I have been coming to this store for over 5 years and I absolutely love the products, prices and staff and management.When I go there I feel welcome and the staff assists me to find exactly what I need and everything is displayed well and the store is neat and clean.I get their honest opinion on how the items look and I feel fabulous wearing the products whether it’s their beautiful wigs or hair extensions. In addition I am in their rewards program and always get discounts and free gifts.This is by far the best beauty supply store I have been. A+++

Every time I visit this store I bring my patience. But at some point you have to spend your hard earned money elsewhere no matter how much you wanna support a local business.The employees are usually helpful, but management seems lacking. This store could use improvements in adequate staffing.

I go in to look at wigs and there was a wigs that I wanted and it was the last one so ask is there a discount because the curls in the front of the wig was stretched out and puffy on the manikin so she called the manager and she came looking at me with a look and told the girl 5% and walked off. The wig was like $70. My thing is don’t be looking at customers up and down like ur bothered because they ask for a discount on display customers done wore out.

This place is my favorite hair supply store, they mostly always have what I’m looking for, unfortunately this location doesn’t participate in the vip point system.. so I wasn’t able to receive any discounts.. but anyway they had what I came to buy and I even brought extra things I wanted as well.. elegant beauty always my first choice 👌🏽

The young man Edrine helped me find the perfect wig, it took over an hour and he never complained, excellent customer service. In addition his co-worker and manager were also very polite, my shopping experience was superb.

This the worst place ever what employees do they will follow you around the store to see if trying to steal i bought some pefume and also check box why was there when i opening one of the perfume was missing and say to employees some that work here has stolen out the box so i so say to them ya worrie about the customer stilling ya one doing stealing they are very aspecial the one look like the one have her head wrap up miss want be christan they are the worst to work in a public place

Employees are not that knowledgeable about certain professional grade products. Do your research before buying anything. They have a strict return policy and will only give you store credit. Their sister store in Pembroke Pines has more of a variety.

I will never step foot in this store again someone is always watching you not to offer help but to see if you are stealing there are thousands of other beauty supply stores to shop like Beauty Exchange in miramar where I usually shop urban community equal urban shoppers place your business else where if you are gonna treat your customers like criminals be conscious people where you spend your money you work hard for it and you have options

Completely organized and clean! The store is smaller than some other locations of Elegant Beauty Supply, and there was only one pack of the item I specifically went there to buy. I bought it here because the manager was so incredibly helpful in assisting me with my selection, purchase and even looking up the product and locating it at a different store. I just bought the one pack of purple and 1b hair and will adjust my hairstyle.

This is my first time going to The Elegant store in Hallandale and I must say I had a great experience. The staff was very helpful and so welcoming I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door and was assisted in what I needed by a young lady named Ashley. I really felt like a valued customer.

Customer service is excellent, prices are great, there are always promotions running, plus they have a customer rewards program where you get money back often.The staff and management are knowledgeable, Ive never left the store disssatisfied, and Im very hard to please. I dont shop for hair care and Beauty Supplies anywhere else in general!

I give it a 4 Star because I can find all the products I need for my Curly Thick Frizzy European/Hispanic Hair😉 I have a hard time finding it all in one location. All the big chains dont carry what I want. I recommend going during the day however, the are open late.

This is my Local beauty supply store. Every time i go there Im always greeted with a warm sincere greeting from the whole staff and someone almost immediately after i enter always ask me do i need help, everyone there do their jobs in a happy way. The store is under great management whos name i learned was Lana!

They rarely have what I want but they have great customer service! If they don’t have it in their store they check to see if any of their other locations may have it. The owner needs to fix their A/C. Working the poor girls like slaves in this heat.

Out of all the Elegant Locations this store is the worst one. The Super Store in the name is a complete far fetched reach. The variety in this store is minimal and the staff is useless. What little that is available in the store looks like it was dumpster dived and placed on the shelves. I wont be returning to this location, EVER. The store owners or corporate need to do better.

The prices were high like sally beauty supply. I was expecting a beauty supply discount store. The gentleman in the store made it very uncomfortable to shop. He followed you around watching like you were going to steal. Isnt there cameras for that?Very uncomfortable, wont be back.

Huge store with lots of inventory. Suggest going to this place if Sallys or Target doesnt have what you need.

DO not go here to buy your ultra hold lace glue. Theirs is priced $10 more = $41.00 than the beauty supply in fortlauderdale which comes out to $32.00 they are taxing for the convince of the store being few beauty supples in the Hollywood area. Don’t be lazy take that ride and save your money. #PEROIDT

They are extremely over priced for wigs that has been there forever, and the quality of the wigs are horrible, some of them make up the prices as they go, and because of that i dont go unless its for braiding hair which is decent most of the time.

A little ratchet and i felt like i was going to get robbed outside ~ but customer service was quick and efficient Not like the other one in hallendale i went too/ #horrible

They have limited color hair. They carry the Samai(??) brand exclusively. This used to be my stop for hair. These last few months, its not even worth the stop anymore.

The employee needs some customer service But its ok.

I purchased what I needed but the staff could use customer service training. I frequent this store every couple of months. I asked the young lady to check on a particular product. She asked, if I was going to make a purchase, if it was available? As if to say, I dont want to have to go back and forth.
