Hagerstown Mercedes service is the best. They do a great job with reasonable prices and they treat their customers with respect and most importantly they are honest, they only do what the car needs when it needs the service. I do recommend them for all Mercedes drivers. I also want to say Alex is a great, knowledgeable, respectful person.
Robert was a very knowledgeable salesman who didn’t pressure me at any point. Rob knew all the details of each option on the car, as well as how they compare to other Mercedes-Benz models. He explained the pricing and kept me informed as we worked through the process. His professionalism and efficiency was “on point”. I really can’t think of anything he could have done better. I wasn’t “sold” a car today, I bought a car and there is a big difference.As a customer, I want to buy something without feeling as though I am being “sold” on either the car or additional options.Tony, the finance manager, was equally as awesome. When I have purchased cars in the past, the finance guys have been shady, in my opinion. This is where they upsell you on several options. Tony fully explained each option with succinct information, and answered my questions perfectly. He wasn’t the fast talking finance manager I have dealt with in the past. He was very educated and once again, I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” something, rather than being offered extra services that could be of use depending on my driving schedule and experience.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this dealership to family or friends alike.

Lisa is a savvy customer service representative who can deal with people from all walks of life. She quickly understood what we needed, and quickly was able to send us on our way home while our Sprinter Van went through a recall, and was serviced, which took a day due to the work we required. Picked up the Van the next day and had no complaints, but we also noticed and admired the dealers representatives at the pick up window for their superb customer service. Kudos to Lisa and the team. I couldnt wait to purchase my first Mercedes. It is a fleet car with low miles and what a beauty she is. At the dealer they promised stellar service and told me how people from Northern VA go out of their way to purchase vehicles from them because they give such amazing service. The buying experience was as promised, but Ive had nothing but problems since then. I kept watching for the payoff of my previous car, but it never came. Finally, I had to call the dealership only to discover they forgot to send off the payoff until I called to ask about it. Also, a few days after I brought my Mercedes home, it started notifying me that it needed an oil change. I spoke with my salesman, who told me to just let it slide until the car reaches 10,000 miles. My husband did not think this was good for the car since the oil had been sitting in it for about a year. I called the service department to ask whether it needed an oil change now or if it was okay to wait. They told me that the car never shouldve left the dealer without having the oil changed and completed the service at no charge to me. We also asked for a tag transfer when we bought the car. My temp tag has now expired twice and still no new title. They keep saying that its due to COVID-19, but we purchased another vehicle out of state in September and got the tags in a timely manner. I called the DMV and they still have my tags registered to my old vehicle and have no record of receiving the paperwork in any of their systems. I tried calling and speaking to the sales manager, but he was busy and the finance person we dealt with hasnt returned my calls half the time. I deal in high-end customer service myself and this is not how you do customer service. The only reason I am even giving two stars is because of the good service I received from the Service Department. As of this moment, I would not purchase another car from Mercedes Benz Hagerstown.Update on 10/18/21: My check engine light came on. My husband took the car to the service department on 10/6/21 to see if they could look at it. Instead of a friendly greeting, he was welcomed with “why are you here, do you have an appointment”. When my husband explained that he didn’t, but the check engine light came on, the response was you need to make an appointment. So now Mercedes’ Benz of Hagerstown wants you to schedule when your check engine light comes on. They told him they couldn’t take the car for two weeks and to bring it back on 10/18. When he took the car in on 10/18 for the appointment, they told him his appointment was a week ago. So, again we had no loaner. Practically every interaction we’ve had with this dealership has been subpar to say the least.

I didnt have to wait they took my car at the time of appointment. The waiting area is comfortable and they treat like you matter. My car was serviced in a timely manner. They were very nice. I appreciate great service!

Love the dealership and especially the service department. But I lose a phone charger every service trip it seems. The cars get switched but my cords go back to Hagerstown. Would be nice if the drivers can check and toss back into my car.

The least helpful of any dealer I’ve dealt with. Broke down far from home and because it’s a sprinter it’s going to be over 2 weeks until they would look at helping me. Don’t buy a sprinter and certainly don’t expect this dealership to help when circumstances are a emergency. They don’t care. Guy actually hung up while I was talking as well.

I bought a used car from this dealership a little over a month ago. While, it wasnt a Mercedes, I absolutely LOVE the car. They gave a good price on my trade in! As part of the deal, they agreed to replace a windshield as there was a small crack ( I think they were embarrassed the missed it. Because of COVID-19, the windshield just recently arrived. They called me, provided a loaner car for free, took the car to another dealership for calibration and recall work AND added thr dupont ceramic coating. They gave fine chocolate when I bought the car and when I picked it up from service. Great dealership! Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service !The price is CRAZY ; but I got a complementary wash after. I was late to my appointment and I mean two hours late and they STILL was able to put my battery in my truck. A lot of people said not to go to this shop because they charge a arm and a leg for any and everything and that I can agree with but at the end of the day I know my Benz was worked on by professionals and has been since I purchased it. My husband and I are satisfied at this point. Believe I will update if anything changes my mind other wise I’m for this business

I went to get my car touched up on the side with someone has scraped it and the same way I took it to them was the same way they gave it back to me and they charged me $75 and thats my fault cuz I should have checked and see if they fixed it properly which they didnt they said I could bring it back next week but thats b******* I have to drive like an hour to get to them and now I got to go back again I mean they so lots of days ago everybody sitting around doing nothing so thats what I got nothing from nothing leaves nothing

Took my 2021 C63S in to have the AC looked at and have the break in service completed. They were able to figure out why my ac was blowing hot air and fixed the problem within 2 hours. They all were very professional and helped me every step of the way. Alex was very professional and put my mind at ease knowing that they put pride in there work. A trait very hard to come by these days.

Loaner car was ready- car was ready next day but I was able to pick my car after 2 days due to packed schedule.1 thing I would love to further improve to help managing schedule without taking any work time off- if I pick after office hours - between 5:30 to 7 pm or- if you can open service center for SaturdayOr- if you can provide service to pick and drop from office (with extra fee)

They were friendly but I feel they milk the clock to get extra money from me. I came in to have 2 bulb changes and it was actually a pretty simple job and it took about an hour to take care of. But good work
In February, I drove from Atlanta to New York to visit my son. When I passed through Hagerstown, the fault light was on. Its already five oclock in the afternoon. I went to the nearest Mercedes-Benz 4S store to try it. A person named Lisa(sound) still received me warmly and exchanged my situation with maintenance manager Alexs(sound), Mr. Alex promised to check it out for me at 8 oclock the next morning. The next day, I arrived as scheduled. Mr. Alex checked the car carefully and told me that the ABS sensor had a problem and needed to be replaced, but it was not in stock. It will be repaired tomorrow, but considering that I have to go to New York as soon as possible, Alex will help clean the sensor and install it back. Let me go to New York to replace the sensor and tell me the specific sensor number. No fees are charged. Im really touched. Sincere thanks!Mark Feng03/03/2021
