My wife went here and has been literally telling everyone who mentions her hair about how great the stylists are here. I had an appointment today with the owner and she was right!! Amazing!!!!!! Not just in the amazing job at cutting hair he does but as my wife said first and I agree, the amazing person he is!! Do not hesitate to go here!!

Absolutely amazing. My first experience there was with Emma for a hair cut. She did an amazing job. She also recommended for me to do a hair toner because my hair was yellowish and bronzy from my water and a previous experience with coloring my hair. Instead of talking me into dying it when I wasn’t ready to do that she saved my hair and made it look beautiful. Four weeks later I decided to come back and have my hair dyed for my friends wedding and for it to look nice and I told her I wanted to do a natural look and match my natural hair color. I did not want to have a lot of maintenance and hair dying. Well let’s just say she did a fabulous job I’m in love with my hair it’s absolutely gorgeous and it’s completely natural. Emma did a fantastic job and she was absolutely friendly everybody in the store was friendly had a good time and lots of good laughs. Highly recommend

Randy did an absolutely phenomenal job on both my bleach and tone and extensions. He did such an excellent job making sure I was going to get exactly what I wanted and stayed well beyond closing when my hair was being stubborn. Not to mention how super nice and informative he was!!

She explained everything in detail and that enabled me to make a sound decision on my color choice. The shop is clean, well lit, great decor with great people working here. I just spent about 4 hours getting my hair cut and colored and styled. That being said, I spent 4 hours with some of the nicest people. I didnt realize how long it was until I got in the car. I needed rescued - not just my hair, but my general self-esteem.Anne answered and booked me with Nikki. From the time the phone was answered, I felt welcomed, and that feeling grew even more when I walked in the door. I felt accepted, at home and immediately comfortable.Nikki literally worked magic, I cannot stress that enough. She took one look after I showed her the cut I wanted and ran with it, and I walked out with amazing color with such depth and sparkle, super soft hair and a cut that Ive only dreamed about getting for over twelve years.I will return - between Anne, Nikki, Audrey and Randy, Ive never felt more like family on a first visit somewhere than I did walking into this salon. A little heads up about a hair salon in Hagerstown Md. My GF has been to this salon a couple of times to get her hair done. Well back during the holidays I told her I would pay to get her hair done as a kind gesture. Well unbeknownst to me the owner kept my credit card info. I have never stepped foot in this place, never met the owner or anyone that works there and certainly DID NOT give my permission to use my card. Well a week or two ago apparently my GF had an appt and didnt show up. She was not happy with the last visit. So Im looking at my bank statement and see a $100.00 charge for Hair Rescue and wonder what is this all about. So I call and talk to the owner and ask what the charge was for and he said it was for a no show. Now Im thinking and asking WHO gave this business permission to use MY card especially since I have NEVER been here, agreed to any charges and/or policies and have NEVER even met this person. I tried to explain this is not my issue and that I never gave PERMISSION to use only to have the phone hung up on me. I call back and tried to explain he was committing fraud for unauthorized use only to have the phone hung up on me again. Fine, I have filed charges with my bank and have also been in touch with the police and have a case number. I have been told by both that that is unauthorized use and fraud.So beware of this business, and if you value you credit Information I would advise paying cash. Personally my GF will never step foot in that place again.***As per your response, Yes it is too bad this could not be resolved over the phone but after 2 hang ups I was not going to give you another chance to hang up on me again. As far as I go, it is out of my hands now, the bank will be in touch with you. And also your info is incorrect, the appointment was NOT made online.

What a wonderful salon, Michelle is very pleasant, professional and really knows how to style hair. My hair was a mess due to the COVID-19 and she really took her time and wow what a difference! Took my son here for his 2nd hair cut, between a bad previous first experience (different salon) and Covid it’s been years since he was sat down, I truly worried for the stylist. However Randy was able to not only make the experience quick, painless and enjoyable for him, the cut was absolutely perfect, even my kid who is quite shy stated “it looks nice” which was huge!! Thank you to the staff and Randy, we look forward to coming back.

Worst experience ever. After waiting 1.5 hours from my appointment, I left because there was only one person who was fixing their mistake on another client. He could not work on my hair and made me wait more than 2 hours .
