The absolute best car buying experience ever! I was out of my leased car and into the car of my dreams within an hour. Tom, Jay, and Rob are amazing and so responsive and fast. Everyone was on the same page (rare to find at dealerships in my experience) and they were so nice. If you have the time and you’re in the area, definitely stop and take a look at their inventory. They are worth the time and a place I would happily hand business over to.
AVOID this place! Very unhappy with first and last visit to Motion Chevrolet. I dropped my Colorado off for a simple oil change and they called and upsold me to $900 worth of work. I was open to getting ahead of some maintenance but this was ridiculous. They wrote customer requested on the service receipt when I absolutely did NOT request the service. I looked in the manual and I see nothing about this routine maintenance listed. They also didnt feel that it was necessary to top off my washer fluid. I called to complain but the manager was unhelpful. I talked to a mechanic and they confirmed it is a ripoff.

The service was good and the price was fair. They also have cool chevy shirts and hats for the merchandise to buy if you want. They do good work for when it comes to oil change and tire rotations.
I went in for one item with a malfunction lite that cleared itself prior to me arriving at the dealership. The repair manager stated that they most likely could find the problem since it is stored in the computer system in the car.They could not find it and I came out with a $700 bill. They could not find find out why without clearing a hundred or so other issues with the car when they tested for the malfunction light. He told me it would cost thousands to clear the other issues. They charged me a diagnostic fee to see if they could find it and they thought it might be if they cleared up if they did these other things which may clear up why I had the diagnostic malfunction light. I was disappointed being charged the diagnostic charge which I thought would be included since they did look for it and I had all these other things done but it was not. Being charged for a battery and charged for putting it in at the rate charged I thought was quite high, In addition to the other items that I was charged for that I thought was for much higher there than other places would charge. I am not sure if it was necessary at that time to get this done. They did tell me to come back again when the light comes on and I will not be charged for the diagnostics

I brought a 2013 Camaro ZL1 in late November. I went to get a State inspection when my mechanic noticed a sound coming from my engine. He said since I just brought the car I should take it back. However I brought it in Washington state and I live in North East Pa. So I heard good things about Motion Chevrolet and called them Matt got me a appointment set up told me if it was the supercharger it will be covered by Chevy. Got the car to them in a week they had the job done in a week. Matt is the best and the Tech who worked on the car did a great job. When it comes to my Camaro it will only be touched by Motion Chevrolet.

The worst service department ever. Experience buying the truck was great but will not be going back over the service dept. Truck is a 2021 and burns a quart of oil every 1800 miles and they fudge the consumption on paper. Very dishonest so beware.

Brand new 2021 Silverado ..bad torque convertor, pump and push rod in motor. Not dealer fault .was without truck for 3 weeks. Wished it was fixed quicker but overall truck seems to be riding good. Very disappointed with GM not dealer

This is by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I have had purchasing a car and I have purchased several. I have never had an experience where a dealer did not want to sell a car! The dealer, Christian, seemed so bothered by staying past 5pm! We came in ready to lease the car with little to no back and forth as far as price is concerned. We drove 2 hours from our home with the intention of leasing a car. It was clear the dealer did NOT want to assist us in the process because he simply wanted to go home and he was insistent on us coming the next day knowing we made a far journey. Purchasing a vehicle should be an enjoyable experience where the customer leaves satisfied. This was NOT. Upon purchasing the vehicle, we had also seen car mats in the trunk of the car. When we brought the vehicle home they were gone! The whole experience was upsetting and if I were to do it again I would not want to purchase from this dealership. 0/5 stars for me.

I purchased a 2020 Silverado. Believe me when I tell you, I researched the hell out of it and Motion Chevrolet was my last stop. I thought I had the best price prior to going to Motion Chevrolet and I told each dealership that I was a serious buyer and price was important. I made it a point to compare Apples to Apples. After speaking with the manager Kevin for a short time, he significantly gave me a cost well below all the others and just the way he presented himself and spoke with me I confidently knew I would be purchasing the truck from them. The best car buying experience Ive ever had in my lifetime, and Ive been purchasing cars for over 40 years. I never write reviews, but this is one experience that definitely warrants one. Came in to the dealership and worked with Kevin the Sales Manager. He was fantastic to say the least. I was looking for a new Equinox to replace my expiring lease. Motion has a great selection to choose from, and I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. Kevin ran numbers and got me a better deal than expected. Usually you would expect to be at a dealership for hours, but the entire process from start to finish took about an hour. Very pleased with this dealership. We had been looking for a used Tahoe for months, noticed a grey one on their lot while traveling. I was able to travel back the next weekend. Our salesperson Al was very professional, but laid back, not at all pushy. Prices are very good, our used Tahoe was well serviced. Damien set up our financing with ease. Start to finish was less than 2 hours, which is great for buying a vehicle. I highly recommend them.
Had an appointment at 1 oclock, my vehicle was in right on time and service was prompt and professional. Would certainly use this dealership/service center in the future.
I purchased a service contract from the previous dealership; Autosport Chevrolet. Part of the contract included up to 6 complimentary oil changes in the first 48 months. I was told by the contract company, Ethos, that when a dealership changes hands the new owner assumes responsibility for all contracts sold by the previous owner. It is for that reason that I brought my truck in for an oil change. When I called for the appointment I asked about honoring the service contract and was told that Motion should be able to honor it, as long as I brought in a copy of the contract, which I did. It was after the service was completed that I was told that Motion could not honor it, as it only covered $35 of the cost. I would have to pay the additional amount. I mentioned what I had been told over the phone, both by the warranty company and by Motion when I made the appointment, and all I was told was that they didnt work that way. I had no choice but to pay the additional charges. At a minimum I should have been told this ahead of time.
I recently bought a car with our daughter and I am thrilled the ownership and management team from Motion are now running Chevy! From Baseball Bob. our salesman, Kevin, the sales manager and, yes, another Bob the finance manager, everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Went to check out a Kia Niro and felt that our salesman, Christian Attanasio, did his homework better than any other salesman we worked with during our search, about 10 or so. Most just tossed us keys and invited us to have a look. Christian, however, knew about all the features of the car and explained them to us quickly but thoroughly. We received a quick and competitive price on our trade in from the sales manager. I liked the car and wish we could have bought from Christian. However, my wife felt that it didnt sit quite high enough for her, so we bought elsewhere. However, our visit to Motion Chevrolet was pleasant and well keep it in mind for future reference and future recommendations.

These guys and gals were awesome from start to finish! Valentina was fantastic to deal with and was really sympathetic to my situation. They gave me a great trade-in offer for my car that was being worked on at another dealership. The Autosport Crew were able to wait until I was ready, which took a couple of weeks. When my car was ready, I picked it up, got is washed and drove up to Autosport to trade it in. I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price, with even better customer service.
Walked in with an idea of what vehicle I wanted but still unsure. Was looking to lease and trade in my old lease. Jay was the first one to help me. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Listened to what I wanted and had me test drive the 2020 Traverse LT AWD as he knew this would be the perfect fit. He couldnt have found a better match for what I wanted. He offered us a great deal and couldnt refuse. Came back 3 days later to sign paperwork. I expected to be there for a few hours, well I was wrong!!! Showed proof of insurance went and signed paperwork, and wasnt asked to purchase the add-ons which I actually asked your not going to try and sell me all the package deals? Was told no unless I was interested in one. After signing all paperwork within 30 min, Jay took me to the car and walked me through the vehicle and connected my phone for android/Apple auto. Will be recomanding to all I know interested in a new vehicle.

I saw the car on Carfax and called the dealership. Tom picked the call and knew which car I was talking about (Honda CRV 2019), he was very courteous, polite and straight forward about the details and price, he nicely negotiated with me over the phone. I was there three days later buying the same car, which was as stated and as we had discussed the price over the phone Tom again very friendly, ready with the documents, gave a nice test drive tour, answered all my questions and concerns and the process was a smooth transaction. I am giving 4 stars only because this CRV was at 11810 miles and there was another car at another dealership in NJ at 6800 miles for almost $1000 less ( I did not buy the car with the less miles coz of the red color and seat color inside) but I was hoping that Motion Cherolet would bring their price lower than that car, as this CRV had more miles in comparison. Tom did come close to that price but did not go lower, I tried! All in all a good car buying experience, and I do recommend them for their friendly dealings and smooth negotiating experience.

The good: was in for an oil change on my 2015 Suburban. the service advisor very kindly pointed out 2 services I was eligible for that were covered under an extended GM warranty program. Shortly after that recommendation, I brought the suburban back for those two recommended services. While performing those services they discovered an oil cooler line was leaking and called me to advise. Informed me that too was covered.Paul at the service desk is great. He is patient, informative and as helpful as he can be.I will be a loyal customer as long as that they continue to be as good as they have been.

I went to get a key fob replaced for my folks. The key part had broken off. I shopped around a bit and read other reviews. I decided to take a shot with Autosport Chevrolet. They are personable and professional. They ordered the part and said it would be a day. The next day it was there with no issues. I was told it would take roughly an hour to do all the reprogramming, etc. To my surprise, it was done in half an hour. The people working there put in the extra effort to make sure the service and job was done right. I left the dealership happy. The price was reasonable as well. I feel it is important for others to know that there are good dealerships out there who want to provide quality service.
I recently just changed my rating for this dealership from a 3 Star to a 5 Star and this is why. I have been extremely happy with the service my vehicles have received. It was one of my best car purchasing experiences. The salesman, Will was great; not pushy and very informative. He even came in on his day off for our convenience. The finance manager, Damien found our best financing deal possible and did not try to sell us all the unnecessary items that you normally have to fight off.
My lease is almost up and looked into this dealership to get prices, i spoke to Kevin whom apparently is the sales manager, we couldnt agree on a price and thats ok, my bad review isnt about the price is about his attitude, his rudeness and the way he handle things. Needless to say i wont be doing business with them, he was nice up until the point i questioned the price breakdown and he was not happy about that.
The support and service team is always excellent. The communication is clear and everyone there, especially Matt and Paul, is very transparent about what is being worked on for your vehicle. For example, my wipers really needed to be fixed and although the part was back ordered, Matt went out of his way to find the part and have it shipped overnight, ending with the wipers being fixed next day. My concern was heard and a solution was implemented. Overall, great experience every time.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially William our salesperson. He was quick to assist us after answering questions on the phone. When we got to the dealership he knew us right away and picked the perfect car for us. He got the paperwork off with the insurance company and finance department ASAP when our past dealership took forever!. We heard great reviews about auto sport from family and we are glad we came. Kevin the internet director came over and was very helpful and enthusiastic. Great job!
