The guys are not friendly at all no thank you or anything. My husband went in there to return a wrong item they gave him and ask for a tool to take something off and they gave him some old pliers that he couldnt even use. So he had to take item home just to take it off. These guys are rude. Not going back to this store even though we do buy alot of parts from them due to my husband being a mechanic.
Excellent customer service, they loaned me the tools I needed to get what I needed done, I was in and out in 10 mins and saved me about $100
Good knowledgeable people.... fair prices always have great specials on oil changes and anything else your car needs...and if they dont have the part in stock they can order it for you and have it in the store from anywhere in the country within a few days or even that same day within a couple hours.... Highly recommend
MO and Fernando were so helpful Saturday night. They have excellent customer service skills and auto parts knowledge. Give those 2 guys a raise.
Arrived 10min before closing and asked for help, they said, sure wait outside we will be right there.30min after closing the guys came out and locked up the store and ignored me until I asked if they were going to help.told me to come back tomorrow when they are open, words were exchanged and they called the police on me. So sad.Sold me a bad battery and would not want to exchange it before they closed the store.
Two counter clerks and me.I shopped for 10 minutes as they were on the phone.I waited 10 more minutes as they where on the phone. I was the only customer in the store.Noone wanted to help. They had given me the wrong breaks. I just wanted the rite breaks.

Not only are they more expensive then any other auto part store, this last visit I was on line waiting to be attended there was just only one other customer on the store I front of the line who he was being helped by an employee I stood more then 7 minutes with no one asking me if I need help or we will be with you in just a minute. Other employees I could hear speaking on the back like if they where just having fun. I left.
It really seems like they do not know how to use a phone they keep hanging up on my face and not giving me any service so I just stop calling
The guys working were very friendly and nice. Not too fond of the heavy tinting on their windows. Its hard to tell after dark if open or not.

I am not impressed with management at this location. The manager (I believe his name was Patrick) has absolutely no people skills or communication skills. I bought a air pump at another location that had a lifetime warranty and it died on the first use. I went in to exchange it and the manager refused. The pump was purchased within 1 year. I will take my business to Oriellys and Autozone. I also witnessed another worker I believe by the name of manuel get confronted by another women worker and she told him you forgot to install these battery terminal corrosion rings that we charged the customer for(he just installed their battery) and he said oh well, then she said no we need to refund the customer(after the customer left). She should be the manager of the store because she seems like the only honest sales professional at the store.
Dropped off UPS package and bought a locking gas cap because my truck cannot only go 170 miles on 29 gallons of gas!

I ordered a part went to pick it up and not only did she insult my intelligence she wouldnt sell me the part I went to pick up claiming different part numbers .Dorman only makes one part for that Im well aware of it as I buy these all the time but its a scam the companys play where they mark up one higher than another the lady was so rude to me and demeaning and cancelled my order thats why these stores are closing rude customer service Ill never be back cant wait till yall close

Pretty sure they stole my core and pocketed the money. I dropped it off tens days ago and they took it and wrote down my receipt and said the system was down and they will process it the next day. I called 5 days later and they just kept putting me on hold so I went up there and someone told me it was done. So waited another 5 days and now I accepted that I screwed up by trusting them with it. I thought it was fishy from the get go since I was never offered any kind of proof I left a core and again no proof that it was done when I went in to follow up.
Sold me a dead car battery. When my truck didnt start after installing the new battery.. I asked for them to check the battery thats when I found out it was dead. Manager was apologetic and extended my battery warranty.
Always helpful, unless you dont have a receipt then your screwed even though they can see your purchases they still give a hard time. other than that they are helpful.

Everytime Auto Zone doesnt have what I need Advance Auto Parts does. Today was my first major purchase there and the Manager saw I was a Speed Perks member (I joined once in a small purchase). He suggested I see if I had any coupons. I checked and there was a 20% off coupon for online orders only. So, he suggested I purchase the items online with an in store pickup. The order showed up in just a few minutes. Great service!
