After reading some not so great reviews about this store, I decided to give it a shot anyway to save myself the trip to the Flanders location. I’m so glad I did! A gentleman named Mark helped me from start to finish, and set me up with service and a new phone. I did not encounter any of the rude girls everyone warned about in their reviews. Quite the opposite in fact, both employees that were working (one guy and one girl) when I was at the store were polite and knowledgable.

My experience was amazing. Janaya helped me switch over from Verizon. She was the sweetest young lady and very patient. She was alone and there were several other customer in store but she managed to help us all out!
Christina was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I switched over from AT&T and she helped every step of the way. She was willing and happy to help me get over to Tmobile. She made the process very easy to understand. Thank you so much and continue the great work. Thanks again!!
I went into the t mobile hackettstown store to see what they could offer me that was better than my previous plan and the young women that helped me was so kind very knowledgeable. She made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. Thank you so much Christina for being so helpful. We need more people like this that work in these establishments.
This store was so lovely when I walked in. It was clean and well organized. I was greeted so politely by the employees there. They helped me start a new plan and got me a new phone with out any worries. I even got a chance to speak to the manager Michelle when she jumped in to help me figure out how to use my new phone. I couldn’t be more happy with the way I was treated by the manager and employees. I’m definitely coming back to this store in a few months when I get my kids new phones for Christmas!
Came in with some bill questions and honestly wasn’t looking forward to it. I was helped by Christina and just want to say that she made this quick trip a very pleasant experience. I’m grateful for all the help she provided. She was able to explain my bill and even helped me resolve a credit issue I had. Just want to say Christina was very profesional and knowledgeable and has gained a new loyal customer.
Dont waste your time going here. A few weeks ago I was greeted poorly by an employee who had zero knowledge of how to resolve my issue. Thankfully Casey (who was very nice) came along and was very helpful, however due to some issues I decided to wait on getting new phones. Flash forward to me calling and leaving two messages to find out when Casey was on and no call backs. I returned yesterday for assistance and the same person I met the first time was working alone (on a Sunday) and there were a bunch of people waiting. So she finally gets to me and I explained I wanted to bring my new phones to T-Mobile and I am currently with Sprint. To which she replies, the Sprint network is down so I cant help. So I call the store in Flanders and they say, that is not true, she just doesnt want to help you. So I go to the Flanders store and within ONE HOUR, I had my two new phones moved to T-Mobile portal, the apps, Netflix everything DONE for me. While there, another man heard me and said he had just come from the Hackettstown store and was treated rudely. Take the drive, go to Flanders store, those guys are fantastic!
I wanted to change my cellphone provider from Verizon to T-mobile but was a little skeptical since I’ve been with the company for years. I went into the store and walked out a T-mobile customer. The knowledge, experience, and level of professional was unmatched. I worked with a young lady named Christina, she helped me walk out a very happy customer. If you need any assistance, go to this location and give her a visit!
Great experience as soon as I walked in the door. Employee named Christina was so much help and made the transition from Verizon smooth. Would definitely recommend this store to customers.
Highly recommend T Mobile overall and this store. I have been going to the Hackettstown location for years and continually receive excellent customer service. The manager always makes sure to have any issues and questions resolved.
Visiting T-Mobile at Hackettstown was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and the store was well maintained. I will definitely keep coming here!

This store has to be one of the worst TMobiles around. Employees treat their customers terribly. Go take a trip to the Rockaway store for a better experience

Went there two days ago to discuss upgrading my device. The gentleman that assisted me was friendly, courteous, and helpful.Today, I showed up to go ahead with my upgrade and I was met with the worst customer service Ive ever come across in a T-mobile location, and Ive been with them for 12 years. There were two women there; one was clueless, and the other was just cold, rude, and obviously didnt care if I bought a new phone or not. Instead of explaining to me why I couldnt trade in my current phone, or what my next steps would be, she just said we dont take broken phones and went back to her computer.Side note: My phone is damaged but was approved to be replaced at any T-mobile location through insurance. I had my claim email to prove it.If Im wrong, or if I misinterpreted my insurance claim, I get it. But I wouldnt really know because all I got was we dont take broken phones. I was laughing in the car at how rude she was. Sad really.I dont give out many one star reviews. I was a restaurant manager for a decade. I know how important a customers experience is. Why would I ever go back there? And based on other reviews, Im not the only one to describe them as incompetent.
Great customer service, definitely a place Ill recommend to friends and family because the team members there were all very friendly.
I just went to T-Mobile store in Hackettstown and they did not transfer my data from old phone to new phone because the new phone was purchased online. Shame on you T-Mobile if this is the type of service you are giving your customers. Then they had no phone cases for the IPhone SE so again bad service. So I would think twice before using T-Mobile for your service. I never had this issue with Sprint service.

This store is the best store I have been to, staff were knowledgeable and even told me about a promotion I didn’t know was going on, I happen to be in the area for work but I think I’ll drive past my regular store to come here instead

The store says it closes at eight we got there at 6:30 nobody was there she was walking back from quick Chek she asked what can I do for you we said we want to make a payment she made a noise like she was mad she growled and then she goes and says can you give me 30 minutes that’s really unprofessional
Really bad service.
Stay away, theyre completely incompetent. I went in for an additional line and a phone back in July, have had issues with my bill ever since. They said that with my trade in I was getting $500 credit for an iphone (but they only gave $300 after seeing all the charges on my bill) plus the first 4 months of insurance free... Well i keep getting billed every month for that. I called corporate and was told there was nothing they could do, that I had to go back to the store. Told the manager of the store if youre not giving me what your salesperson said I would get, then I want my old iphone back and she said, she could only do $300 and its almost impossible to get the old phone back from corporate. I have to now call again for the third time for them to adjust the bill. I never had an issue with T-mobile untill I decided to go to this store. NEVER AGAIN, I understand mistakes are made, so I settled for less then I was originally offered but its now October and were still having issues. STAY AWAY!!
They need little about their plans. Customer service was horrible. We felt like we were inconveniencing them and there were no other customers in the store.They didnt honor nationally advertised deals.
Just left this store about an hour ago. This is definately one of the better TMobile stores Ive been to. Even though I arrived near closing time the Sales Reps were good, had no problem with staying to help me and I was in & out quickly w/ 2 new phones and accessories. They even offered to install the nightmarish screen protectors, SIM cards, etc.
Went there to get a new phone then last minute told dont have the phone it was clear the one I wanted talked about several times in the store.
Costumer service is amazing and I love the manager she’s super nice and willing to help anyone. Everyone please go to this store specifically because the prices and the service is good I would definitely come back and get another phone.

Went there with a phone that wouldnt charge. Rather than inform me about a wireless charger available for under $100 they had me upgrade to a new phone. Then they couldnt print my receipt. They took my info and said the manager would call me the next day to get me my receipt. I had to call them around 230 PM because nobody had called me. They said the manager would get back to me after her lunch. Instead, an associate called me. I ended up getting what was needed but not how I was told it would be. Then the next day the manager Michelle calls and says theres a problem linking my phone to my account, no problem, I called back and once again shes on lunch. Still havent been called back. Management apparently thinks very little of following through OR their customers time. I will not be returning. Especially when theres a tmobile in mt olive on international rd.
Worse costumer service experience!! Guy didn’t help was on his AirPods on YouTube and sent us to a different store for something that was so simple for him to answer! Don’t recommend this place!
