Do not use Mitch for any mobile services, I hired him to sand and prime my car. The first 2 days he did not show up then when he showed up the 3rd day worked for hour and half. After receiving his $1,000 deposit he started saying he wasnt coming out to sand because it might rain but my car was in a shop so rain wasnt a factor during the sanding process. I have not seen him since and he has the nerve to yell and talk crazy because Im upset that he has my money and no work is getting done. 17 days later my car is still not done and looks the same as it did before besides a hour worth of sanding.

Worst place to get your car fixed...he painted my car with different color...my car now is worst then its was before...stay away form those guys

I drove my car into G&M On the spot dragging my exhaust and bumper from getting rear ended. Mitch was extremely helpful and kind walking me through the insurance process and making sure I was okay. After we figured everything out he offered to give me a ride to my house since I didnt have anyone to pick me up and actually had me leaving their office with a big smile on my face. The level of customer service at G&M On The Spot went above and beyond my expectations and would never want to take my vehicle anywhere else. Mitch made me feel like more of a friend than a customer and that is why I will come back if anything else happens to my car. Thank you Mitch so much for being so helpful and accommodating.

I don’t know where the bad reviews are coming from I took my car there and was very happy and satisfied with the work it was done in a workmanlike manner very professional the owner was very friendly and courteous I also received a free detail after my car was completed the owner did exactly what he said he would and my insurance company Progressive insurance also gave them a very high rating would definitely recommend to all my friends and family keep up the good work.

I love the results that I got with this place. My vehicle was taken care of correctly the first time. The owner is honest and worked with the insurance company to make sure everything is fixed correctly. I would definitely recommend this place.Thanks Mitch for everything!!

My car, to this day, is still in worse shape than when I took it here. The owners son and another employee flagged me down from a white Dodge, single cab pickup truck, and made LOTS of promises that werent kept. My rear bumper was replaced, the color doesnt match, and my trunk still has to be slammed shut to close. When I complained and they failed to return my calls, the owner ended up going off on me, calling me crazy, calling me a liar. I should have gone with my gut and took it to the preferred body shop of the insurance company. DO NOT use these guys. Expect them to divert your attention with added extra things to take away from their shotty work. Scammers. If they have to come flag you down for business, theyre not doing good, honest business.

Fast and friendly owner on site done an excellent job on my car would recommend to everyone definitely a place you want to go

I would definitely recommend G & M to all my friends and family . They really went out of their way to save me money excellent service manager on site they even detailed my car for free Yes very friendly and courteous my car never looked better

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from I went in after a hit and run accident and some shady repairs in the first place and they took great care of me for a decent price and went out of their way to try and save me some money on some extra cosmetics I will be returning to fully finish the car and appreciate them going the extra mile for me.

Beware this place theyre not doing well jobThey send people to fix u car at home then the person is running away he didnt finish the job after that I call the owner I told him the job isnt done what he said Im gonna fix it for but extra charger is scam for me Im not gonna trust their place if u want to fix your car ar better find place that u can trust because here 101% they are not doing theyre job

Was promised a job with 2 fixes for $100. Only did one of the fixes for $140. Very friendly service, but not satisfied with pricing inconsistencies.
