Its not my name. But I did purchase two vehicles from your dealership; one Optima and one Sorrento. You told us that the Sorrento was just fine when we brought it for service at 96k miles; we were concerned because because it took qt of oil with every fuel fill. We never had an issue like that any of the many SUVs weve owned in the past so we suspected that you were lying to us. Then when we brought it back at 101K you told us the engine was shot and the vehicle had no value. We found hundreds of similar stories on the web so theres definitely an engine issue with the Sorrento, but you deceived us until we were just past the warantee. You also bullied my wife who came home in tears. Unethical leadership, plain and simple. Ill never buy from Motion Kia again.

Motion Kia has been excellent. I bought my 2020 Telluride there and always get my service done there. Staff is super friendly and laid back (professionally). I drive extra distance to go to this dealership.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Motion Kia today from start to finish! Mike was super helpful on the phone and hooking me up with Brett. My husband and I went and looked at exactly what I had spoken to Mike about and less than 90 minutes later we were driving off the lot with our new certified pre owned Stinger!! Just an incredible staff all around. Couldn’t be happier.

Service Manager Victor and Service consultant Blade are always very helpful and accommodating. Honestly I always come back because of the hospitality.Victor has made it real easy and comfortable for to do business with the service center. He always lets me know what my car needs and makes sure to fit me it if and work with my busy schedule if needed. I dont see myself going anywhere else but Motion Kia thanks to the great friendly stafe there.

On October 26th I purchased a used 2016 Kia Sportage from here and they were very fair and nice people. Maria let me take the vehicle for a test drive and it handled great and I could tell they just put brand new brakes on the car. I just wanted to thank Maria for being an all star sales rep, very down to earth and no pressure at all she was fantastic. Mike also was really nice and unlike other places I was able to make my purchase quick and no pressure it took about 30-45 mins that’s including the test drive and they detailed the car for me and I was already driving back home. I still need to get the car inspected in PA, but I feel it will have zero problems as the car was very well maintained and had exceptional service records. Overall I would say my experience was a very good experience and I will be coming back. Three great things about Maria and Mike were that they were professional, easy to work with, and very kind. Howie was great with finding a car that suited my needs without trying to overextend my finances. Went in originally to look at a Seltos and left with a K5, which I am enjoying immensely.
Wonderful experience - dropped my car off about a half hour before the service department opened and they still let me inside for a few minutes to wait for my ride even though they technically werent open yet. They also did a light vacuum inside my car which was much appreciated.
I cannot express my gratitude enough for everything Motion Kia did to help get me in my new Kia Soul 2021, in my time of need when my car died. Bob Nunn and his team worked endlessly to see to it, that my wife and I were very happy. I don’t know where to start or what to say. I’m still stunned. This is the first time in my life that the leasing process had gone incredibly smoothly for me. I spoke with Jay the afternoon before on the phone re: what I was looking for, he said he could do it and agreed to meet me at 9 am the next day. I showed up at 8:55 am and he was pulling the car to the front of the building and warming it up for me. Above and beyond.From there, things just got better and better. He kept true to his word, and I got the deal I wanted and needed, the one we discussed the afternoon before. And instead of spending endless hours at the dealership (a previous experience at an inferior dealer), my transaction was concluded in an hour and fifteen minutes. Seriously - it began at 9 am and ended at 10:15 am. Simply amazing.I have never had such an easy or enjoyable car buying experience until today. I highly recommend this dealership. I have been leasing since about 2012 and this is the first dealership where i felt absolutely no pressure. I worked with Howie, Brett and Bob and all were truly professional. My previous dealership was not as accommodating. These gentleman did not waste your time with back and forth negotiations, they worked with me to get me a quality car at a decent price. I will definitely be back.

Just had the best experience leasing a new Sportage from Motion Kia in Hackettstown. My salesman, Brett Drummer, was so calm and optimistic in spite of supply shortages. Bob Lizanich, the Manager, handled every one of my questions and we had a deal in less than an hour. Cant say enough positive things about this dealership.
I had a very positive experience purchasing a1 year used Telluride from Motion Kia. After shopping around for the right deal, I knew the price was fair on this vehicle.... but was nervous, as Im sure most people are with dealerships, that there would be some caveat, some unknown extra charge that would dampen the deal. That never happened. I walked out that day, without a single surprise. Of course I did my research, was educated about my credit scores and what kind of rates I could get before going in... and then they offered me an even LOWER rate. This is a great dealership. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of or that there was some game they were playing with me. This is now the 5th car Ive purchased and Ive never walked out of a dealership feeling this way. From salesman Stephen to manager Bob to Finance Manager Orlando - our anxieties were put to rest. The car came with only one key... and I never even had to ask for them to pay for another. Manager Bob offered it up right away.They wrote out a we owe you for the cost of that 2nd key, which is substantial - and followed through on it. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
Im just going to start with if youre looking for a car, do not walk, RUN to Motion Kia OR Motion Chevrolet!Im sure everyone has dealt with the down your throat dealers which is typically annoying and doesnt give you the opportunity to think to yourself without feeling overwhelmed.WELL, Motion KIA is the opposite! They are truly exceptional and make the car buying process overall painless. I have had some very questionable experiences with car dealerships/sales people but I am happy to say that my experience at Motion Kia was refreshing. Steve Mattison was the sales consultant that helped me. He isnt your typically hyper car sales person that is trying to sell you on anything and everything. He knows what hes talking about and made me feel more relaxed and comfortable with making a purchase that was right for me. I would definitely recommend Motion Kia and, specifically, Steve Mattison if you want to walk away with an exceptional experience.
Would not buy from here again. Salesperson had the personality of a rock. One of the financial representatives complained of having to work up another sale. Shouldnt you be happy? Other dealers I have gone to, have a least offered a bottle of water during the sale process. I guess they didnt need to impress since the sale was pretty much guaranteed (internet sale).
Will never recommend this dealership to anyone. After purchasing my car in full from them it took forever to get my plates. I was promised a battery for my key and had to constantly follow up on getting temp tags. My plates arrived 2 months after I purchased the car. I was told their affiliate at the DMV was away then she was out sick. Once my plates arrived I was charged an additional fee which they failed to include in my payment and stated they would mail my plates. A week later no plates. They stated they had to file a claim to locate the plates UPS was supposed to deliver. When I explained my frustration the same associate that said they could mail the plates explained that this has happened 5 times !! This is a sign to change your delivery provider im pretty sure everyone that purchased a car in April went through what I went through. When I finally went to pick up my plates no one expressed any form of apology or dared to say anything. I almost felt discriminated due to their lack of eagerness to provide decent customer service especially. I felt disgusted with the manner in which this dealership operates. Its quick and smooth to make commission and sales and once thats taken and cleared you dont matter. Horrible. I intend to inform their corporate office regarding this matter.
Well worth the drive from Easton Pa. We appreciated the respect and honesty from the whole crew especially our salesman Brett. Not once did we fill pushed into deal. They realize that buying a car is not always like the commercials where its a joyous event. They realize it can be stressful and time consuming and they do everything possible to make it as effortless as possible for the customer.
Great experience overall, I will continue to use Motion Kia for future car purchases.

My husband and I stopped in this Kia dealership yesterday. We were looking for help in purchasing a 2022 Telluride. We told salesman Steve Mattison what we were looking for. He had a terrible bedside manner. Said they had ordered two that we could choose from. I asked what was in them and had to specifically remind him that we weren’t buying a car without knowing what was in it. He then attempted to find the best list he could to closely match what might be in the car. The price he quoted us was over $57,000. I asked him what made up that sticker price. Since it should have been in the $52,000 range. He gave me a minor list of items and I then asked how it was that things like cargo nets, mud guards etc could add up to an additional $5,000. It was only then that he came clean telling us that this dealership is marking up their cars due to the demand for them. He said we would not find another dealer out there that did not. Well I have some news for Steve Mattison. We found an honest dealer that sold us the exact car we wanted for MSRP and no more. Mt. Olive Kia has horrible customer service and they are not honest.
I am not the one to ever leave a bad review unless the experience was very unforgiving.I negotiated a tentative deal with Motion Kia this past week and confirmed the numbers with the finance manager, Bob Nunn; including APR and rebates. They gave me a tentative quote for my trade in between 36-38k for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sport unlimited altitude (5,800 miles - plastic still on interior lights, mint condition). Upon my arrival after a 2 hour commute on a holiday weekend, I took the car I wanted for a test drive - everything checked out wonderful. Until of course I met with Bob. He stated he made a mistake on his initial quote by appraising my Jeep as a diesel (which it’s not). Even though leading up to this I provided the details of my Jeep including theVIN#. He tried to say the vin didn’t match my vehicle even though it does cause I gave him a copy of my insurance card. Regardless, the quote they gave me was thousands less than the bottom of the initial quote and I was forced to walk away.I am very disappointed that we got to this pointI wasted 4 hours commuting on a holiday weekend and they did absolutely nothing to try to keep my business. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Motion Kia .
My husband and I purchased a used Kia Sorento today. This was hands down, the best experience we’ve ever had buying a car! We were helped by Jay, Mike and Orlando. No BS, no hassles and all of them were a pleasure to work with. I can guarantee we will only get our vehicles from this business in the future. We are thanking all of you for making it so easy. Called Monday morning to see if they had the Seltos EX in white, I had been looking for white for a few weeks now and couldn’t find it anywhere. I spoke with Steve M. and was told they did have one in white. Made an appointment to meet with him at 1:30. By 3:45 I was out the door in my beautiful new car! Steve and his team are awesome and fast. I can not recommend them enough!

Went for a scheduled test drive for the Kia Stinger and was told that I can not test drive the car because I am not looking to buy a car today and I mentioned I would be paying cash in a few months if I like the car. Strongly don’t recommend this dealership. After reading other comments as well I see there have been other people who have gone through the similar experience. These are scam artists. I do believe that I would have been able to test drive the car if I mentioned I’d be financing the car in a few months rather than pay cash. Dealerships make all they’re money in the finance office and because they know they can’t use that against me they wouldn’t let me test drive.

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Sedona about one month ago.- Salesman Connor was nice to work with.- Prices posted are misleading, particularly with CPO vehicles. The cars are “CPO Eligible” and they will tack on $1500 to “certify” the car.- CPO vehicles are supposed to go through 164 point inspection. Mine apparently did not. Within a day I had to replace a rear turn signal bulb that was out when I bought it. When I took off the lens it was filled to the brim with water.- Days later I discovered the 12V power port in the middle console did not work. Had to replace a fuse.- Clearly the CPO checklist was not followed.- I emailed the General Manager, Bob, who has not called or emailed back in what is now several weeks later.- I receive regular emails from Bob telling me how service is their top priority.- They gave me a free oil change coupon. I don’t intend to use it. Not when the service team can’t ID a busted rear turn signal and power port that has no power.Will be my first and last dealing with Motion Kia.
My dad purchased a 2017 Kia Forte S 2 months ago and during that time has had to bring his car back to the dealership 3 times. Warning lights came on and he took it in. They had the car for a few days then when he inquired about it they told him they sent all the information to the technicians in California and nothing came up so they returned his car to use while they waited for any info. Everything came back fine per the diagnostic.A few days later the same warning lights appear and so forth. This last time his car has been in the shop for a week and a half. He has asked about a loaner vehicle and is told they don’t have any. He’s checked in numerous times on the status of his car and to see if a loaner vehicle is available. He gets told the same thing “nothing yet.”The dealership was suppose to call beginning of this week with an update, no call received. I contacted Kia directly and opened a case with them. I am also in the process of acquiring an attorney for lemon law should this issue persist. I will not be purchasing cars from Kia or this dealership just off of my dads experience alone.
Went in two weeks ago and front the second I walked in was treated like a valued customer. Howie Weis was the salesman and he could not have done more, he not only found the car I wanted but gave me a deal that I could not refuse. Will be sending all of my friends here. I would not recommend this dealership. My husband and I drove 45 minutes to test drive a Kia Stinger and Connor Nicholas was unbelievably rude. We went inside and met with him to speak about the car we were test driving. We had mentioned that we were not looking to purchase today but to test one of the bigger options on our list of cars we like. Connor became very disrespectful and told us that he could not let us test drive any vehicles if we weren’t planning on buying that very second. He told us “You have me on a very busy Saturday and you are wasting my time.” Keep in mind that there was one other customer in the room. It was not busy. He was just very rude and had us leave after not even five minutes in the building because we were not looking to throw money at a car we hadn’t even known if we liked yet.
Everyone involved in the sale of my car were very helpful. I actually kept seeing adds on Facebook. 1 from Lehighton KIA and 1 from Motion KIA I know buying a vehicle can be a long process I sent Lehighton kia a message first asking if they could run my credit gave them a stock number and they wouldnt even try they just said I have to come in. So I than messaged the guys at Motion KIA saying the same thing and they were more than happy to help. A couple emails than a phone call asking when I was coming in to pick up my new car. I was so happy and pleased with the staff there. My fiance is in a lease right now which ends next year you can bet we will be going back to Motion kia for her next car!
My wife and I have purchased cars from dealerships on many occasions in the past. Our experience at Motion has been the best yet. Everything was done on the phone and ready for us when we got there. Signed the paperwork and drove off. Steve was very helpful. He answered all my calls and gave direct answers and didnt waste my time. Highly recommend.

Got a 2018 Kia Sorento LX/L!! The environment was so comfortable and it didnt take long to find a pre-owed car that accommodates 3 car seats in the back! Howie Weiss and Bob Nunn are the best!! I had my 12 kia optima engine go, payed a tow to my shop, then my shop said hey your starter went let us replace it, I said sure a day later thinking about the recall, then paid another tow to have it brought to this location and the starter, was Approved for new engine... Payed out of pocket for my own Loaner, dealership had nne available an d stated I will get my money back all of it. NOW kia consumer and motion have been beating around the bush and near avoiding me to pay me back, but the consumer affairs lady mentioned the dealership was approved and received their money back this is absolutley rediculous.
By far the BEST dealership and NICEST salesmen. Howie and Motion kia gave me the best deal all while making me feel confident and comfortable with my first lease.I have been going to 100 different dealerships to try and find a good First New Car. Because I am a college student, I needed something that I could afford. I visited Honda, Hyundai, ford, and Jeep and not one of them tried to work with me when I told them my budget. I then found myself at a different kia. Here the numbers never stayed the same, the starting price of the base cars was much more then what is online, and the numbers I was given NEVER added up. I called Motion kia just to get a quote and Howie picked up. I can not say enough good things about him. He gave me a fast quote over the phone (Because he knew I didnt live close). I came in the next day, test drove the EXACT car that I would later buy (no bate and switch). Before I even pulled out of the lot during the test drive Howie explained all the features and buttons that the car had. Then we sat down and went through all the different numbers (what it meant, where is was coming from and why) and different options. He then gave me a paper to take home (this was STRICTLY prohibited in the other dealerships) with all the numbers so I can discuss it with my family. It didnt take me long to decide that I was going to lease their car. When I went in to sign the papers and get the car the financial guy sat with me and explained everything until I understood where every number was coming from and why. AFTER everything was signed and the car was now mine, HOWIE came outside with me and again sat in the car for 30+ minutes to make sure I understood how every button, knob and switch worked. I never once felt like I was getting taken advantage of or nervous to ask a question. The whole time I truly felt like he had my best interests at heart.I also wanted to add that I stupidly left some stuff in my car that I traded in and Howie went the extra mile to retrieve it from the lot and place it in a box for me to get when I could. This is my first time doing business with a car dealership, but I dont know if every salesmen would do that.
I just walked out not because of a price I wasnt happy with but because Steve Mattison was rude and condescending. Twice he did this the first time I asked to try out a feature on a car and with no explanation at the time just said uh no we cant come to find out we would of had to drive 3 more miles to a faster speed limit road to do so. Second on price negotiations he was condescending and arrogant on what he could get for the car (full MSRP) pointing to the price on the sticker when I asked what I would be paying saying uh this price right here at which time I just got up and walked out. Kia you make nice cars but you should get better salesmen! Ill take my business elsewhere. Call me when this guy is gone and Ill come buy a car from you @motionkia

Motion Kia made it SO easy to get my new (used) car! Ashley was super helpful throughout the selection process, and was able to answer all of my questions on the test-drive. She explained all the features and functions that were brand new to me since I was upgrading from an 06 Honda. Mike and Orlando made the financing and paperwork a breeze, and before I knew it, I was driving out of there after no more than an hour and 45 minutes. No pressure, no games, just a team of people who wanted me to get a great deal and leave happy. Thanks Motion!

Do not recommend that you use this dealership. Had a terrible experience here. I tried to return my END of lease KIA here and they flatly refused to take it telling me they are independently owned when I pointed out that they are a KIA dealership and my vehicle is a KIA. My lease ended the same week that I was here - they told me to go to the dealership I leased from which I told them is closed & sold that dealership was Sussex KIA. Shame on MOTION KIA very very poor customer service.

Highly recommended!I want to update this review because its about 2 1/2 years later and this place still does a fantastic job! I was dealing with family Ford to possibly do a trade in and they made it the most horrible experience ever. I came back to Kia and it was such a smooth comfortable process and they gave me the best deal possible and got me lol into a certified preowned Optima. Which I love! Spoke to a manager about my car today. Have had many issues with the car purchase. Managers name was SAL. He was extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping out. This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought 7 cars since I got my license. I never realized it could be fast, easy and exciting and Howie Weiss at Motion Kia showed me it could be. I will go back for sure! I highly recommend you at least give them a chance to show you their inventory and what a car buying experience should really be like. I’m shocked!

This was the EASIEST process ever while buying a car. Usually buying a car takes all day and its a dreadful process. This was nothing like that! I contacted Howie for a price on the car I ended up buying and he provided me the price and a break down of all payment options. I went in for a test drive and NOTHING changed. The price was the same as quoted, the payment options were the same and I was out of there in about 2 hours including a test drive and leaving for a few to run and drop off my car I drove to the dealer. They are honest people and made this process so easy! Thank you for all of your help, I cant recommend them enough!

Purchased my 2016 Kia Optima SX which I absolutely love. Great experience before, during, and after my purchase. I visited the location multiple times and Camille my sales consultant was amazing as well as Mike the sales manager, Victor in Parts and Service and the entire Kia family. It was a no pressure sale. (No pressure is needed because they offer the best pricing and take care of their customer.) They treat you like family and make sure all your needs are met. Buying a car can be a frustrating painful experience. These guys made it easy and enjoyable. After walking out of 5 other dealerships, I phoned Motion KIA, made an offer over the phone, and they honored it! Once we arrived there to finalize the deal, we knew we had come to the right place. Very unhappy with this place. We had our hearts set on the new telluride and had put a deposit down on a car for them to have it ordered. When we go to finalize the sale they completely changed the price because the “package” that was going on when we put the deposit down was no longer eligible. After going through the sales process the guy selling us the car told us the first payment is included only to find out from the accountant that it is not. So that was an extra 250+ added on. After getting the car and trading in my lease, they tell me they will handle my old lease so I thought ”great nothing to worry about”. After getting phone calls and emails from the previous leasing company I find out they never sent the check and the previous leasing company is trying to charge me for late fees. I had to call Kia to get them to send a check. Once that was resolved I realized my temporary tag was expired. I had to pick up a new temp tag which isn’t a big deal until we get closer to the new expiration of the temp tags and it’s an unorganized mess to contact someone about it. They told me they’d call me back, never did. I called the next day and they told me I had picked up the plates already?? Uh nope. Finally fed up we went in to talk to them and they had no answer for us. One guy assured us the plates would be in in a few days. A Few days passed and my second temporary tag expired. I called them and they said they were in and I could pick them up. Why wouldnt they call me to tell me they were in? I’m just supposed to guess? Such an unorganized and frustrating experience.
Motion Kia by far has some of the best lease prices around. There are no games. They are straight forward and work really hard to make the customer happy. It was a pleasure to work with Steve Mattison. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

Went in to test drive a Stinger. Before even going to get the car, they required me to provide trade in and financing information to check my credit. I wasn’t even sure if I liked the car yet, let alone buy it. I wasn’t even greeted at the door; the salesmen were all watching TV.If you’re in the market for a Stinger, look elsewhere.

First lease with Motion Kia, been driving Fords for years. Honestly stopped by to keep my Ford dealership honest. Walked away with a new lease with more features for less money and absolutely no pressure from the sales person Steve Mattison or the sales manager. Everyone was courteous and actually listened to what my needs were. The car was prepped and ready to be delivered on time as promised, no surprises.

Visited them today to buy a car. Was a bit late due to in-climate weather and poor planning on my part, they were super understanding and accommodating. Was not planning on buying a vehicle today, however they offered a phenomenal deal on trade in and came down on their asking price for the vehicle I was interested in. They were willing to work to make a deal and they were very honest and forthcoming! They did not try to push on shady dealer math on me and wrote out everything how I wanted. Were not pushing with anything I did not want. 5 out of 5 would recommend! Mr. Rentas was a great sales man.
The service department is not honoring auto sports free oil changes. They also got rid of their coffee machine and replaced it with an old school one that didn’t have any coffee made at 8 am. The phone rings constantly and loudly and their WiFi is not operational. Not the customer experience during waiting for service that I had learned to expect through auto sport. Let’s hope with time they improve.
Buying a car at Motion Kia is like buying a car from family. We have purchased three cars from Motion and the process has always been fair. It doesnt end with the sale as they have taken care of servicing our vehicles when needed. Sales, service and being treated like family a perfect combination.
If I could give more stars, I would! I was referred to Bob Lizanich in 2014 when I bought my very first brand new Kia Forte. He made me feel so confident and relaxed about buying my first car. He answered every question I had and I left happy. Fast forward to today and Steve Mattison has helped me so much and in the same way Bob did. I left the dealership with my second car and even more of a loyalty to Motion Kia. The staff is super courteous and they truly care about their customers. I am truly blessed to be apart of the Motion Kia family!

I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Soul and had the best buying experience ever. My sales person Bob Nunn was fantastic and listened to all my wants and needs and gave me 3 options to choose from. Also working with Mike for financing was fantastic. With his relationships with the banks they work with, he was able to get me to my target monthly payment. Motion also offers tires for life if you have all your maintenance done at the dealership. I am now a raving Motion Kia fan!
I have now purchased 3 cars from Motion Kia. Howie is my go to salesman at motion Kia. He is very cautious and has made my three purchases a great experience. My most recent purchase was a 2020 Telluride SX. Amazing vehicle and Howie contacted me immediately and thanks to his customer service I was able to get this car which is on a waiting list. The prices are competitive and my buying experience is under an hour in and out. I will continue to purchase my cars from Motion Kia.

Howie helped me get out my current lease to a new 2018 sportage. I met with him many times to discuss money. Overall the experience was pleasant. There was never any pressure to walk out that day with a new car.

My experience at Motion KIA was very good. Nelson J. was an informative sales person and he delivered a fine car at a competitive price.They actually took the car off their showroom floor and I walked away in 45 minutes. They even drove my new car to my house as I drove my other car home,I have only good things to say about Nelson and the rest of the staff. Very low keyed and not pushy at all. A pleasant sales and buying experience.Ive had the Optima 3 weeks and I am very pleased with its features and performance.;Good job by all.
2nd best car buying experience ever. My 1st best experience was 3 years ago on my first visit to motion Kia. You cant go wrong thereI cannot say the same for the service dept. I had to take my car there 3 times now for the same problem. The car is still there and it is now 5 days later and still the part has not come in. I dont feel that the people in the service dept care how inconvenient this is for the customer and they never offer any real explanation for not fixing the problem the 1st time. This unfortunately will keep me from leasing from that dealership in the future.
