The Korean lady was so unprofessional and I was very unsatisfied with how she guides her customer. I ended up going to the Paramus store to purchase the same jewelry. I will never come back to this store and if you go on a busy day, don’t expect good service.

Just went to the riverside mall store to have a silver necklace polish and they tell me it takes a week!!! This is ridiculous!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED !! Tiffany & company you can doBetter then that!!

Good place and you can find the great quality within your budget. You might have to compromise little bit on the design to fit in your budget.

Not only do I love the Tiffany & Co. product but I love this store and way the staff assists me. They are awesome. They show me what they have available and guide me through the selection without being aggressive from a sales perspective.

Even though I order online now due to COVID-19. This was my go to location for all things Tiffany. Absolutely love this place and would highly recommend as most of my jewelry collection is from Tiffany & Co. I could not think of going anywhere else.

This is a smaller, but still lovely Tiffany and because of it the personnel are attentive and always ready to help. My last visit was for perfume and little did I know they were discontinuing their signature fragrance. I cant believe they would delete such a beautiful floral scent but alas...I was rescued by Alicia. She miraculously found 4 bottles for me and had them sent to my home. I was planning on 2 but she intimated they would be gone within the month so I took them all and so glad I did as indeed they are all gone. Thank you Alicia; I am glad you found them. :)

Had bought a ring in king of Prussia mall, they were so much better... the Asian lady whom I purchased an expensive wedding band from was condescending and rude. Frankly had I know there was another store nearby wouldve gone there.

This is by far my favorite Tiffany location. Ask for Lisa, she is amazing. Well situated in the Riverside Square Mall.
