I have no issue with this stores employee on Route 57…Hackettstown, NJ.I usually have Joseph; yesterday i had Jordan and he was equally as professional and knowledgeable as Joseph. The comfort of having an issue and going to bith if them is absolutely good. Good for AT&T! Issue was resolved!

The worst experience ever!!! bought an 8 line business deal. They promised me sign up credits, and I had to chase them for 7 months and I still never got them. Constantly calling them and being told sorry the sales rep is not available will call you back and no call back . I drove to the store several times so they could not avoid me like they would on the phone. Bob sales rep and jay gitelson district manager were impossible to communicate with after initial sale. My service and credits still unresolved. Avoid this place at all costs, better off visiting a corporate store next time.
I recently switched from Sprint to Altice Mobile. Service was OK with Altice but I wanted to go back to the big cellular companies. After doing some research I determined that AT&T was the best choice so I ported over 5 lines. Jared and his Superisor, Bob, were a great help. They answered all my questions and made sure I had the right Unlimited plan for my needs. I am very satisfied with the service I received and will recommend this store to friends/family. Unimaginably bad experience. Long-time business account holder. I spent an entire day in the store. At the end of the day, I left with an additional line on my account and no phone!!! Yesterday I went to The ATT store In Hackettstown with $1300 to buy a phone to replace a device I haven’t been able to use in the last month. Store manager refused to sell me a phone and made a scene in front of other customers. I went to Verizon wireless and opened a new account immediately. AT&T Hackettstown is bad business.

I went in with a question about my S8 and left with an S10 for the cost of the sales tax and a &5 reduction on my AT&T bill. Storefront is open with everything on display. Several chairs and tables for sitting and relaxing. The staff was very helpful (got right to the point because I had a specific question) but was more than happy to let others browse at their leasure.The staff was knowledgeable about the Android system and the S10. Got everything transferred to the new phone within 20 min.I highly recommend this store and the AT&T network. I have been using them since my flip phone days and stayed with them ever since.
I needed to upgrade my iPhone; Jeremy & Jessie made it a very smooth experience. They were a pleasure to converse with, very knowledgeable & answered all questions without pause. Jeremy was very patient & transferred all my info to new iPhone & set everything up for my use as well as explaining how to access everything . The most friendly staff for mobile services in the area! Manager Dave is a wealth of knowledge as well as very professional. As I was in the store I noticed multiple other locals come in and either asking for him or making a point to say hello to him. I was helped multiple times by most of the staff there and each time had excellent service.

Signed up for service bringing my own device that I purchased from Apple and have been using with other providers. Easy process to transfer, and they took the time to deal with me porting my number from another provider who made it difficult. Walked out with a working device and my same number.Update: Was signed up for the wrong account after asking multiple times if this was correct. $10 more for the same thing. The best at&t would do is upgrade me to the current plan which was half the data I signed up for. No longer with at&t.

I moved to a new location and had problems with AT&T signal at my home. Ive spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to resolve this problem - all useless. Then I decided to stop by local AT&T store in Hackettstown, NJ.Ashley Harrison (Retail Sales Consultant) was there to assist. It was 7:30 pm, and store was open until 8. She stayed late until 8:30 pm, communicated all the issues with AT&T technical support, helped escalating my request and issue was resolved the same night. Great employee! Fantastic customer support! Highly recommended. Way to go!

Just really bad customer service. The at&t in ledgewood is so much better and friendly. They always try to find a way to help.
Store helpful BUT do not go with ATT prepaid...I told them to just keep my first month payment & cancel number after 3 calls & unfruitful trip to store. Not the same GoPhone customer service of years ago- I think they must have sold prepaid division to North Korea or some dark corner of Earth where cellphones are a new concept. Sorry- go with TMob...

I just wanted to share my experience with the AT&T retailer in Mansfield. When my phone was due for an upgrade close to two years ago I purchased a new phone from the current manager of the store. At that time he offered to sell me a 16 gig Ipad mini for $99 as a promotion and longtime customer loyalty. What he did not tell me was that after signing the contract for the new phone and Ipad, I had agreed to create another phone line on a 2 year contract that would cost me $15 a month. Now, Agreed, I should have sat and read the full contract to try to sift out the truth, but I suppose I am still foolish enough to think that we should be honest with one another. I just went back to the store today because my daughter is now old enough to have her own phone and I planned to move the number that is on the useless Ipad mini to an extra iphone we already have. I spoke with the manager, who originally made the deceptive Ipad sale, brought up the fact that he did not tell me about the two year contract, which he did not deny. He just said I signed the contract and should have read the whole thing first. I then asked him to move the existing number over to an Iphone and he said that is illegal. I would have to buy a new phone and start another line. I left the store, called AT&T and had that sevice completed within 1/2 Hour.Im not looking for sympathy, just giving a heads up to others to be sure of what you are getting before you sign anything in that store and most likely you can accomplish the same thing for less money on the AT&T website.
