Very limited ice cream choices since they remodeled. They even let go of black walnut AND they dont carry butter pecan ice cream. Very inconvenient and all of the other ice cream flavors are not to my liking. So now I have to take a 20 min drive to a different location. Whats the use of having 31 flavors if youre not going to even carry half? Needless to say this location will not get money from me

Refused to return back some nasty ice cream or exchange would not recommend going there

They make me iced coffee every day that I come to work, except today. Fast service, friendly staff, excellent craftsmanship. I have no complaints and will continue to return until I say goodbye to Gurnee and never come back. Until then, the search for the sip play win compass piece may resume.

The employee who helped me at the counter was incredibly nice and helpful.

I had a short notice request for two boxes of coffee and Dunkin filled them. I had to request one to be completely filled up upon receiving it but they got it done.

We came in as a party of 6. We were the only people there but were rushed to order. People started coming in and we felt even more rushed. We had to pay for the things we ordered and move to the back of the line. We have a foreign exchange student from China and it takes her some time to order. We finally ordered and paid for all of our food and drinks. We had to go remind the guy making coffee that we never got ours. He asked what we had and we had to give him out drink order again. I received my food and the turkey sausage flatbread was really good, but I looked in my bag of hash browns and there were 6 pieces and it just filled the bottom of the bag. I asked the guy to fill it up and he said that it was a typical order. They were really good but not enough. My daughter iced coffee was bad according to her. We have a local Dunkin Donuts that gives us much better service. Try to smile at least people!

Boyfriend and I went to get some ice cream. There were only two people working and weve never had a problem before with only two workers. There was a few people ahead of us waiting for ice cream and one of the workers was going back and forth. By the time our turn came up we waited by the ice cream for 15 minutes for one of the workers. They were both working coffee station. We decided to wait in the other line but to no luck they were moving slower. Im not sure either knew exactly what they were doing. I used to work at a dunkin and could move faster than that by myself. There was about 6 people in line. 4 of us left because they werent helping us.

Customer service was great ice cream was good. It was a shame that 2 young men are working 2 departments and there are 10 customers waiting to be served. Very under staffed!

Great flavors of ice cream still some of the best tasting ice cream out there. Hope Baskin-Robbins sticks around seems like there are not too many around anymore.

Well yeah its a Dunkin Donuts. Nothing special right? The cutomer service here is top notch. Great tasting food and beverages are a close 2nd. Being clean and well cared for. Wow whats not to love?

Boy in charge last 2 times in was rude and discurtious. No chocolate this time, who doesnt have chocolate on a non busy day? Last time he treated a female employee with great disrespect in front of customers and didnt care. Not going back.

Very friendly staff. Remembers orders. Service very speedy and correct orders given always.
