I love the wealth of knowledge Ms. Helen brings to the table about hair care. I feel welcomed when I enter her doors and I LOVE the extensive amount of wigs she has in her wig room. Recently she came out with a her brand of magnetic lashes - they are so gorgeous! Thank you Ms. Helen for being so welcoming!

I came to this establishment about a year ago during the height of the pandemic. I was scheduled to have surgery the next day and needed to get kanekalon hair so I could myself up. These ladies made me feel so good about shopping with them and they were very accommodating. I told them I would be a customer for life and I meant it. I refuse to purchase hair products from anywhere else. The store is very clean and everything is accessible. Thank you ladies for running such a friendly and efficient business that’s makes you feel like home. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Walked into the shop needing SOMETHING to get my hair looking somewhat decent. Staff who was there was such a sweetheart to me and my daughter. She was helpful and honest with the questions I had. She was knowledgeable of items and inventory which was great because I DID NOT want to spend all day in there. I will be visiting again soon! The store was very clean and organized. I was greeted with a smile and offer a card were I could gain points and get money off. I live in Winchester va and its worth the drive. I would say they just need to step up their game on wigs and human hair a bit. I didnt see any 360 human hair wigs nor Brazilian or Peruvian human hair. But I feel with time they will have it.
