofcourse we are supporting small business in our area.But!!!When owner changes his employee, the service became disgusting!Before, ladys whos sale ice cream, was so nice, very friendly with kids, Filled cups over full.Now, in store siting to yong guys, they dont car about costumers and anything....We are so sad and no more supporting this business.Two star.

TERRIBLE! We have been several times. Every time we hope the service will be better it always disappoints. Teenagers working there have zero motivation to be serious about their job and are so disrespectful. One time the young lady had her boyfriend there at the table and kept making me wait so she could finish talking to him. This past time my boyfriend paid, and the guy went in the back and completely forgot about him. He asked if he was making the order or not and he said oh my bad and made it and was about to charge him AGAIN! Not only that but he excused himself with how he had to deal with a screaming customer who was complaining to his manager about horrible service. Please dont waste your time.

This place is soo amazingg!! They have affordable boba’s and in every place it’s more pricey!! The teenagers are slept on!! They give such a young vibe and not bring adult seriousness vibes, they communicate with us. Play good music and make everything fast and not wait on us! Good manners but i did go in the morning once and a lady was very disrespectful and always rolling her eyes not speaking good english which is why i say teenagers are slept on they know both languages and work faster

I asked for a 2 scoop mangonada and bro fit like 4 scoops in that shiz. Best mangonada I ever had btw.

I got the yogurt with fruit and I didnt try it until I got home. It is terrible! Its like water instead of yogurt. I can not believe they would sell this. Ya cant even keep it on a spoon. If you go to this location, do not get the yogurt.

So it is a sunday and we all went to get some ice cream and strawberries with creme and qhen we got our strawberries and creme there was onpy 4 miserable pieces of strawberry each strawberry with creme order is 6 dollars so huge ripoff

The employees are very nice but the ice cream and paletas are not good. Go to the Michoacanas in Waukegan instead.

Never closes on time, I called an hour before their closing and no one picks up. I come at 8:30 and the door is locked with the workers inside and no one even acknowledges me. They don’t even say anything to me and just look at each other. Very rude and irresponsible

First and probably last time going, I went for an Agua de fresa (strawberry water) and what I got tasted just like strawberry nesquik. Very deceiving if you ask me.

Stopped in here today. Absolutely loved it, the snack was delicious and as was the juice. I got the Doritos with elotes and cheese, and the lime & chia juice. The worker was very kind and helpful. Cant wait to stop back in.

The costumer service it was good but when I arrived to the Michoacana the floor it was so dirty and the glass too. I hope next time back clean the store.

Stay away from this location. Went with my family for a treat. the young man serving us drops my scoop of pistachio ice cream on the glass. Picks it up with and throws into another tub. He then proceeds to pick it back up and toss it back into the original flavored tub. We ask him if he understands that what he did? Which he reply’s to “the surface is clean.” At that point in time I grabbed my family and left. Pandemic/No pandemic, it’s still gross! I will not return. Please train your staff.

Its delicious ice cream, paletas different flavors, Mexican treats like chicharon or mangolada. Staff is nice and customer friendly. I was surprised they carry Bubble yea flavors too. Milk shakes and so many other options. You have taste to believe me.
