HOW TO BREAK UP WITH 5 WOMEN IN 20 MINUTES. Thurs night Oct 21 at 7pm. Pay for my sandwiches and walk to the back to wait. The man (his name starts with an M, not sure what it was) at the sandwich counter gets 3 orders at once and decides hes not going to do them. So he walks away. 5 women staring at the empty sandwich counter. tick...tick...tick. Manager tells him via loudspeaker to get back to the deli. He announces hes going home and sneaks into the back of the store. 5 women staring at the empty sandwich counter. tick...tick...tick. Finally a nice young woman who has been working there for 2 days and is due to go home bravely steps into the sandwich counter, and she and another woman make our sandwiches. 5 women leave the store for probably the last time.A tip for the owner...Firehouse and Mikes subs both have locations less than a mile from your location. For a dollar more I can get twice the sandwich. I find that dollar worth it to not have to put HOLD THE DRAMA on my sandwich special instructions.

Staff/management give the impression that they dont care. Sandwiches are made with little care and very incorrectly.... even while the ingredients are on the receipt! Dark skinned man with glasses made mine and my wifes, we both got about only half of our ingredients. When trying to call management and telling them that we arent local and hoped for a refund, my wife was told to come back for a new one.... obviously they dont listen either! Think twice before coming to this one, Id rather settle for subway! At least I can see what is being put in my sandwich and possibly better customer service.

I like this store very much I’m very happy it is open. I not only get gas here but I get coffee here. I get food here. I get chips here. I get ice cream here. I got a 32 ounce fountain soda for $1. Awesome! Oh I forgot to mention, the store is open 24 hours. That makes me very happy. Some of the staff could use improvement but I’m sure it’s their first job ever, And some stuff I can only imagine our college students. I am very happy to give this store my business. I came hear tonight and got two sandwiches because it was late and I was tired. Very happy. Keep up the good work.

Its a Saturday night and theres only one person making sandwiches....a 30 minute wait for 1 sandwich... unacceptable. Wheres the manager? What are they doing about this?

New store having just opened on June 26,2018. Quick Chek has dubbed this as a New Concept high tech convenience store and gas station. I can see why. Theres lots of great features. A nice hot Food service serving hot and cold sandwiches and more. A seating area with charging stations, tons of coffee choices, soup station with six choices, bakery and quick grab sandwich stations. Of course they also have a bunch of candy, snacks and light grocery items. Additionally they have free wifi, two outdoor picnic tables, ATM, self serve lottery machine and super clean restrooms. There are also 4 self check out registers. Outside theres 5 easy access gas pump islands with very competitive pricing. It has a good location next door to Boston Market on busy Hackensack Avenue, close to the FDU campus and Bergen County Academies so I suspect it will be successful. (BTW, this is the first time Ive rated a convenience store/gas station 5 stars.)

I think these pictures shows everything . Great sandwich good music. The Place to eat and relax. Drink fresh coffee or you can buy beverages what you want from market. I think we gonna have to get appointment for Saturday night in the future .

Sat morning w two people in the deli and waited 1/2 hour for a sandwich to be made.

No one was at the register and when someone finally did service me she gave me the wrong product! They need to train staff on cigarettes!

Went to make a foodOrder, and I believe the manager that was on duty was making my shake, did it half way and walked away, completely stopped doing my order to boss people around so I had to ask another employee whoHad no idea I was waiting...the lady behind counter to worry about yelling at ppl then working at 1:35 pm 03/31/21

I went to this gas station on 11/5/2019 at about 12:00pm. One gas attendant was yelling at the other one about how he was taking all the big cars. I was my car with my girlfriend at the time and the gas attendant was describing my car as the china man van. I didnt know this place is keen on hiring such racist people. As an Asian, I will never go back to this place.

I work down the street. Every time Ive gotten gas here, the gentleman attendant is always friendly and smiling. Considering the fact that most Jersey station attendants Ive encountered are the complete opposite, I felt the need to acknowledge - especially this time of year - this man who takes pride in his work and seems terminally happy. I could probably learn a thing or two from him.Foods good, too.

5 am Friday they got nothing. No donuts. No breakfast sandwiches,

Very nice, clean store as of day 3 of its opening; but my sandwich order today could not have been more wrong. I ordered a toasted sandwich with turkey, ham, provolone, mayo, spinach, banana peppers, pepper and oregano, and I received a not-toasted sandwich with turkey, American cheese, lettuce, olives & pickles...and I waited about 10 minutes for it.Check your sandwich before you leave the store and be sure you have enough time to wait for it.

The lottery vending machine had its light out to play the Mega, Powerball, etc. So after I inserted a $10.00 bill, I realized the machine was out of service. You could only purchase scratch off tickets in which I did not want. So the gas attendant called the overnight manager. The manager appeared to be clueless and panicked. Did not know how to handle the situation since unfortunately the lottery vending machine key was not supplied and left in the store. He was asking me to return later in the day to get my refund and see the daytime manager. Shame on Quick Check upper Management to let this happen.

I’ve never had an issue here. I’ve gotten gas, snacks, and food with no problems several times.

Ive only gone twice, tonight being the second night. The first time I went during the afternoon and had a great experience with staff and quality food. I go just about 11:30 pm and the staff is not so friendly. I understand its the graveyard shift but if someone is being kind and nice the least you can do is reciprocate, we are all battling our own struggles. I ordered two sandwiches with salt and pepper but I kid you not, the sandwich itself is completely covered in salt and pepper and I can hardly eat it. Ive never seen a sandwich with so much condiments. I am so dissapointed. I have lupus and several other illness and obviously they arent aware but thats exactly why you shouldnt be careless and od on the amount BECAUSE you dont know the customers medical agenda and should take that into consideration as do most places that serve food. Its a careless thoughtless mistake that could lead to something serious depending on the persons health. Thats all, thank you for reading.

The overnight gas attendant was extremely rude. I worked at a QuickChek and helped set up the machine but didn’t touch the pump and criticized us and called us impatient. Definitely unprofessional and doesn’t have that QuickChek mentality and I heard him raising his voice at another customer as well. Will not return and do not recommend

40 minutes to make a sandwich and still got it wrong

These ppl are nasty! Well this one Spanish lady... While she was making my sandwich.. I was at the end where you get your order... So i can see them making my sandwich... (Cause they always get it wrong) She is coughing on her sleeve... (I dont care about that) And as she grabs the tomatoes and onions, her sleeve is hitting my food.. Like almost knocking it off... And then.. (Thats not even the worse part) she grabs the wet rag, thats been sitting there since God knows what... Grabs it, swich hands with it.. From her right to her left.. Over my food to clean the other side... 🙈🙈🙈The water from the rag... Goes into my food!!!!🙆🙆😵😲😷 Thats it! Story over! I had it! Im NEVER EVER coming here again! EVER! Nasty!!! Oh yeah... I told the head guy what happen.. He understood.. And gave me my money back with no problem.. I just hopes he fix the problem.. Smh

I come here a lot but now i think im done. Late at night there is this one blond woman who is a little heavy and she is incredibly rude. I have no idea how she still has a job there. I had to purchase cigarettes and both girls were in the back so i walked to her and i asked if i could purchase some and she says with a nasty attitude “yeah i know that’s why i am walking over there.” I havent purchased cigarettes before there so she wouldnt assume i needed them but either way that was so rude. Also, she complains when customers come in and does it in front of them and ive seen them look at her odd. She really needs to get fired ASAP because i will not be coming back and ive already told many people not to go there.

Mike the manager was not very good but the rest of the staff was awesome.

The over night attendant tall heavy set PUERTO RICAN lady made a rude comment that made me uncomfortable . she should keep her comment to herself not while customers are shopping .
