Vehicle slow to turn over when starting and had strong gas smell. Greg’s initial thought was issue with fuel pump. Took vehicle in shortly after 8:00 am. Greg prioritized mechanical issues and owner concerns in highly professional manner. By 11:30 am (much sooner than I expected), Greg confirmed need for fuel pump replacement and gave estimate. He shared timeline for receipt of fuel pump and when work would begin. Shortly before 4:00 pm, Greg called and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up. Pleasantly surprised! He detailed owner concerns and gave timeline for when these should be addressed. Over 20 years, have been extremely pleased with service from John Vance. Your service staff is top-notch!

I believe my technician’s name was Greg or Gary, he was professional, and came to notify me that my tires could not be rotated due to excessive wear. At first I thought no way because my car has 10k miles on it and it’s 8 months old off the factory floor. But when I got home and looked again myself, I most definitely put some tires on order within then next 30 minutes after. Thanks for the heads up!
