This is a Main Street must when visiting Half Moon Bay! You can tell that the owners take pride in their store by the lovey presentation on each shelf. It is especially fun during the holidays because you will find the most unique decorations and gifts. On top of that, each employee is kind and thoughtful. It makes me feel like being welcomed into their family every time I stop by, almost like back in time when customer service meant something! We love the Paper Crane!

I adore this shop! It has such a wonderful variety of products. Unique cards for every occasion, beautiful stationary, journals, tea towels, a few bath and body products, kids stuff, jewelry, stickers, magnets, and more! The owners/staff are always pleasant and helpful with any questions you have. I never visit Main Street in HMB without popping in here to see if theres anything I cant leave without.

I was here for the first time on January 9, 2021 & I love the lady who is running the store who remind their customer to ensure the mask is covering both your nose and your mouth. She is also super helpful when I was being indecisive on which card to get for my friends birthday and I end up getting the card she put at the register (a Pandemic Birthday Card).

My favorite shop in Half Moon Bay! it is my go to for quality stationery, gifts, and even colorful and original masks. They have a great selection, and Amber is knowledgable and always very helpful. Wonderful place!

I love this store! Every time we visit Half Moon Bay, CA it is a must !! As a paper artist and vintage paper collector & crafter I always find unique paper treasures here. Beautiful little boutique style store with charming paper products, cards, craft stamps, vintage reproduction pieces. Fun!!

This shop has so many lovely, unique items, and the service is amazing. My son had a great conversation with Robert, who helped him find some really cool things that were right up his alley, and even sent him home with a cool robot puzzle they had in the back. Definitely worth a stop!

Swing by if you need some gift ideas and suggestions. The store is a little tight with all the items on display but its kept tidy and presentable overall.

We have been regular visitors to The Paper Crane for almost 3 decades now. A visit to HMB is not complete until we pay a visit to this wonderful store. Even though we now live out of state, on our recent visit to Calif., we had to stop by here. The customer service is warm and welcoming. We always seem to find something to take home with us.It’s one of the best stores in the area so make it a point to stop by.

What a wonderful memory to my husband and myself when Doug created our wedding announcements with Margaret in 1985. We cherish our many visits and the way they worked so calming and patient. I cant say it enough, we miss them and love the store. It is something to see this addition to the business in a grown up son and very articulate young man, who was just a little boy at the time.
