I really liked Sprint and was expecting it to be treated the same. Slightly disappointed. With the merger between Sprint and T-Mobile I thought that they would be more knowledgeable about what Sprint customers had and what to offer us. He didnt even ask to pull up my account to see what I currently had to make a proper recommendation. May start looking for another company.....

I took my aunt Sharon Gatrell out there with her new phone from sprint to fix it and show her about it also transfer photos for her Scott started helping her which he was great Bre took over she went above and beyond to help she was awesome .I recommend this location it was an excellent experience .

I showed up a half hour before closing to get a new phone since my wifes phone cracked and wasnt working anymore. Bre and Scott were extremely helpful and stayed 40 minutes past closing to help me get a new phone set up and switch the number over. I truly appreciate thier patience and understanding.

Went to this store due to a very bad experince at the other store at 17221 Cole Rd, Hagerstown, MD . I will never go to that store again. But thank you to the very polite employees at this store inside the Valley Mall. The employee named Gilbert, was the most polite and courteous person we have ever dealt with. He made shopping there a pleasurable experience and helped us with everything we needed. This will be my go to store due to the polite and courteous employees and store manager. I think Gilbert and the store manager need to train the employees over at 17221 Cole Rd, Hagerstown, MD on how to treat customers. Thank you Gilbert!!!

I called T-mobile customer care today prior to make sure I knew what my options were before going into the store. The manager openly stated he could have accommodated my request but that customer care is known for promising requests that aren’t actually possible. He also told me a I’d get back $100 less in credit than the true value for my phone and less than what was stated in their current promotion.DO NOT trust this store and know your options before settling for whatever numbers and rules they decide in their head on the spot. I went to another T-mobile nearby after my request was denied and the other T-mobile store happily accommodated me and gave me the true value credit back for my phone.

Gilbert went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase of my upgraded cell. What an asset he is to T-mobile at Valley Mall in Hagerstown, MD!!

The staff will say whatever you want to hear to sell devices to you. Its not about you, its all about how much they can talk you into. When I got my bill I seen charges that werent suppose to be there. Charges I specifically asked about at the store. I was told there were no gimmicks, no catch, no hidden fees and to assure me of that they gave me a $50 credit on my next bill. Unfortunately for there was catch. A catch that would cost me almost a thousand dollars over the course of the next 2 years, for something I didnt want to begin with. Called customer care and was told the most they could do for me was credit my acct $240. No thank you! Ill eat the money and go somewhere else. Unfortunately for them they lost a loyal 12yr costumer to another carrier.

I called ahead to get syncup feet HOS device and they told me have in the store and do my business I account but when I got there they told me they dont do business account and no device!

I have received very professional help by Jamie. The ease of transitioning from At&t to T-Mobile was a great choice. She helped me have my phone unlocked. Went above and beyond to help me with my new services. I will recommend to my friends and family. Everyone should come to R-mobile at the Valley mall. Jamie was the best and I reccomend her. Military plan is amazing. Thanks Jamie for everything.

This is were I joined T Moble and was treated with respect. I went back today so I could pick up my free T Moble hat and was saying it was a distance I had to drive to get there and how I missed the opportunity to get the free back pack they offered so he went out to his car and gave me his what class employee. Thank you for your time and help.

I walked into this T-Mobile location and was greeted by Jamie, she was very pleasant and helpful above and beyond with my needs. Very pleasant and professional and answered all my questions. I walked out completely satisfied with my new phone and the knowledge I have learned from her....

Crazy yet wonderful experience here. Me and my Fiancé went here just to pay a bill and walked out with 2 new phones and 2 watches! We didn’t feel pressured and the transition was smooth and easy. Jamie was such a huge help and I recommend her service to all customers. Friendly and constantly making sure we understood their methods. She even called from her mobile phone to make sure we were ok before following through with the purchase this morning. I even switch from Sprint to T-Mobile! Ive been with T-Mobile for over twenty years and have never had any serious problems. This location is fairly busy most of the time but they try to help you quickly.
