Recent, new and bright addition to the Shops at Riverside. The shop is full of 14k gold-plated sterling silver. In addition they carry their signature charms and bracelets, rings, earrings and necklaces. The staff in this new store seems eager to please. Its located across from the AMC dine-in theatre on the malls upper level.

Horrible.horrible.horrible. I understand it is late I try to go in at 8:40 PM even though they say they close at 9 pm with customers inside they tell me that they close at 8:30 this is very unprofessional on their behalf because why would they close at 8:30 with people still working and customers inside. They turned me away and tell me to go to Garden State Plaza which is the closest one to them the driving is not an issue but why advertise in a time when you’re not going to follow the schedule I will always keep my business with the Pandora at Garden State Plaza.

Kimberly and rosemarie were extremely helpful and friendly... this will be my “go-to” PANDORA store from now on!

Current Pandora policy as of 12/29/2019 says: PANDORA stores are happy to exchange any items purchased from any PANDORA store. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price.However this store at riverside always has an issue with refunding or exchanging items. On two separate occasions they have called the stores to ensure they are pandora owned and not franchises before doing an exchange or refund although I bring the printed receipts. I have never had this issue before only when I go to riverside. The customer service needs to be reassessed. I shop 1000k in pandora products and never have been told to sign my telephone number on every receipt to make sure payments are not returned.I had Rosamarie assist me with an exchange and return on 12/29. She told me that she has been getting customers from Paramus and think that once they come in they need to be taken care of. That apparently they make customers write their phone numbers in case of a scam. I have brought from NewPort, Woodbury and Atlantic city Pandora and have never encountered all this racial profiling and discrimination. Never coming back here. Poor customer service.

Tried to go into the store to buy a ring last minute. The doors were closed by 8:40PM when the mall doesn’t close until 9. They would not let me in

Cold treatment of the employees, I only bought because I needed the gift, but the sparing employees do not really make you want to buy
