Had to get another phone in service. The store was quite busy but Zachary really stepped up. Very helpful!!! My wife had some issues with her phone and he fixed them no problem on another occasion.

Nice new phones, very knowledgeable associates at US cellular. Only thing is it takes a while to upgrade to new phones. But worth the wait. Plus they have a lot of the newer phones.Great customer service.

Honestly I have never been treated so well by employees at a mobile phone retail store. Normally you are made to feel like you are bothering them when you need help with your phone. I would highly recommend doing business with this company and these people! Great job!
They have spaces for 5 customers. Three staff members and only one is working. The other twos excuse is Im here for support.This is the worst location for US Cellular, its a wonder they even have customers visit here.

I initially would have given 1 star when I first came to switching with US Cellular. Almost two years ago we switched and the rep we had was horrible. He lied and then once we found out he did not give us like for like phones, he wanted nothing to do with us. However, let me say that RYAN in the Hagerstown store completely wiped out the bad experience and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions regarding our addition of service. I would not hesitate in sending anyone his way. In fact, I already have in less than 24 hours. Thanks again RYAN and look forward to seeing you in a few months when I need to add another line and upgrade phones.
