This place is the best I love there food so much they make sure to not put too much or too little meat on my sandwich the meal is always cooked right and they can make about any drink you ask for! I can’t stop eating it. I love there food so much ❤️❤️!!!

Wawa’s employees are incredible; their diligence, speed and quality of customer service in general is unmatched. I know this because for about 3 months during the first few weeks of the pandemic they would give us, The Salvation Army if Union City, 120 sandwiches everyday so that we could give them out to hundreds of needy people coming to our soup-kitchen. Although these sandwiches were being donated the way the employees prepared them was like for a king. Thank you WAWA!

Clean store and friendly attendants and staff. This one of the better Wawas that Ive been too. If you are stopping by to fill up on gas, its never overly crowded and the service is professional and reasonable quick. The shop is always well stocked and their subs are always tasty. They are on the small side so you many want to grab two if you are especially hungry. They freshly made and dont have the best presentation but theyre delicious. Since COVID, I havent stoped by as much as I use too but Im glad you can still get stuff from their store delivered via Uber Eats. They pick and pack your items very securely. I like that their drinks even have tamper-proof seals.

This place is worst..employees here are so careless, I went this place two time and both the time they mess up my order. The lady making sandwiches was not at all paying attention to my order and constantly looking whats happening outside. I ordered veggies sandwiches and they make me something Non-Veg.This place is horrible, they should shutdown if they can not manage it well. I will never go this place again and I will not recommend this place. VERY BAD

By far the BEST wawa I have ever been to. The gas station is not too crowded and the attendants are friendly and conversational. The convenience store is fantastic and I LOVE their hot foods/ prepared foods to order section. Their bagels are surprisingly good, crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. As a lifelong Jersey Girl, a great bagel is a requirement for a good morning! The store is always stocked and clean and bathrooms are clean too. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.

I stopped to get breakfast since I forgot mine from home. Their food selection consists of odd assortment of combinations. I wanted a simple egg and cheese which they did not have. I customized one of their sandwiches to make the egg and cheese and the prep person removed the cheese and added extra bacon for some reason. The original sandwich before I customized it didnt even contain bacon. It took a very long time to get my correct order as the prep people kept on fulfilling other orders. The sandwich was awful and cost $4. I do not recommend this microwaved junk. On a positive note the cashiers are very nice and friendly.

Great but gets very busy at night

This restaurant is a gem. The food is fantastic, quick and homemade. The place is impeccably clean. I dare you to find something dirty. We watched the staff during a slow time wipe down salt and pepper shakers, table numbers, chairs, under the table, etc. And the staff are lovely, kind and helpful. We particularly enjoyed Darryl and Tracey who were both extremely nice and friendly. Even with all the food options in Jackson Heights, we made a 2nd stop here because we enjoyed the first so much. Its quick but not rushed.

I went in for a cup of coffee this morning. The most amazing wonderful staff I have ever seen employed by Wawa is at this location. My coffee with a double shot of espresso was prepared Devine. Outside of the coffee the attention to detail from the front of the house cashiers to the back of the house, especially the blond and dark hair gentleman you will see pictured below. Those two are the reason I am sitting in my car out side of this location before I drive off to make sure there willingness to assist customers with a smile on their faces is noticed. And to WAWA corporate you extremely lucky to have those two as a part of your team. This establishment is out of my way so I don’t visit it often... however I will be making the trip to visit them more often. FANTASTIC. TURNED MY RAINY DAY INTO A LOVELY DAY. THANK YOU

New store layout and very clean.

This site is usually slow during the breakfast rush. No big deal, I just dont go for that time. But today I ordered a salad at lunch, got home to eat it and there was a live bug in the salad. No way to call and report or inform them unless I go all the way back to the store. Wont be shopping here for a long time.

I’ve been to this location 3 times. Each time the kitchen has been in complete disarray.

When I came here any size coffee was $1They have a great hot food menu available between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. daily.They also have daily specials with different soups and sandwiches.

Nice location, good parking, open 24 hours, good variety of menu. What more can you ask of Wawa?

The food is really really good and so is the service. We stopped for lunch here and were pleasantly surprised. Really good and healthy choices.

Such a cute little shop in the city. Street parking was fairly easy to find and the ambiance is very calm and relaxed. Good place to sit with friends or study and get work done. I tried the lavender latte and it was the perfect amount of sweet lavender flavor. They also have oat milk.

This is a great wawa. Enjoyed many mango smoothies from this location. Nice people too!

Midnight munch Ordered Italian hoagie with lettuce tomato onion sweet peppers and vinegar for hubby guess what no tomato no onion no vinegar inside the hoagie gopefully next time they make the sandwich right thank you though

These people are absolutely amazing. During this crisis we, The Salvation Army at UC, are getting 120 delicious sandwiches to feed the needy in our community, many of them have lost their income recently. WAWA staff, how can we ever thank you? 😭

So yesterday I went to Wawa to get a sandwich and while Im placing my order, I notice a woman walk behind the counter without a mask on. Every single person in that store had on a mask except for this one lady. I asked why she doesnt have one on and the guy making my sandwich stated its because she just arrived at work and they provided masks at work. I responded that that she should be wearing a mask when she walks in or get a mask at the front door.What I want to know is what makes her allowed to be in the store the only person without a mask and not to mention talking and laughing around everyone making deli sandwiches. That’s disgusting.

I called this Wawa on Thanksgiving night after working a 10 shift at a hospital. The woman who picked up the phone had an attitude from the start and about halfway through asking if they were still making sandwiches she said we always here and then hung up the phone. I stopped by QuickChek instead...

Store itself is amazing I like all the employees I’d rate it 5 stars but I Went in there recently spoke to an employee by the name of Dino who was a “manager” he was supposed to help me with my wawa app because it would not work but he didn’t even know what he was doing. Had me waiting for at least 20 minutes such a waste of time. He was very useless. Clearly didn’t know how to do his job

This is your typical Wawa. Great variety and friendly staff for the most part. It can get incredibly crowded at times due to its location and that causes them to be out of certain items.

Good food and nice front cash people but the ones who work the food area are always slow and act like we are lucky they grace us with their presence, I just waited 20 min for a soup and when I tried to ask about it got so much attitude it was crazy. they also do not pay ANY attention to who picks up what slip so you better hope no one takes your order.

Manger at 4 am shift is so bad really ( she ) is so bad !!!!!!! she treat people with arrogence !!!! why !!!!!

Everything made fresh.A large variety of soda, juice, desserts, coffee, shakes, hot pretzels mozzarella sticks jalapeno poppers right next to it is there on Wawa gas which is a pretty decent price I give this place five stars and most of the employees try to help you out as best as I can.

If you would have told me that I might choose to drive using a specific road just because there is a gas station and a convenience store in it, I would probably tell you that you have lost your mind. But today I can tell you that if I have 2 options, I would choose the road that will allow me to stop at Wawa and refresh.

Fantastic wawa!Great location and wonderful staff.Everything was well stocked the store was exceptionally clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. I had a little trouble finding something lol not only did someone notice right away that I needed some help but they knew exactly where to find what i was looking for! I love wawa in general but this store is surely a cut above!

Its a big shame that there is no wawas upstate NY where I live, and also there is not a single wawa in the state of New York. Whenever I visit my cousins in Bergen County and going to the state in general, I always like to visit Wawa. This particular location is very good as well. Convenient, nice people, and atmosphere. I always enjoy their cold brew iced coffee. It is to die for, and yes it defeats dunkin donuts iced coffees. Highly recommended. The only downside for this location is the soda selection for mtn dew needs to be a better improvement, meaning its needs more flavors. Overall I had a great experience.

This Place is an absolute Joke. I waited 25 minutes for my sandwich while one employee sat behind the food counter looking defeated while making everyones sandwiches. She was clearly asking the other employees for help behind the counter and they wouldnt even acknowledge her let alone assist her just continued talking to one another. Register had a decent attitude about them and just kept a smile on the face. I will never be coming to these stores again had to deal with the same thing on the one on essex. Everyone who reads this they have a quik check less than a mile down the road!

There is this one lady that works as cashier and has amazing customer service. The food is made fairly quick, picture perfect and tastes great.

If half of stars were available I would prefer that than a full, cant order beverages through machine for what ever reason & I ordered a sandwich that never went through system so I asked what the hold up was for just to find out my meal was never seen leaving me to voice over what I ordered while others after me were leaving
