Ive always had great service and the 2 different ladies that Ive dealt with were courtois and polite.

Excellent customer service, always very helpful. I do my business there and I am very satisfied with them. It is one of there smaller stores. I guess thats what makes it so family friendly.

The customer svc at the store was great when I traded my sprint boost phone in. The a21 Samsung is a really nice phone . But the data side of the service is the worse I have ever seen. I am a network engineer so I need a Hotspot from time to time. Sprint ran as fast as 35 mb the t-mobile network runs below 1mg. It is unusable. Sprint is now Tmobile and there 4g lte gsm is better than t-mobile CDMA. So until t-mobile rolls out 5g we are all screwed. Oh btw no returns on the 60 a month service I paid for. So boost is now DISH network and buying service from sprint whos network is obsolete and being replaced by tmobile and 5g. So I think Ill jail break this phone and go to cricket ATT. I am sure not all areas are like Washington County. But I do not like being back in a corner and unable to get my money back in less than 24 hours

Listen I switched from Boost over to this T-Mobile and so far it’s great but what really made this a great experience was the lady who checked me out her name was Aheley I dunno if that’s how you spell it but whatever I really enjoyed this woman’s service very helpful!!I don’t often use words such as hooked up but she looked out for me and I appreciate YOU FOR THAT! Team IPhone.

The associate was really nice, knowledgeable and patient. He also got me a great deal on my mobile plan. Great experience all around, would recommend to anyone.

Been on the phone with Metro for the past week to try and fix my hotspot. They were unable to figure out the problem and told me to go to local store. Called Metro on Franklin St and the girl who answered the phone told me I had to drive to Silver Spring MD to have them look at it. Wow!! Called Metro at Valley Mall and they said sure and go ahead and bring it in and they would try to help me. Very poor customer service!!

Was looking to switch carriers. When I entered the store I was completely ignored for the first 20 min I was there. The employee was on there phone. From what I could see the name tag said Anthony. Customer service was HORRIBLE. As you can guess I chose NOT to switch from Boost.

They really try to help and the phones are great quality.

Spent a few hours here today, cleaned car inside and out, pretty happy about the experience and although the machines are a little more expensive, they provide you more time and they all seem to work pretty good. I was also happy to see there was a soda machine as it was a hot day today :) some carwash place should invent something for the kids to do while they wait, such as a swing set or something small.. maybe a mini carwash for kids bikes or something idk..

Customer service has decreased since Amanda left this location. I am a not a huge fan of Metro PCS, but I hate Sprint so much, that I rather stick with an inferior provider. Customer service at the location on Dual highway (by the Dunkin Doughnuts) isnt that hot either.

Brought a phone even switch up my service provider just to pay 60$ a month for my phone to not work twice now to really give a heads-up to customers that every time it storms for their servers decide to crash that no matter how much you pay your phone is pretty much useless!!
