Reply:The very cool thing about being the owner of a company and having a Google account is i dont have to be specific. Its not required. Ive done business with you with previous companies Ive worked for and have not only the right but the ability to give a review in any major I choose. I Lowered the star rating from a 3 to a 2. You see Ive gotten replies from other places Ive given 3 stars to asking how they could do better, I usually give them a better rating just for asking hows they can improve, not accusations like you gave me. Get a better pr person to do your replys this one cost you a star.

This was my first time there. The people there were so friendly and so helpful. I got parts to fix my cars air conditioner. They even carried them out for me. I happily give these guys a 5 Star rating and will be a repeat customer.

Heard good things things about them so got online found what I needed went to place an order... They no longer accept online payments so that was a waste of my time. Called them up to place the order, they do not accept cards over the phone, again wasting my time. Small business with good prices but need to update their business model if they wish to compete. I do not live near but was willing to give them a chance.

I see good reviews here. Yesterday no one would open door. I tried today, its locked again. Dude in garage said their are close. Ive been here before and did see how ugly they attend to phone.

I have an older BMW with a leaking compressor. Checked around and had trouble in northern Los Angeles area for new or rebuilt unit. I was finally about to throw $800 at a SFV shop when one of the guy on a BMW forum informed me about APEauto. Shipped, the unit cost $150, I sent them my core. AC work great! Its been blowing COLD for the past two years.Updating review; AC has been blowing cold for 10 years now. Terrific rebuilt unit. Unfortunately APE Auto has discontinued inventory of older AC units. BUT they may do the machining and rebuild if you supply the part. I still would recommend them, but call or email them first.
