We have been dealing with this establishment for over 50 years and get nothing but the best service and equipment anywhere.

Worst costumer experience of my life, rip people off, the 1hr problem rule they doesnt exist, when dad was around it was great, these guys dont care of costumers or service, dont rent nothing!!!!!!!! Rented 100 times before, when you give wrong things for machine, and its not a day late, liar again, you need money more than me, older brother is big mouth no brains!!!!

Ive rented equipment there before, they are always courteous and very professional. They take time to instruct you on the equipment youre renting.

I called him this morning to rent a carpet stripping machine I spoke to a gentleman and I asked him if it can fit in our truck or a van he said no that you have to get a small trailer since it’s heavy so I went and rented a U-Haul truck and rented a small trailer went there and he say it’s not available anymore so I’m out of the rental fee for U-Haul truck and west of the four hours of my time so just be careful when you guys call him and make sure you reserve it properly he did not tell me to give them his credit card anything else and we have done business with that company before but they’re letting the customer service is bad the person on counter did even bothered to offer any solution
